High-pressure pre-compression pump
A pump having a piston (1) sliding in a body (3) having a chamber (5) between an inlet valve (11) and an outlet valve (12), an outlet valve element sliding during actuation in the chamber (5), and a passage (40) wherein, at end of actuation, the outlet valve element (39) cooperates in a non-sealing manner with the passage to open the outlet valve. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element (10) that slides after closure in a sleeve (9) with reduced diameter and a spring (20) bearing on the inlet valve element and on a bottom of the sleeve. The spring (20) returns the piston into its rest position. The sleeve (9) has an inner diameter of less than 4.2 mm. The spring (20) has a force of at least 20 N, so that the pump delivers the fluid product at a pressure (P) of at least 15 bars.
Manually operated pump with a first actuation element
A manually operated pump and a method for pumping a preferably cosmetic liquid are proposed in which actuation is performed either by manual linear actuation or by swiveling actuation using a lever mechanism. The pump can be equipped with a locking device that blocks actuation of the pump in the locked state. The delivery head of the pump can be integrally formed with the swivel lever. Moreover, components of the pump can advantageously be provided with a flexible or elastic layer.
Pump for discharging contents
The present invention relates to a pump for discharging contents, which is coupled to a vessel (V) for accommodating the contents and discharges the contents, is configured such that: a suction valve plate (40) closes a content inlet (32) as the volume of the temporary repository (TR) inside the pump main body (10) decreases and pressure is generated in the temporary repository (TR) when the pump upper body (20) is moved downward by pressing the upper surface of the discharge valve (50) or the pump upper body (20); as the valve protruding ring (52), which is in contact with a content outlet (22), is widened due to the pressure, the contents in the temporary repository (TR) pass thorough the widened gap between the content outlet (22) and the valve protruding ring (52) and also pass through a flow path (24), which is the gap between the pump upper body (20) and the discharge valve (50).
