A DEVICE FOR DELIVERING A PRESSURIZED MATERIAL
20190299041 · 2019-10-03 ·

A device for dispensing a pressurized material, includes a body defining a pressurizing chamber containing a gas generator, a tank for containing the material that is to be delivered, and a piston, the gas generator being configured so that when it is triggered it causes the device to pass from a material-storage, first configuration to an end-of-material-dispensing, second configuration. In the first configuration, the piston is held in position in the body by an elastically deformable holder element extending axially, that is secured to the first end wall. The piston is held stationary relative to the first end wall by a holding force from the holder element. When the gas generator is triggered, it exerts a force on the piston that opposes the holding force to enable the piston to move by releasing the first end wall and thus causing the device to pass from the first to second configuration.

Pressurised liquid delivery system

A pressurized liquid delivery assembly has at least one liquid delivery module. Each module may include a housing and an associated compartment. The compartment may be located within the housing and may be moveable with respect to the housing to permit access to the compartment by a user. The compartment may define a space adapted to receive a replaceable pressurised receptacle containing liquid to be dispensed by the assembly. A liquid dispenser may be operatively associated with the receptacle and adapted to dispense liquid. The dispenser may include a conduit that may be extendable from a dispensing nozzle to a liquid receiving connector. The liquid receiving connector may be adapted to releasably connect to the liquid receptacle in use.

Portable fluid warming device

A portable device heats a fluid within a reservoir. The device includes a housing, a cavity, and an energizing element. The housing includes a first longitudinal end, a second longitudinal end, and outer surfaces of the device. The outer surfaces extend from an outer portion of the first longitudinal end to an outer portion of the second longitudinal end. The cavity extends from a cavity port that is positioned on an inner portion of the first longitudinal end to a cavity terminal positioned intermediate the first and second longitudinal ends. Inner lateral surfaces are adjacent the cavity and extend from the inner portion of the first longitudinal end to an outer portion of the cavity terminal. The energizing element is around the cavity. The cavity is positioned intermediate a first energizing element portion and a second energizing element portion. The energizing element provides energy to the cavity.

A DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A PRESSURIZED MATERIAL

A device for dispensing a pressurized material, includes a body defining a pressurizing chamber containing a gas generator, and a tank containing the material to be dispensed, the tank being defined by an end wall having an outlet orifice. The device includes a piston, to move inside the body, separating the pressurizing chamber from the tank, the gas generator to trigger the dispensing of the material to the outside of the body through the outlet orifice by causing the piston to pass from a material-storage, first position to an end-of-material-dispensing, second position in which the piston faces the end wall. The piston, when in the first position, presents a housing that is closed by a fragile portion beside the pressurizing chamber and that is open beside the tank, the housing containing a striker element that is held in the housing and that defines a channel opening out into the tank.

HANDHELD FLUID SPRAYER

An example portable fluid spraying system includes a handheld fluid sprayer. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a fluid reservoir configured to store a fluid, a pump configured to pump the fluid from the fluid reservoir to an outlet of the handheld fluid sprayer and a handle. The handheld fluid sprayer includes a first trigger proximate the handle, configured to control fluid flow to the outlet. The portable fluid spraying system includes a fluid hose having a coupling mechanism configured to removably couple to the handheld fluid sprayer proximate the outlet and a fluid spray gun. The fluid spray gun includes a gun inlet configured to couple to the fluid hose and receive the fluid from the handheld fluid sprayer, a gun outlet configured to expel the fluid in a spray pattern and a second trigger configured to control fluid flow to the gun outlet.

A dispenser for spray applications includes a receptacle for repeatedly receiving a cartridge, a plunger moveable for dispensing, and a spray nozzle for activating a spray application and a trigger.

NOZZLE FOR A FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE
20240148548 · 2024-05-09 ·

A nozzle for a fluid delivery device includes a nozzle head. The nozzle head defines an inner head chamber for a fluid. The nozzle head has at least one nozzle opening through which fluid is configured to be selectively delivered from the head chamber to a target site during use of the device. The nozzle head is at least partially formed from a deformable material. The nozzle head is selectively deflectable between an opened condition in which the at least one nozzle opening is at least partially open to permit fluid flow therethrough and a closed condition in which the at least one nozzle opening is at least partially closed to restrict fluid flow therethrough.

Discharge head and dispenser with such a discharge head

A discharge head for mixing two media and discharging the mixed liquid, having a dosing chamber, a first inlet, a second inlet, and an outlet through which the mixed liquid is discharged from the dosing chamber. A displacer is movable in an actuation direction between first and second end positions to force the mixed liquid through the outlet. A volume-compensating mechanism has a wall portion which is deflectable between a minimal position in which the volume of the dosing chamber is not enlarged and a maximal position in which the volume of the dosing chamber is enlarged to a maximum extent. Deflection of the wall portion in the direction of the maximal position enables an auxiliary volume to be made available in the dosing chamber through which, with the dosing chamber already filled with the first media, the second media can be introduced into the dosing chamber.

Provided are a method and apparatus for rendering a surface of an object pathogen reduced. A disinfectant compartment stores a disinfectant that exhibits an antimicrobial effect and, when applied to a surface, deactivates a portion of contagions on the surface. A neutralizer compartment stores a neutralizer that is reactive with the disinfectant to discontinue the antimicrobial effect of the disinfectant. The neutralizer is encapsulated in a shell formed of a material that interferes with a chemical reaction between the disinfectant and the neutralizer after the disinfectant and the neutralizer have been applied to the surface. A nozzle concurrently applies the disinfectant and the neutralizer onto the surface.

Aerosol refill cartridge with RFID chip

A refillable aerosol cartridge for use with a refill station or the like, that has a unique identifier such as a serial number or the other identification. The refillable aerosol cartridge is equipped with a programmable RFID or other data transferring device that can record, store, and transfer unique information about the refillable aerosol cartridge, including the specific user-selected ingredients, and track the cartridge for the life of the product. The unique serial number or other identifier of the aerosol cartridge can be used to track the cartridge and, in the case of a recall, identify and locate the cartridge for notification.
