The first flexible tab extends circumferentially from a first end to a second end, and the first end is joined to an annular wall by a closing wall. The system also provides for an auxiliary window obtained through the annular wall of the main skirt, and a rigid auxiliary tooth of the neck, suitable to snap into the auxiliary window.
Manually operated dispensing pump
A manually operated pump including: an inlet one-way valve; a pump chamber downstream of and in fluid communication with the inlet one-way valve; a piston interior to the pump chamber and slideably engaged with the pump chamber; an actuator engaged with the piston or the pump chamber; a block thermoplastic elastomeric spring engaged with the actuator to move the actuator as the block thermoplastic elastomeric spring relaxes; and an optional outlet one-way valve downstream of and in fluid communication with the pump chamber.
Reduced misting and clinging chlorine based hard surface cleaner
Alkaline sprayable aqueous compositions are disclosed. In particular, sprayable alkaline aqueous chlorine compositions including a surfactant system for modifying the viscosity of the composition, are combined with an alkalinity source and a chlorine source. Methods of cleaning having reduced amounts of airborne particulates of the composition during spray applications are also provided according to the invention, namely reduction of airborne particulates having a micron size of 10 or less within a breathing zone of a user of less than or equal to 60 particles/cm.sup.3.
Fluid dispensing system with adapter for a table top dispenser
A fluid dispensing system including a fluid dispenser that is operable in a stand-alone mode, and a housing that is configured to removably receive the fluid dispenser for operation of the fluid dispenser in a housed mode. When the fluid dispenser is placed on top of a horizontal support surface for operation of the fluid dispenser in the stand-alone mode, a pump mechanism of the fluid dispenser is manually activatable to dispense an allotment of fluid by manually depressing an activation member of the pump mechanism. When the fluid dispenser is received by the housing for operation of the fluid dispenser in the housed mode, the pump mechanism is activatable by activating an actuation mechanism of the housing.
Trigger-type pump dispenser
[Object] To provide a trigger-type pump dispenser that makes it possible to prevent an out-of-nozzle squirting phenomenon that occurs at a final stage of sucking up of liquid out of a vessel into a cylinder. [Solution] A trigger-type pump dispenser A includes a handle structure 1, a nozzle base structure 2 attached to the handle structure 1, a trigger 3, a cylinder structure 4, a cap 5 by which the cylinder structure 4 is held down and attached to the mouth of a vessel, a piston structure 6 that slides inside the cylinder structure 4, an inverted-mortar-shaped lip 61 formed in the piston structure 6, a spring 7 that springs the piston structure 6, a valve case 8 attached to the nozzle base structure 2, a mortar-shaped valve seat 81 formed in the valve case 8, a leak valve 9, attached to a bottom part of the cylinder structure 4, that has a bulging portion 91 at a tip thereof, a first valve FV, and a second valve SV. A movement of the piston structure 6 from top dead center to bottom dead center causes liquid in the cylinder structure 4 to be discharged from a nozzle orifice N. The bulging portion 91 at the tip of the leak valve 9 is disposed to pass through the inverted-mortar-shaped lip 61. A through-hole diameter D1 of the mortar-shaped valve seat 81 of the valve case 8 is smaller than a nozzle orifice diameter D2.
SYSTEM FOR DOSED DISPENSING OF A FLUID AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUCH FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a system for dosed dispensing of a fluid, comprising a container for the fluid and a dispensing device connected therewith, wherein the container comprises a form-retaining outer container and a flexible inner container connected therewith, wherein a space to be brought into fluid communication with the ambient atmosphere can be developed between the inner and outer containers, and wherein the dispensing device includes a housing and/or frame of which at least a part is integrally formed with the container.
The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing a system for dosed dispensing of a fluid, comprising the steps of: manufacturing a container for the fluid, said container comprising a form-retaining outer container and a flexible inner container connected therewith; manufacturing a dispensing device comprising a housing and/or a frame; and assembling the container and the dispensing device; wherein at least a part of the dispensing device housing and/or frame is integrally formed with the container, and wherein assembling the container and the dispensing device comprises mounting a non-integrated part of the dispensing device in the part of the dispensing device housing and/or frame which is integrally formed with the container.
Dual pump hand cleaner foam dispenser
A hand cleaner foam dispenser with a first pump arrangement that discharges a first liquid and first air from the atmosphere through a first foam inducing member into a mixing chamber and a second pump arrangement that discharges a second liquid into the mixing chamber, and in which there is a simultaneous discharge of the first liquid, first air and the second liquid from the mixing chamber through an outlet foam inducing member to produce a foamed product delivered onto a person's hand. Preferably, the second pump arrangement may discharge not only the second liquid, but also second air drawn from the atmosphere and discharge the second liquid and the second air through a second foam inducing member into the mixing chamber.
Mixing container and spray container including mixing container
A mixing container includes a body having an upper opening and containing a dissolving agent, at least one receiving chamber protruding outward from an inner peripheral surface of the body, having a hollow defined in the protrusion where a press-through pack (PTP) sheet is fittable from inside the body, and formed from a flexible material, a support including a plate and a releasing hole that communicates with an inlet of the hollow in the receiving chamber when the plate is installed on the inner peripheral surface of the body and allows a substance stored in the PTP sheet to be released into the body, and holds an edge of the PTP sheet between the inner peripheral surface of the body and the plate, and a holding structure that holds the support on the inner peripheral surface of the body.
A DISPENSER
A dispenser for containing and dispensing substances such as fluids, viscous substances and/or adherent substances. The dispenser has a flexible bag adapted to contain a substance to be discharged, and a one-way output nozzle that is in sealed communication with the interior of the bag for discharging the contents of the bag. The dispenser has a receptacle, with the bag being arranged and sealed within the receptacle thereby trapping fluid between the exterior of the bag and the receptacle. The nozzle of the dispenser is arrangeable on a surface of the receptacle and there is additionally a one-way fluid intake valve arranged on the receptacle for intaking fluid into the receptacle and around the exterior of the bag. The dispenser further has an arrangement for preventing the bag from blocking the nozzle. The contents of the bag can be emptied through the nozzle without the bag blocking the nozzle in use.
