Gel foundation container comprising pump
A gel foundation container including a pump, the gel foundation container further including content discharge grooves radially formed on a distribution plate; second control protrusions, which are formed inside the content discharge grooves, for controlling the flow of content; a discharge plate formed at the upper end of the distribution plate; and content discharge holes radially formed at the discharge plate at the same position as the content discharge grooves of the distribution plate, wherein the content discharge holes are formed so as to gradually become larger outwardly from the center of the discharge plate, and thus gel foundation is equally discharged in the same amount onto the entire discharge plate when being pumped.
Viscous fluid applicator pump
An applicator assembly may include an applicator member and a pump. The applicator member may include an applicator surface substantially matching a surface of a pipe or fitting. The pump may cause a fluid to flow via one or more channels onto the applicator surface. When the pipe or fitting is positioned within or around the applicator surface the pump causes the fluid to flow between the applicator surface and the surface of the pipe or fitting applying the fluid to the surface of the pipe or fitting.
Manual pump
A manual pump (P) having a pump body (B) defining a slide cylinder (F) for a piston (K) secured to an actuator rod (S); a pump chamber (C) and an outlet valve (V) arranged between the pump chamber (C) and a dispenser orifice (O) so as to dispense the fluid from the pump chamber (C). The pump includes an inlet valve (2, 12) arranged between the pump chamber (C) and an inlet (I) of the pump (P) to take the fluid into the pump chamber (C) from the reservoir (R), the inlet valve having a movable member (2) that selectively bears against a valve seat (12), a return passage (23) enabling a fraction of the fluid that is put under pressure in the pump chamber (C) to escape therefrom without passing via the outlet valve (V). The return passage (23) creates a lack of sealing at the inlet valve.
Pump dispenser with locking feature
A pump dispenser includes a dispenser head rotatable relative to a locking ring for a lock-down feature during shipment. The lock-down feature requires a greater torque to initially rotate the dispenser head from the lock-down position, and a lesser torque to further rotate the dispenser head to a use position. The lock-down feature incorporates an interference between the dispenser head and locking ring, either inside the dispenser head, on an outer periphery of the dispenser head, or between threads connecting the dispenser head and locking ring.
MANUALLY-OPERATED SPRAY PUMP HAVING SELF-SEALING NOZZLE
The present invention provides a manually-operated spray pump for discharging a predetermined amount of content by downwardly pressing a manually-operated button having a nozzle, and sealing the content therein by blocking a passage of the nozzle after discharge, wherein the manually-operated button comprises: a button main body coupled to a pump main body so as to communicate with a flow passage of the pump main body, and having an opening, which communicates with the flow passage so as to lead to the outside, formed on the outer surface at one side thereof; an elastic opening-and-closing member mounted on the flow passage of the opening, and opening the opening only when the content is discharged and closing the opening before and after discharge; and a cap member for mounting the elastic opening-and-closing member in position in the opening of the button main body.
All plastic water resistant pump
A water resistant hand pump fabricated entirely from plastic components is provided. The pump comprises a pump housing, actuator, piston, chaplet, stem and a pump spring where the pump spring is in the form of an elastic dome made from an elastomeric polymer. The all plastic hand pump is suitable for dispensing liquids and creams from a dispenser bottle. Used pumps do not require disassembly to be recycled.
Disposable soap dispenser
A soap dispenser including a rigid cartridge, an inverted dispensing pump, a collar carrying a lever for actuating the pump, and a venting system for equalizing the air pressure in the rigid cartridge, wherein the rigid cartridge and the collar cooperate to removably attach the soap dispenser to a wall-mounted bracket, and further wherein at least the rigid cartridge is disposable and can be made of a recyclable and/or biodegradable material.
FINGER SPRAY PUMP AND NOZZLE HEAD FOR SPRAY PUMP
A finger spray pump for spraying a medium has a finger-actuated pump head movable between a spraying position and an initial position. The pump has an outlet nozzle and a pump chamber with an inlet valve and an outlet valve, a piston rod, a pump piston, a first spring acting between the piston rod and the pump piston, and a second spring acting between the piston rod and the pump housing. The pump piston is movable between a sealed position and an open position, to form the outlet valve, wherein the pump piston in the sealed position lies on a sealing extension of the piston rod and in the open position allows the passage of medium between the sealing extension and the pump piston. The pump piston is supported on two zones of an outer surface of the piston rod that are axially spaced apart.
Foundation container having discharging pump having short stroke distance and content diffusion member
The present invention relates to a foundation container configured by an outer container main body (100) and an outer container lid (150) opened/closed while being hinge-coupled to the outer container main body (100), the foundation container having a discharge pump having a short stroke distance and a content diffusion member, the foundation container comprising: an inner container main body (300) formed inside the outer container main body (100); an auxiliary container (370) formed in the inner container main body (300) and configured to receive contents; an inner container lid (400) for covering the upper portion of the inner container main body (300); an inner container shielding plate (350) inwardly coupled to the upper portion of the inner container main body (300); a discharge pump (600) coupled to the central portion of the inner container shielding plate (350); a content diffusion member (700) coupled to the discharge pump (600); an impregnation member (800) coupled to the upper portion of the content diffusion member (700).
TRIGGER SPRAYER
To provide a trigger sprayer that can maintain uniformity of a chemical solution containing fine powder and is superior in flow efficiency. The trigger sprayer of the present invention is designed such that a piston part 5 is moved by a pivotal movement of a trigger part, while being attached to a container, so as to apply a pressure to a liquid inside a cylinder part 42A of a cylinder structural part 4 so that the liquid in the container is jetted from a nozzle part 3 through a passage P.
An F valve 2 attached to a bottom part of the cylinder part 42A serving a passage between the cylinder part 42A and the container and an S valve 1 installed in a passage part P between the cylinder part 42A and the nozzle part 3 are installed, and the F valve 2 is constituted by a cylinder-shaped base part 22 and a second valve body 21 having a sealing function as well as a small spring 22A coupling the cylinder-shaped base part 22 and the second valve body 21 to each other, and the second valve body 21 is further provided with a lower face part and a tilt part 21A on an opposite side, and the lower face part is fitted into the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A to be fixed therein, with the second valve body 21 being resiliently made in contact with a second valve mount 42A1 formed on the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A, and by pushing the tilt part 21A of the second valve body 21 by the bottom part of the piston part 5, the second valve body 21 is tilted so that one portion thereof is separated from the second valve mount 42A1, thereby opening the valve.
