The nozzle is composed with the first liquid passage, the liquid nozzle with a liquid splaying exit, a concave located at an end of the liquid nozzle where said liquid exit is located lower than said end of liquid nozzle, a gas nozzle having a gap to supply compressed gas for atomizing from the outer periphery of said liquid nozzle to the liquid injected from said liquid exit, and a gas nozzle having a gas exit, wherein said gap is formed by sticking the minute extrusion composed integrally on said liquid nozzle with said gas nozzle or sticking the minute extrusion composed integrally on said gas nozzle with said liquid nozzle.

Fluid sprayer and components of a fluid sprayer

An air-assisted airless spray gun includes a valve cartridge configured to control a flow of air or spray fluid through the spray gun. The valve cartridge includes a housing configured to interface with the spray gun body and fully supporting the flow control components of the valve cartridge. The housing is secured within a bore of the spray gun body. The valve member is supported by the housing and actuatable relative to a seat. The valve is formed between the seal end of the valve member and the seat.

ATOMIZING NOZZLE DEVICE, ATOMIZED FLUID AND USE OF THE SAME

The invention relates to a new atomizing device with improved droplet formation. Smaller droplets are formed with increased micronized volume throughput, wherein high volumes of air are fed to a liquid sprayed from a liquid nozzle. High volume ratios result in mean free path between droplets being conveyed so as to minimize collisions and to prevent aggregation of the droplet.

FOAM DISCHARGE DEVICE

A foam discharging device includes: a storage portion that stores a liquid agent; a foamer mechanism that changes the liquid agent into foam to generate a foam body; and a discharging portion that discharges the foam body. The discharging portion includes a foam passing chamber that allows the foam body to pass, and one or a plurality of ejection-port forming wall portions that extend downward below the foam passing chamber, are formed into a closed-loop shape in plan view, have the inner space communicating with the foam passing chamber, and have the lower edge having an ejection port formed thereon. At least part of the ejection-port forming wall portion has a bottom end portion formed into a shape that has a thickness reduced toward the lower side. The ejection-port forming wall portion and a second portion. The height position of a lower edge of the first portion is higher than the height position of a lower edge of the second portion.

Spraying apparatus

A spraying apparatus includes: an inner lid; a flow guide plate; and an annular member, wherein a liquid is introduced into a gas -liquid mixing section between the inner lid, the flow guide plate, and the annular member from an inner lid plate of the inner lid, the inner lid plate being a flat plate located upstream of the spraying apparatus and proximate the gas-liquid mixing section, and a gas is introduced into the gas-liquid mixing section from an opposite position, the liquid is atomized in the gas-liquid mixing section by the liquid impinging with the gas and transforming into a gas-liquid mixed fluid, and advancing to a spouting portion as the gas-liquid mixed fluid is circulated in the gas-liquid mixing section along the internal surface of the annular member on the flow guide plate and facing the gas-liquid mixing section.

Minimum quantity lubrication system with air blow off

A MQL system having first and second air streams, with the first air stream comprising a mixture of atomized lubricant droplets entrained with an air stream having a first airflow and the second air stream comprising an air stream at a second airflow greater than the first airflow and sufficient to blow off cuttings from the tool/metal interface.

Spray Applicator
20190076861 · 2019-03-14 ·

A spray applicator assembly discharges distributable product from a cartridge using low air pressure. The cartridge is held captive between a piston advancing from the rear to expel contents and a nozzle snugly attached at the front to receive expelled contents and to convert the contents into droplets by subjecting the contents to an array of focused high velocity air streams. The nozzle has an open barrel design and is able to discharge a variety of liquid or viscous distributable product without readjustment, other than resetting a proportioning valve in the low pressure air feed line. An air chamber immediately in front of the cartridge nose provides constant backpressure, which dominates to cleanly stop flow of distributable product into the nozzle whenever the piston stops advancing. When the piston resumes advancement, the flow restarts cleanly. Clean stopping and starting saves distributable product from waste. Variations in the distributable product might include, without limitation, a broad variety of materials including coating materials and combustibles.

In a mist nozzle, a liquid stored in a liquid storage tank is pressurized by a liquid supplier and is supplied to the mist nozzle, so that a liquid flow is introduced from an upstream of a gas-liquid mixing section and a vicinity of a wall surface of the gas-liquid mixing section into the gas-liquid mixing section on an outer lid side. A pressurized gas is supplied from a gas supplier from a facing surface, so that a gas flow introduces into the gas-liquid mixing section and collides with the liquid flow, and a gas-liquid mixed flow is advanced to a spout portion while circulating the wall surface of the gas-liquid mixing section on the outer lid side. Therefore, it is possible to promote atomization of the liquid in the gas-liquid mixing section and spray a liquid having a smaller particle diameter.
