METHOD OF REMOVING AN AUGER FROM A FOOD GRINDER VIA FOOD STOMPER
A method of removing an auger from a food grinder via a food stomper. The food stomper has structure to engage the auger to transmit force on the stomper to the auger. As such, the stomper serves dual purpose of filling the grinder with food and as a tool for cleaning or otherwise removing an auger from the appliance.
Machine for treating infectious waste, in particular medical waste
A machine is provided including a shredder formed by at least two parallel series of contrarotating knives, alternating with counter-knives. The knives are carried by shafts and the edge of each counter-knife facing the opposite knife associated thereto has an arcuate portion. At least one counter-knife has a portion extending above the axis of the shaft and forming an arcuate edge centered on the axis of the other shaft of the shredder, this arcuate edge completing the arcuate portion. The arcuate portion has a notch formed on it, opening into the arcuate edge formed by this arcuate portion, and forming a tip oriented toward the upstream side of the counter-knife.
Comminuting apparatus comprising a feed device with an electromotive drive device
A comminuting apparatus for comminuting comminution stock like recyclable material, waste and product residues, including a comminuting rotor mounted rotatably to a machine frame and having comminuting tools arranged thereon, a receiving region for receiving comminution stock and a feed device having a ram device which is moveable in the direction towards the comminuting rotor by a drive device and which is adapted for feeding comminution stock to the comminuting rotor. The comminuting apparatus is distinguished in that the drive device of the feed device has at least two spaced electric actuators which are controlled by a control device and which are connected at the drive output side by a transverse member, wherein the transverse member is operatively connected to the ram device by a resilient damping device.
Stomper for food grinder
A stomper for a food grinder comprises a distal end adapted to push food into a receiving tube of a food grinder, a proximal handle end adapted for a user to grasp the stomper while pushing food into the receiving tube of the food grinder, an elongated shaft between the distal end and the proximal handle end, a channel defined in the proximal handle end, and a bayonet projecting from one or more internal walls of the channel. The bayonet is adapted to engage a protrusion on an auger of the food grinder to apply a pulling force to remove the auger from the food grinder.
COMPRESSING AND SHREDDING DEVICE
A compressing and shredding device (100) for integration in a hygiene station (10) for human hand hygiene, which device is designed for compressing and shredding hand towels, in particular used and damp disposable cellulose cloths. The compressing and shredding device (100) includes: at least one receiving container (102) with a feed opening (112) and an interior (114) for receiving compressed and shredded hand towels; at least one compressing and/or shredding unit (104) for compressing and shredding hand towels, which is arranged at the feed opening (112) of the receiving container (102); and at least one drive unit (106) for driving the compressing and/or shredding unit (104).
COMMINUTION MACHINE
A comminuting machine for comminuting material includes a machine frame, a comminuting rotor rotatably mounted on the machine frame, and a material feed area. The material feed area has a wall section over which the material to be comminuted can be supplied to the comminuting rotor and which is designed to be stationary during a comminuting operation of the comminuting machine and can be pivoted about a rotational axis during a maintenance operation of the comminuting machine. Because the rotational axis is designed to be releasably lockable, a second releasably lockable rotational axis is provided together with the first rotational axis, and the wall section of the material feed area can selectively be pivoted about the first or second rotational axis during the maintenance operation of the comminuting machine.
APPARATUS FOR ORGANIC WASTE TREATMENT
The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus consisting of a garbage receiving unit, a probing door, a garbage compactor unit, a crushing unit fixed to the upper part of the structure frame, a mixing unit positioned underneath the crushing unit, a motor that drives all movements of the apparatus using belt drive and gear drive, and a control panel controlling the functions of this device.
A crusher for rubble
A crusher for rubble includes a crushing chamber in which the nibbles are grounded, a grinding group inserted in the crushing chamber to grind the rubble, and a conveying channel of the rubble into the grinding group. The crusher includes two or more pushers, which act in the conveying channel toward the grinding group to push the rubble against the grinding group, and which controlled separately from each other, so to be able to be placed at rest separately when one or more of the others are actuated.
Shredder auto feed system with paper stack separation mechanism
The present disclosure is generally related to an apparatus having cutter elements for destroying articles such as paper sheets and a mechanism for separating at least a sheet from a stack in a tray. A paper feed mechanism feeds paper that is separated from the stack by a stack separation mechanism to the cutter elements. The feed and separation mechanisms can be activated by rotation of the cutter elements. In one embodiment, the stack separation mechanism moves in an alternating manner between retracted and extended positions to disengage and engage and insert the stack to separate (with its edge) paper therefrom to feed to the feed mechanism for shredding. The paper stack separation mechanism can move in an non-undulating manner relative to the stack. A device for stripping stapled pages, a pivotable support plate, and pressure plate can also be used, as well as a number of sensors.
HIGH CRUSHING EFFICIENCY MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT MACHINE
A high crushing efficiency medical waste treatment machine includes a crushing cylinder, a crushing knife set provided at the bottom of the crushing cylinder, an intermittent material discharge mechanism set on one side of the crushing knife set, a pressurizing mechanism slidingly set along the axis of the crushing cylinder on the other side of the crushing knife set. The pressurizing mechanism includes a mounting frame slidingly connected to the inner wall of the crushing cylinder, the mounting frame rotatably connected to a material tumbling plate made of magnetic material; when the intermittent material discharging mechanism discharges material, the pressurizing mechanism moving in a direction close to the crushing knife set; when the intermittent material discharges mechanism stops discharging material, the material tumbling plate rotates.
