Grinder stemmer and related methodologies
Disclosed is a continuous feed commercial cannabis bud grinder and stemmer that enables operations to control the grinds size, remove stems from the buds, and avoid damage to the bud's trichomes. In a preferred embodiment, raw material (buds) are top loaded into a grinding assembly defined by a motor driven blade that tumbles or sweeps the raw material such that the buds are destemmed and bud grinds are forced through a perforated insert. Suitably, grinds fall from the perforated insert into a secondary filtering process where the grinds can be filtered by size before output to a user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WASTE VOLUME REDUCTION AND CAPTURE
Systems and methods for waste volume reduction and disposal, including a system comprising a feeder chute rotatable about a first axis; a shredder assembly comprising a housing configured to accept waste from the feeder chute and a shaft within the housing rotatable about a second axis; a plurality of blades attached to the shaft so as to shred the waste into shredded pieces; and a plurality of cleaning arms positioned such that at least a portion of the plurality of blades passes between two or more of the cleaning arms when the plurality of blades is rotated within the housing by the shaft; an agent reservoir positioned proximate to the shredder assembly and configured to contain and disperse agent(s); and an exit chute having an entry end aligned with the bottom of the housing so as to accept and dispense the shredded pieces of waste.

Wood chipper
A chipper includes a hopper and a chipper unit. The hopper is configured to receive vegetative debris via an inlet end. The chipper unit has an outer casing and an inlet passing therethrough. The inlet of the chipper unit is connected to the outlet end of the hopper to in use receive the vegetative debris within the outer casing. The chipper unit includes a cutter located which is configured to chip vegetative debris. The hopper and the outer casing are configured so that the hopper and outer casing can be moved between a position where the hopper is substantially vertical and a position where the hopper is substantially horizontal.
CRUSHER FEED STATION
A crusher feed station is mountable on a crusher mainframe to receive bulk material from a feed hopper and a primary feeder also mounted on the mainframe, in which the crusher feed station has a scalping deck and a sizing screen configured to produce a first sizing screen oversize product, a second fines product and a third intermediate sized product. A crusher including the crusher feed station and a method of feeding feed material from a feeding station to a crusher is also provided.
Screening hopper
An apparatus for producing a construction material for use in the building industry is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a hopper (10) which includes a trough (11) having a base section and an open top to allow material to be added to the hopper. The base section of the hopper includes a grinding array (24). A separation array (152) is deployed above the open top with the separation array comprising a plurality of elongate tines (151), each having a first end and a second end, mounted parallel to each other, and secured at least at one end to a support means.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COMMINUTING AND MIXING SOLIDS
The invention relates to an apparatus for comminuting solids into pieces, in particular solid foodstuffs into foodstuff pieces, which has a container at the first end cross-sectional opening of which at least one knife is arranged, the first cross-sectional opening forming an inlet opening or being covered by a first lid, which has an inlet opening, the container being driven in a reciprocating motion parallel to or at an angle to the plane in which the first cross-sectional opening extends, with a feed chute, the outlet opening of which is arranged in the region of the first cross-sectional opening and the opposite inlet opening of which is spaced from its outlet opening.
Paper holding mechanism and paper shredder
Provided are a paper holding mechanism and a paper shredder. In the paper holding mechanism, a placement chamber is disposed in the housing. The placement chamber includes a conveyor section and a placement section that communicate with each other. An included angle is set between the conveyor section and the placement section. The housing is provided with a first paper inlet at the conveyor section. The first paper inlet communicates with the conveyor section. The paper feed assembly is disposed on the housing. The first paper press member is disposed on the housing. The width of the placement section at the first paper press member is variable.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WASTE VOLUME REDUCTION AND CAPTURE
Methods for waste volume reduction and disposal, including a method comprising feeding waste into a feeder chute having an intake end, an output end, and an interior, wherein at least the intake end of the feeder chute is rotatable about a first axis, wherein the output end of the feeder chute comprises one or more ball bearings; rotating the output end of the feeder chute utilizing the one or more ball bearings in order to accept waste into the feeder chute; shredding the waste into shredded pieces with a shredder assembly; adding a reservoir positioned proximate to the shredder assembly, the reservoir having an applicator configured to disperse one or more agents from the reservoir onto the shredded pieces of the waste; and dispersing the one or more agents from the applicator of the reservoir onto the shredded pieces of the waste.
