A comminuting apparatus for comminuting comminution stock like recyclable material, waste and product residues, including a comminuting rotor mounted rotatably to a machine frame and having comminuting tools arranged thereon, a receiving region for receiving comminution stock and a feed device having a ram device which is moveable in the direction towards the comminuting rotor by means of a drive device and which is adapted for feeding comminution stock to the comminuting rotor. The comminuting apparatus is distinguished in that the drive device of the feed device has at least two spaced electric actuators which are controlled by means of a control device and which are connected at the drive output side by means of a transverse member, wherein the transverse member is operatively connected to the ram device by way of a resilient damping device.
METHOD FOR SHREDDING PORTIONS OF BITUMINOUS MATERIAL INTO RECYCLABLE GRANULES
A machine for shredding portions of bituminous material in the solid-state into granules in the solid-state. The machine comprises a pressing member provided with a piston which is axially mobile inside a perforated tubular body along an axis and is provided on the head thereof with an internal concave portion having a shape substantially complementary to a projecting part present in an axial end of the perforated tubular body. On the head of the piston through-openings are made, which extend radially along a direction approximately transversal to the axis and are in communication with the internal space of the concave portion.
Paper scrap pushing structure of paper shredder
A paper scrap pushing structure of a paper shredder, having a paper pushing unit, with a spindle having a longitudinal axis, a spindle flap coupled along the longitudinal axis to the spindle; and a paddle pushing segment, coupled to the spindle flap. The spindle is arranged under a paper outlet of the paper shredder and is in linkage with a paper shredder cutter shaft through a synchronous transmission device. When the rotating shaft rotates, the rotating shaft drives the paddle pushing segment to move in the circumferential direction along with the spindle flap, removing paper scraps at the top of a paper scrap pile in a shredded paper waste bin.
Shredder device for shredding material
A shredder device for shredding materials, in particular recyclable material, waste wood and date storage devices, comprises a machine frame, at least one shredder rotor rotatably supported on the machine frame, and at least one feed device for conveying the material to be shredded to the at least one shredder rotor. At least one measuring device for continuously detecting a position of the at least one feed device, a control and/or regulating device for controlling and/or regulating a movement of the at least one feed device, and a signal transmitting device are provided. Measuring signals generated by the at least one measuring device can be supplied to the control and/or regulating device by the signal transmitting device.
Control method of a treatment plant of elements to be recycled or disposed and a treatment plant of elements to be recycled or disposed
A control method of a treatment plant for elements to be recycled or disposed of, which includes a crushing roll adapted to reduce the size of the elements to be recycled or disposed of, a screen operatively arranged upstream of the crushing roll and adapted to enable passage therethrough only of elements to be recycled or disposed of having a size larger than a predetermined size, and a conveyor belt arranged operationally upstream of the screen to provide the screen with the elements to be recycled or disposed of, includes a measuring step of the volume of material lying on the conveyor belt; a comparing step of the measured volume value to a first predetermined value; and an increasing step of the vibration intensity of the screen if the measured volume value exceeds the first predetermined value.
Crusher for rubble
A crusher for rubble includes a crushing chamber in which the nibbles are ground, a grinding group inserted in the crushing chamber to grind the rubble, and a conveying channel of the rubble into the grinding group. The crusher includes two or more pushers, which act in the conveying channel toward the grinding group to push the rubble against the grinding group, and which are controlled separately from each other, so to be place one or more of the pushers at rest separately when one or more of the other ones are actuated.
Control method of a crusher and a crusher of elements to be recycled or disposed
A control method of a crusher for elements to be recycled or disposed of, which includes a crushing assembly, to which the elements to be recycled or disposed of are provided, and pushers acting toward the crushing assembly to push the elements to be recycled or disposed of, includes a measuring step of the current absorbed by the crusher, a comparing step of the current value measured against a first predetermined value, and a reducing step of the push intensity of one or more of the pushers toward the crushing assembly in case the measured current exceeds the first predetermined value, the pushers being controlled separately from each other in order to partialize the push force and the push areas.
APPARATUS FOR TRANSFORMING ORGANIC AND INORGANIC SOLID URBAN WASTE INTO AGGREGATES
Method and apparatus for transforming organic and inorganic solid urban waste into aggregates, comprising an extruding machine connected to a reactor. The extruding machine is formed by an extrusion cylinder through which a piston circulates inside an extrusion cavity, which comprises three sections and is fed with a parget obtained after pre-processing the waste. The end of the third section is connected to the reactor through an opening. The reactors longitudinal shaft is formed by a rotatory steel shaft in which some steel blades are arranged, whose ends play the roles of cutting, hammering, punching and hydraulic helix as they rotate. Between the end of the blades and the wall of the reactor, there is a clearance of more than 0.1 mm of thickness. The reactor has a discharge valve to discharge the parget present in the boundary area through some openings, once it has been processed by a series of pressure, vibration energy and decompression cycles.
PAPER SCRAP PUSHING STRUCTURE OF PAPER SHREDDER
A paper scrap pushing structure of a paper shredder, including a rotating shaft, a paper pushing rod, and connecting rods, in which the rotating shaft is arranged under a paper outlet, and is in linkage with a paper shredder cutter shaft through a synchronous transmission device. The paper pushing rod is located on one side of the rotating shaft, arranged in the length direction of the rotating shaft in parallel and connected with the rotating shaft through the connecting rods. The distance from the paper pushing rod to the rotating shaft is smaller than the distance from the lowest portion of the paper shredder cutter shaft to the rotating shaft. When rotating, the rotating shaft drives the paper pushing rod to move in a circumferential direction through the connecting rods, removing paper scraps at the top of a paper scrap pile in a shredded paper waste bin.
