Hand-held pump apparatus
A hand-held pump apparatus has a peristaltic pump head and a container for a liquid to be dispensed. The pump head has a rotatable peristaltic pump member and a flexible dispensing tube in fluid connection with the inside of the container. A finger-actuated trigger is arranged to drive the peristaltic pump member when actuated so as to cause the peristaltic pump member to turn and pump fluid through the dispensing tube. The pump head has a thumb hole disposed through it, the thumb hole being disposed within an area around which the peristaltic pump member turns when actuated.
Shut-off system for a dispenser
A shut-off system for a dispenser includes a pinch member that moves relative to a guide and which is normally biased against a flexible outlet tube that is disposed therebetween. The flexible outlet tube that carries material, such as soap, supplied from a pump to an outlet nozzle. The pump and the pinch member are in operative engagement with an actuator, such that when the actuator is not engaged, the pinch member closes the outlet tube to prevent residual material retained in the outlet tube from flowing or drooling out of the outlet nozzle. Correspondingly, when the actuator is engaged, the pump is compressed, and the pinch member is moved away from the outlet tube, allowing the material to be pumped through the outlet tube and dispensed from the outlet nozzle.
Dispenser
A dispenser, which has a pump chamber formed by a body including a depression, and a lid body covering an opening of the body, where a liquid in the pump chamber is discharged front a nozzle portion by performing a discharge operation that presses the lid body toward an inside of the pump chamber to deform the lid body, and a liquid is caused to flow into the pump chamber when the discharge operation is released. A coil spring that urges the lid body to an outside of the pump chamber is included in the pump chamber, a diameter of the coil spring is larger than a radius of the lid body, and a deformation amount of the lid body is equal to or more than of a diameter of the lid body.
Dispensing head with pre-compression valve for a trigger dispenser device
A head (10) of a trigger dispensing device (1) for liquids includes a pre-compression valve (104) disposed in the upper region of the head. The valve (104) has an obturator wall (106) that cooperates with a mouth wall (102) to prevent the passage of liquid. The mouth wall (102) includes a sealing section (102a) with which the obturator wall (106) is sealingly engaged to slide during a pre-compression step of the liquid.
Adaptor assembly for a fluid dispensing system
An adaptor assembly for use in a dispenser for a replaceable fluid container comprising a fluid reservoir and a fluid pump. The adapter assembly is used in conjunction with the dispenser to allow a use of a fluid container having a pump being actuated by laterally compressing it. The adaptor assembly comprises an actuation part being movable, when mounted in the dispenser, and comprises a first contact surface for abutting against the user actuator and a second contact surface for abutting against the pump. The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/or the fluid dispensing package mounted in the compartment. A fluid dispensing system including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.
Spray bottle having hinging and locking spray head assembly with replaceable components, and multi-label systems
A spray bottle assembly includes a bottle having a neck, and a spray head assembly having a base cap configured to removably attach to the neck. The base cap has a feature that rotationally locks the base cap relative to the neck to constrain the spray head assembly in a predetermined plane. A multi-label system for a spray bottle includes: at least one strip, the strip including connected labels with differing information printed on each side, each label including a ring for positioning on a neck of the spray bottle. A pumping mechanism for a spray bottle includes: a unibody plunger having a sleeve section that variably inverts and overlaps an end thereof thus defining an internal volume that varies with the disposition of the sleeve section relative to the end. A pivoting head section that allows servicing of functional seal components.
The adaptor assembly also comprises a first connecting support for removably connecting the actuation part to the dispenser and/or the fluid container mounted in the compartment. A fixed dolly is configured to abut against the pump, wherein the pump is able to be configured between the second contact surface of the actuation part. A fluid dispensing system and a dispenser including the adaptor assembly is also disclosed.
TRIGGER DISPENSER DEVICE WITH A VENTING VALVE
A head (10) of a trigger dispenser device includes a bulb (70) having an elastically deformable casing (72) that includes a vent lip (90), molded in one piece. With the casing (72), the vent lip (90) forms a venting valve.
Dispenser for pasty products with suction valve
A dispenser for pasty products which has a head, a pump, an actuator, and a container tube is provided. The pump is provided with a plurality of flexible flaps protruding inwardly from a dome-shaped elastically deformable cap of the pump or from a connection portion of the pump to form a lower or suction valve.
