FOOD BAR, AND METHOD OF MAKING A FOOD BAR
A food bar, and a method for making the food bar. The food bar includes a crust, the crust having a binding agent including a sesame component, the sesame component including a combination of sesame powder and sesame paste. The food bar also includes a filling within the crust. The crust-to-filling weight ratio is about 1:1.
Methods and systems for enabling and scheduling 3D printing-based fabrication
The present disclosure includes a three-dimensional design and integrated fabrication system that includes a data system in a computing environment. The system includes a manufacturing section including a pre-processing section and a post-processing section. The system also includes a material selection system and a control system that integrates the data system, manufacturing section, and material selection system with an intelligence system that includes artificial intelligence in the computing environment.
RAVIOLI ANALOGS AND METHODS FOR MAKING SUCH ANALOGS
In one aspect, a ravioli analog includes a first dough that completely encases a second dough, each of the first dough and the second dough having a different colorant relative to the other dough but at least one component of the first dough and the second dough being the same. In another aspect, a method for making ravioli analogs includes co-extruding a first dough and a second dough having at least one component that is present in both the first dough and the second dough, the first dough and the second dough having different colorants relative to each other; and cutting the extruded doughs into pieces having predetermined sizes with ends sealed such that the first dough completely encases the second dough. In yet another aspect, a blended food composition includes one or more ravioli analogs and one or more other comestible ingredients.

FOOD PRINTER WITH MOVEMENT COORDINATES
A system for producing a food item includes a plate and a printhead disposed above the plate for extruding an edible printing mass to generate a three-dimensional configuration of printing mass on the plate. A cooking head is disposed above the plate for cooking a three-dimensional configuration of printing mass on the plate. A rotation device rotates the plate and the printhead and/or cooking head relative to one another about an axis of rotation, so as to position the printhead and/or cooking head above different points on the plate located on a circle around the axis of rotation. A radial device varies a radius of the circle. A control unit obtains a recipe for producing a cooked food item and controls the printhead, the cooking head and the radial device in accordance with the recipe to produce the cooked food item.

GRILLING RACK
A food grilling rack provides a frame defined by a plurality of connected side walls forming a closed geometric shape. The frame includes a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. The lower sheet is attached to at least some of the side walls. An upper sheet of material is supported (e.g., removably) above the sheet of corrugated material. There are a plurality of openings in the upper sheet of material, each opening being vertically aligned with a lowest portion of a trough. In one embodiment, the frame includes a pair of flanged members attached to a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. A sheet with openings slides into the frame aligning the openings with the lowest part of the trough. A food stuffing apparatus provides a receptacle having an interior, an upper end portion with a larger opening and a lower end portion with a smaller opening, and a tapering portion in between the upper and lower end portions. A plunger is provided having a head, a lower end portion with a shaft having a lower pushing surface and a joint that joins the head to the shaft. The pushing surface has a larger diameter portion, the shaft tapering above the pushing surface to a smaller diameter portion above the pushing surface in the upper one half of the plunger.
