Discharging device
A discharging device for liquids. The invention relates to a discharging device for liquids, more particularly for pharmaceutical liquids, comprising a delivery device (10), a liquid storage receptical (20) communicating with an input (10a) of the delivery device for storage of the liquid (30), and a discharge orifice (12) which communicates with an outlet (10b) of said delivery device, and the liquid storage receptical (20) is at least in part in the form of a dimensionally flexible liquid-containing bag (20) and the liquid storage receptical (20) is disposed in a buffer chamber of constant volume (42). To prevent air from escaping from the buffer chamber (42), provision is made for the buffer chamber to be sealed by a protective housing from the environment (1) in a gas-tight manner, for the buffer chamber to communicate with the environment through at least one capillary passageway for the purpose of pressure compensation, or for the buffer chamber (42) to communicate with the environment (1) via a balancing passageway for the purpose of pressure compensation, while a valve (70) which opens in dependence on the pressure differential is disposed in this balancing passageway.
Fluid dispensing device and method for producing such a device
Device for dispensing a fluid, comprising: a feed pipe, a dispensing pipe arranged in order to convey a fluid in a dispensing direction, a deformable pouch, a feed valve, which, in an open state, allows fluid to pass from the feed pipe to the inside of the pouch, and, in a closed state, does not allow this, and a dispensing valve, which, in an open state, allows fluid to pass from the inside of the pouch to the dispensing pipe, and, in a closed state, does not allow this, wherein the dispensing valve is held in the device by tightening between inner walls of the dispensing pipe.
Fluid product dispenser
A refillable fluid dispenser having a fluid reservoir (1) with a bottom wall (12) provided with an opening (13); a filling valve (2) mounted in the opening and that includes a movable member (26) and a valve seat (21); a dispenser member (4) having an actuator rod (44) and a vent system, the actuator rod (44) movable axially between a rest position and a depressed position and the vent system closed in the rest position and open in the depressed position; and a pusher (6) mounted on the actuator rod (44). The fluid dispenser includes an abutment mechanism (76) for holding the pusher (6) when pressure exerted on the filling valve (2) is transmitted to the dispenser member (4) so as to move the dispenser member body (41) relative to its actuator rod (44) to bring it into its depressed position in order to open the vent passage.
VENTED REFILL UNITS AND DISPENSERS HAVING VENTED REFILL UNITS
Exemplary embodiments of vented refill units and dispensers having vented refill units are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill unit includes a non-collapsing inverted container. The container has a neck located at the bottom of the container. A pump is secured to the neck. The pump has a housing that has a cylindrical outside surface. In addition, the housing has an attachment mechanism for attaching the pump to a venting insert. The venting insert has a cylindrical inside surface and a cylindrical outside surface. At least a portion of the venting insert is located within the neck. An air passage is located between the pump housing and the cylindrical inside surface of the venting insert. One or more apertures are located through the venting insert. A one-way air inlet valve is located proximate the one or more apertures.
Spray dispenser
A spray dispenser is provided, the spray dispenser comprising a container for holding a liquid to be dispensed and a dispensing assembly for extracting liquid from said container, the dispensing assembly comprising a pressure-relief valve for release of excessive pressure in the container and a filter arranged to permit egress of gas through the filter, inhibit egress of liquid from the container and to inhibit ingress of contaminants into the container through the pressure relief valve. A dispensing assembly for use is a spray dispenser is also provided.
Pumps with vents to vent inverted containers and refill units having non-collapsing containers
Exemplary embodiments of refill units having foam pumps and non-collapsing containers are disclosed herein. In some exemplary embodiments, the refill unit includes a non-collapsing container and a foam pump. The foam pump includes a compressible air chamber. The foam pump includes a passage between the interior of the compressible air chamber and the interior of the container. A regulating valve regulates flow of air from the interior of the compressible air chamber to the interior of the container.
TRIGGER DISPENSER DEVICE WITH A VENTING VALVE
A head (10) of a trigger dispenser device includes a bulb (70) having an elastically deformable casing (72) that includes a vent lip (90), molded in one piece. With the casing (72), the vent lip (90) forms a venting valve.
Pump for Dispensing Cosmetic Product and Dispensing Device Comprising a Pump of this Type
A pump 1 for dispensing a cosmetic product, having a pump body 10 and a diaphragm 20. The pump body 10 and the diaphragm 20 are rigidly interconnected and together define an interior space 19 in the pump 1. The pump 1 is equipped with an intake valve 222, which is designed to regulate the intake of the cosmetic product into said interior space 19. The pump 115 is equipped with an outlet valve 201, which is designed to regulate the expulsion of the cosmetic product from said interior space 19. The dispensing pump 1 is designed such that the diaphragm 20 being pushed down causes the intake valve 222 to close and the outlet valve 201 to open, and such that the diaphragm 20 being released causes the outlet valve 201 to close and the intake valve 222 to open.
Valve and gasket tolerant to pressure-differentials
A valve for a dispenser pump is carried on a circular post or tube of a pump body. A protruding, sealing flange is formed at one end, while the opposing end includes tapering ribs extend along the inner surface of the hollow, tubular valve. In function, the ribs facilitate the passage of make-up air between the inner surface and the post/tube.
