Fluid through needle for applying multiple component material
Embodiments of a spray gun incorporating a needle for applying multiple component materials are provided. In accordance with certain embodiments, the spray gun includes a fluid delivery tip assembly comprising an inner passage, a hollow needle disposed within the inner passage of the fluid delivery tip assembly, wherein the hollow needle comprises at least two indentions along an outer circumferential surface of the hollow needle near an end of the hollow needle, a first passage configured to deliver a first spray fluid to a fluid tip exit of the fluid delivery tip assembly, wherein the first passage is defined by a volume between the fluid delivery tip assembly and the hollow needle, and a second passage through the hollow needle, wherein the second passage is configured to deliver a second spray fluid to the fluid tip exit of the fluid delivery tip assembly.
SEAM SEALER ADAPTER FOR SPRAY GUN
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a method and system. The method includes obtaining a spray gun platform (206) and a spray gun nozzle assembly (208). The method can include assembling the spray gun platform (206) and the spray gun nozzle assembly such that the nozzle gas inlet is coupled with the platform gas passageway (228). The method can also include coupling an adhesive cartridge (204) containing the adhesive to the nozzle liquid inlet. The adhesive cartridge (204) is configured to be pressurized from a gas source. The method can also include activating a trigger of the spray gun platform (206).
Spray gun converter
Various embodiments of a spray gun converter (100) and a spray gun system that includes such converter (100) are disclosed. The spray gun converter (100) includes a body (102) having a first end (104) configured for insertion into an air passage of a spray gun (11), a second end (106) having a converter fitting (108) configured for connection to a reservoir (30), and a reservoir air passage (110) extending through the body (102) from an inlet end (112) at the first end to an outlet end (114) on the converter fitting (108) at the second end. The spray gun converter (100) also includes a reservoir air control valve (116) that opens and closes the reservoir air passage (110).
Paint-spraying device for producing a paint spray jet and method for venting a paint container
A paint-spraying device for generating a paint spray jet, wherein the paint-spraying device comprises a front end and a back end, wherein the front end and the back end are connected to one another such that they can be separated by virtue of the back end and the front end being pulled apart, wherein the paint-spraying device comprises a paint container, wherein the paint container comprises an air feed line that leads into the paint container, wherein the air feed line comprises a check valve, wherein the paint-spraying device comprises an air discharge line that is connected to the paint container, and the air discharge line comprises a shut-off valve by means of which the air discharge line is closed off during the operation of the paint-spraying device.
Pneumatic material spray gun
Pneumatic spray guns (10) for applying sprayable materials (M) to various surfaces are disclosed. During use of the pneumatic spray guns (10), a tube (T) of flowable texture material (M) to be sprayed is loaded into a pressure canister (12) of the spray gun (10). Pressurized air is fed to the tube (T) of material (M) to be sprayed and is also fed to a spray nozzle region of the gun (10) to contact the material (M) after it has exited the tube (T) in order to provide a desired spray pattern (S). The pressure applied to the pressure canister (12) and/or the pressure applied to the spray nozzle (20) may be varied in order to control the spray pattern (S).
Adhesive dispensing system and method
A dispenser system for applying multi-component adhesives or like substances to work surfaces in carpeting, roofing and like applications as well as a method of dispensing and applying multi-component adhesives to work surfaces.
Aerosol dispenser and nozzle
A spray dispenser includes a container, a valve body, a valve stem, a supply channel, an actuator, and a nozzle. The container valve stem, supply channel and nozzle are in fluid communication. The valve stem is movable from a closed position to a fully open position, wherein in the closed position the valve stem channel is not in fluid communication with the interior of the container, wherein in the fully open position the valve stem channel is in fluid communication with the interior of the container. The actuator is in operative communication with the valve stem, wherein the actuator is movable from resting position to a fully actuated position, wherein in the resting position the valve stem is in the closed position, and wherein in the fully actuated position the valve stem is in the fully open position. The nozzle includes a swirl chamber adjacent the end face and having a chamber depth CH extending along the nozzle longitudinal axis NL and a chamber diameter CD, and wherein the swirl chamber is disposed generally concentric with the cavity and in fluid communication with the grooves, wherein chamber diameter CD is less than or equal to 800 microns and the chamber depth CH is less than or equal to 500 microns.
