SPRAY NOZZLE DEVICE FOR DELIVERING A RESTORATIVE COATING THROUGH A HOLE IN A CASE OF A TURBINE ENGINE
An atomizing spray nozzle device includes an atomizing zone housing that receives different phases of materials used to form a coating. The atomizing zone housing mixes the different phases of the materials into a two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in a carrier gas. The device also includes a plenum housing fluidly coupled with the atomizing housing and extending from the atomizing housing to a delivery end. The plenum housing includes an interior plenum that receives the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas from the atomizing zone housing. The device also includes one or more delivery nozzles fluidly coupled with the plenum chamber. The delivery nozzles provide outlets from which the two-phase mixture of ceramic-liquid droplets in the carrier gas is delivered onto one or more surfaces of a target object as the coating on the target object.

The base unit and the cover configured for mating engagement together so as to form a liquid impermeable, electrically insulative, protective enclosure when the module is in a closed state to keep the internal components clean and dry and prevents system form high voltage shorting and prevents leakage of current by inhibiting a high voltage from establishing a return path to ground. The spray module includes a quick access latch and gasket systemwith no tools required to open for maintenance. The module includes integral place holders for components including air supply manifold and variable voltage supply to provide a selectable high voltage level to accommodate various spraying application.
Spray-gun apparatus
A spray-gun apparatus, comprising a spray-gun handle, a spray-gun tube-body, and a connection adapter; wherein the connection adapter is connected between the spray-gun handle and the spray-gun tube-body; wherein the first conduction tube is connected with the spray-gun handle and the spray-gun tube-body to use as a gas output path, and the second conduction tube is connected with a second cover-body to use as a gas suction path. Thereby, the gas sent from the spray-gun handle is blown out through the first conduction tube of the connection adapter and the spray-gun tube-body, and the water-sucking tube set inside the spray-gun tube-body will be made to spray liquid; and the second conduction tube of the connection adapter is used to connect a gas suction apparatus, so that the gas around the second conduction tube can be sucked into through the second conduction tube of the connection adapter.
Apparatus and method for generating and concentrating fine particle aerosols
A system and a method for generating a respirable dry powder aerosol (15) from a liquid solution or liquid suspension at a respirable dry powder aerosol volume flow (91). A liquid aerosol generating nozzle (3) generates from the liquid solution or liquid suspension a liquid aerosol (13) that is diluted by dilution gas (4) and dried in a cylindrical evaporation chamber (6) to generate a dry powder aerosol (14) that is subsequently concentrated by a cylindrical single linear slit aerosol concentrator (9). The system and method may include heliox as a gas, specifically dilution gas (4), for enhancing both the drying process in the cylindrical evaporation chamber (6) and for enhancing the concentration efficiency, but also as a nozzle gas (2) for enhancing generating the liquid aerosol (13) from the liquid solution or liquid suspension.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONVERTING LIQUID STREAM INTO FINE DROPLETS
An apparatus and a method for mixing and atomizing a hydrocarbon stream is disclosed. The apparatus comprises of an inner conduit having a first inlet for receiving the hydrocarbon stream, and a second inlet for receiving a primary dispersion stream. The inner conduit produces a primary mixture comprising the hydrocarbon stream and the primary dispersion stream. The apparatus further includes an outer conduit having a third inlet for receiving a secondary dispersion stream. Further, said inner and outer conduits together define an annular passage. The distal end of the annular passage defines a second set of orifices for allowing the secondary dispersion stream flowing there-through to come in contact with the primary mixture and thereby dispensing the secondary mixture so obtained through an outlet.

VOC REFINING APPARATUS
A particle diameter is decreased and a surface area per unit flow amount is increased by spraying a VOC-containing liquid from a spraying device spraying that is a two-fluid nozzle in a vacuum container, so that only water in the VOC-containing liquid can be greatly evaporated and exhausted, and a concentrated VOC-containing liquid having high concentration can be refined and processed.
Glass atomizer and production method thereof
A glass atomizer includes an atomizer housing, wherein: a diameter of the atomizer housing is 5.8-6.2 mm; a nozzle is formed at a top part of the atomizer housing; an outlet of the nozzle has a diameter of 2.4-2.5 mm; a limiting convex member is arranged at a bottom part of the atomizer housing; a conical hollow connection member is formed at an inner wall of the bottom part of the atomizer housing; a top part of the connection member extends upward and forms an atomizer core tube; the atomizer core tube and the atomizer housing are concentric; an inlet tube is integrally formed at a side of the atomizer housing; and a groove is opened at an outer wall of the inlet tube.
MANUALLY CONTROLLED VARIABLE COVERAGE HIGH RANGE ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER
A system for spraying liquid pesticides with enhanced performance to crops and orchards, combines an air-assisted nozzle and electrostatic induction charging, low voltage dc power supply raised to several kilovolts which is applied to a ring electrode embedded at a selected distance in the nozzle, spray nozzle made of insulating material to avoid the shock and hazardous, an external air assistance system which supplies compressed air to assist the finely divided liquid spray, movable support system for air supplies whose variation of spray coverage is from parallel to the spray center line (0) to maximum target spray coverage, flexible spring system to compress or elongate the air supply to change the spray coverage, manually controlled trigger system to compress or elongate the springs, to transport electrostatically charged droplets to intended target with variable spray canopy coverage, applicable in high wind and transient agro-climatic conditions.
COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An atomizing spray device includes a housing having inlets that receive a first fluid and a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The inlets are fluidly coupled with outlets by an interior chamber that mixes the first fluid with the slurry to form a primary mixture of the first fluid and first atomized droplets of the slurry. A first outlet on a first side of the housing and a second outlet on the first side of the housing are shaped to change the primary mixture to form a secondary mixture of the first fluid and second atomized droplets of the slurry. The first outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto a first surface as a first layer of coating and the second outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto the first surface as a second layer of coating while the housing moves in a direction along the first surface.
