Automatic paper shredder with staple removing structure and staple removing method using same
An automatic paper shredder with a staple removing structure and a staple removing method using the same. The automatic paper shredder includes a shredder cover, a paper holding box, a shell, a paper holding plate, a paper inlet, a paper shredding component, a drive motor, a paper pick-up component, a paper pressing plate, a straight through-hole, a waste paper bin and a staple removing component. The automatic paper shredder removes a staple (or clip) on a stack of paper through cooperation with a paper shredding structure. Paper can be automatically picked up in batches. Meanwhile, damage caused by staples to the whole shredder is prevented, and thus, the whole shredder is protected in use and has a longer service life.
PAPER SHREDDING DEVICE WITH PAPER MANAGEMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a document shredding apparatus having a document management apparatus. The present invention relates to a document shredder (10) comprising: a document feeder (121) formed on an upper portion of a case (120); a shredding portion (12) positioned below the document feeder (121) in the case (120) for shredding documents fed from the document feeder (121); and a collection box (125) for receiving waste paper shreds shredded by the shredding portion (12), wherein at least one document shredder (10) includes a server (20) which is located in a terminal for managing documents and networked to the document shredder (10) to manage the documents, wherein the server (20) is configured to store information and images of documents requested to be shredded from the document shredder (10), thereby safely managing discarded documents.
Compact high-security destruction machine
A small-form-factor high-security destruction machine for optical media has a weight empty of about 16.3 lbs and holds about 5 lbs of residue.
One Hundred Sheet Dual Throat Auto-feed Paper Shredder
The paper shredder simultaneously shreds both manually inserted sheets of paper and sheets of paper that are placed in an auto-feeder input tray. Immediately above the shredding mechanism the input path is bifurcated. One branch extends essentially straight up from the blades and leads to a manual input slot. A second branch extends at an angle towards the rear of the shredder where an auto-feed roller lies at the bottom of an auto-feed slot. When a stack of paper is placed into the slot, the bottom of the stack rests against the auto-feed roller which grasps the top sheet and pulls it under the roller. The roller then pushes the sheet down the angled throat where a curved surface bends the sheet downwards and into the shredding mechanism.
ENERGY-SAVING AUTO FEED SHREDDER
An energy-saving auto feed shredder which includes an operable cover as configured in a conventional auto feed shredder, with a pressing device configured on the cover. Once the cover is open, other components are exposed, such as a feeder base or compartment to place the stack of paper, a feeder slot in the middle of the feeder base or compartment, feeding mechanisms on both sides of the feeder slot, and a shredder mechanism below the feeder slot; when the cover is closed, the pressing device applies a pressure on the stack of paper inside the feeder base, and the feeding mechanisms in relative motion on both sides of the feeder slot captures and pulls the sheet at the bottom of the stack of paper under pressure, and force it to fold toward the feeder slot, and be delivered to the shredder mechanism. Repeatedly, new sheet of paper is captured, pulled, folded and delivered by the feeding mechanism, until the whole stack of paper is shredded. Wherein, the feeder slot is in nearly parallel orientation with the folding line of the shorter side of the stack of paper placed inside the feeder base, so that the shorter side of the stack of paper can be captured, pulled, folded and delivered to the shredder mechanism by the feeding mechanism.
Waste processing machine safety device
A waste processing machine for reducing waste material and having a safety device for shearing lines. A housing defines a cutting chamber and an intake opening in communication with the cutting chamber for receiving waste material. A disc is disposed in the cutting chamber, rotates about an axis, and has an axial surface facing the intake opening. A cutting member is fixed to the disc for revolution about the axis concurrent with rotation of the disc for reducing waste material. A cutting anvil is coupled to the housing adjacent to the intake opening and faces the axial surface of the disc for reducing waste material between the cutting anvil and the cutting member. A line shear element is attached to the housing, extends into the cutting chamber toward the axial surface of the disc, and is spaced from the cutting anvil for shearing lines caught by the rotating disc.
AUTOMATIC PAPER SHREDDER
An automatic paper shredder includes a shredder cover, a paper holding box, a shell, a paper holding plate, a paper holding plate inlet, a paper shredding component, a drive motor, a paper pressing plate, a paper pick-up component, and a waste paper bin. The paper pressing effect is improved through a spliced paper pressing plate, and the paper pick-up effect is improved through a damping plate, a soft rubber piece, and a convex rib, and thus, efficiency is improved. The automatic paper shredder has the characteristics of being highly automated, convenient to use, safe, reliable, structurally simple and cost-effective.
Apparatus for shredding value documents
A shredding apparatus for value documents, includes two mutually counter-rotatable roller-shaped cutting devices which are disposed opposite each other with reference to a transport path of the value documents to be shredded, in order to cut up the value documents transported along the transport path with the aid of the cutting edges into a multiplicity of value document shreds. A stripper is allocated to each of the cutting devices, which stripper has several stripper elements arranged parallel to each other, which stripper elements engage between the cutting edges of the respective cutting device in order to remove the value document shreds from the cutting edges. The shape of the stripper elements is chosen such that the stripper elements on the front side of the respective cutting device, the front side facing the transport path of the value documents, engage between the cutting edges of the respective cutting device.
AUTOFEED PAPER SHREDDER WITH INPUT DRAWER
An auto-feed paper shredder is configured for placement below the surface of a desk. The auto-feeder consists of a drawer located on the front surface of the shredder. This drawer is slid out to insert a stack of documents to be shredded. When the door is slid back into the shredder and the shredding system is activated, feed rollers draw sheets of paper either from the top or the bottom surface of the stack and feed the sheets into a conventional paper shredding mechanism. An input slot is provided to insert single sheets of paper when the auto-feeder is not being used.
