A method of processing a reaction product generated from a plasma-based reactive process includes: supplying a first electromagnetic energy to a flowing primary gaseous feed material, such that at least a fraction of the flowing primary gaseous feed material is excited by the supplied first electromagnetic energy into a first plasma within a first plasma zone, and such that at least a fraction of the flowing primary gaseous feed material is converted to a first plasma zone-conditioned product while flowing through the first plasma and the first plasma zone-conditioned product is flowed to a downstream reaction zone. A second gaseous material is then introduced to the downstream reaction zone. The first plasma zone-conditioned product is contacted with the second gaseous material within the downstream reaction zone.

System and methods of trim dewaxing distillate fuels

Systems and methods are provided for dewaxing a distillate fuel oil by subjecting an at least partially hydroprocessed distillate fuel oil to cavitation to reduce the pour point, reduce the cloud point, reduce the cold filter plugging point, or a combination thereof of the distillate fuel oil.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURE OF PARTICULATE POLYMERS

A method of manufacturing a particulate polymer includes introducing a polymer latex into a vessel; distributing the polymer latex in the vessel to a coagulator via a distribution member and a redistribution member; introducing a coagulant and steam into the coagulator; breaking the polymer latex; and separating the particulate polymer. The distribution member and the redistribution member are mounted on an agitator shaft of the coagulator, and are configured such that the polymer latex in the vessel enters the open top and exits the open bottom of the distribution member and flows into the redistribution member. The polymer latex in the redistribution member then overflows into the coagulator.
