Airless cosmetic container
The present invention relates to an airless cosmetic container comprising: a lower container (10) having an opened lower part; an inner container (20) which is a cylindrical member inserted through the upper opening of the lower container (10) and having a closed lower part, and which has an upper outer flange (21) mounted on and assembled to the upper end of the lower container (10); a container cover (30) which is a cylindrical member for covering the upper opening of the inner container (20), and of which a lower protruding groove (31) protruding downwards from the center thereof is positioned in a cylinder (22) protruding from the center of the inner container (20) and an outer end (32) is coupled to two vertical protruding rods (23) protruding toward the upper part of the upper outer flange (21) of the inner container (20); a cylindrical spring (40) coupled in the container cover (30); a disc-shaped upper lid (50), having a recessed upper surface, coupled to the upper part of the cylindrical spring (40); a disc-shaped lower lid (60), which is a member coupled to the lower surface of the center of the upper lid (50), has a discharge hole (61) formed in the center thereof, and has a fastening cylinder (62) formed at the lower part of the discharge hole (61); a pump body (70) coupled to the fastening cylinder (62) of the lower lid (60) and inserted into the lower protruding groove (31) of the container cover (30); an exhaustion piston (80) coming in close contact with the inner periphery of the inner container (20) and the outer periphery of the cylinder (22) protruding in the center thereof, so as to rise as cosmetic contents are used; and an upper case (100) which is a cylindrical member for covering the upper side of the lower container (10), and of which one side is hinge-coupled to one side wall of the lower container (10) and the other side is hooked and coupled to an opening/closing button (90). The present invention has effects of: preventing external air from flowing into an upper cylinder since the inner diameter of the discharge hole is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the fastening cylinder of the lower lid such that, when a piston support and the lower lid are coupled, the upper end surface of a center hole of the piston support comes in close contact with, that is, overlaps with the lower surface of the discharge hole in the fastening cylinder of the lower lid, so as to reinforce faste
Dispenser with a replaceable inner case
A dispenser for dispensing a liquid product, the dispenser comprising an inner case, a pump assembly, a dispensing head, a collar, a dialer, and an outer case. The inner case accommodates the liquid product. The outer case removably houses the inner case in a hollow cavity formed therein. The dialer is rotatable on an outer surface of the outer case. The dialer is detachably coupled with the inner case which allows the inner case to be housed within the outer case in a removable manner. The dialer is rotated circumferentially on an outer peripheral surface of the outer case for engaging and disengages the inner case. The collar is designed to house the pump assembly and is engaged on an open upper end of the outer case. The dispensing head is coupled to the pump assembly and comprises a nozzle to dispense the pumped liquid product when actuated.
TRIGGER SPRAYER WITH REFILL PORT
A system for refilling a trigger sprayer bottle assembly includes the trigger sprayer bottle assembly including a trigger movable between a first trigger position and a second trigger position. A refillable bottle is coupled to the trigger such that material within the refillable bottle is dispensed from the refillable bottle when the trigger is moved from the first trigger position to the second trigger position. The trigger sprayer bottle assembly includes a first refill port through which material is added to the refillable bottle. The trigger sprayer bottle assembly is selectively coupled to a refilling assembly. The refilling assembly includes a refill reservoir and a second refill port through which material is removed from the refill reservoir. The second refill port is selectively coupled to the first refill port when the trigger sprayer bottle assembly is coupled to the refilling assembly.
Discharger
In the discharger, a stopper is swingable between a restriction position which comes into contact with or approaches a locking target portion to restrict downward movement of a discharge head and a restriction release position where the restriction and locking target portions are separated to allow downward movement of the discharge head by the stopper being swung rearward from the restriction position, the stopper including the restriction portion, a finger hook outward from a depressing member in a left-right direction, and a contact target portion that comes into contact with the depressing member when the stopper is at the restriction position or when the depressing member rotates downward around a rotation axis where the stopper is at the restriction position, and a restraint protrusion protruding downward is formed at a portion of the depressing member rearward of a contact portion with which the contact target portion comes into contact.
DISPENSER AND DISPENSING CONTAINER
A dispenser includes a housing having a depression; an elastically deformable lid section covering an opening of the depression and forming a pump chamber together with the depression; a pressing portion arranged facing the lid section on the outside of the pump chamber, capable of pressing the lid section to a side where the volume of the pump chamber decreases, and provided to be able to enter the inside of the depression while pressing the lid section for elastic deformation; an outlet causing a liquid material inside the pump chamber to flow out toward a discharging opening when the pressing portion presses the lid section; and an inlet provided separately from the outlet and causing the liquid material to flow into the pump chamber when the pressing to the lid section by the pressing portion is released.
Device for storing and dispensing a liquid or pasty mass
A device for holding a liquid or pasty mass that can be dispensed from an insertable container by a dispensing device that is part of a first assembly that can be connected with a second assembly that is vertically below the first assembly in an axial direction and has a lower housing part that accommodates the insertable container. First connecting elements allocated to the first assembly are tethered with second connecting elements allocated to the second assembly. The connection that connects the first connecting element carrier with the second connecting element carrier is more easily undone than the positive or latched connection generated during a joining step, which was used to connect the first assembly with the second assembly with an axial force in the vertical direction. The connecting elements have latching teeth that run axially relative to the assembly direction in which the joining step takes place, and mesh into each other in the joining process.
All-plastic miniaturized spray gun
An all-plastic miniaturized spray gun including an inner hole of a piston bush with a lower elastic sleeve, upper and lower ends of a piston cavity in an inlet hole of a body are respectively provided with an upper thru-hole and a lower thru-hole. An upper elastic sleeve is disposed above an inner hole of a piston bush in an inlet hole on the body between the upper thru-hole and the lower thru-hole. The upper elastic sleeve is abutted against the piston bush and fixed in the inlet hole of the body. A diversion groove is disposed on an inner wall of the inlet hole of the body. The inlet hole of the body is tapered and corresponds to the upper elastic sleeve. The upper elastic sleeve includes a second piston and a cover, and the lower thru-hole of the body can be opened and closed.
Fluid product dispensing and application assembly
A fluid dispenser comprising a dispenser member (1), such as a pump, a dispenser head (14), such as a fluid applicator, and a fluid reservoir (2) that is connected in leaktight and removable manner to the dispenser member (1), the fluid dispenser being characterized in that the sealing between the dispenser member (1) and the fluid reservoir (2) is obtained by coaxially sliding leaktight radial contact that is interrupted when the fluid reservoir (2) is disconnected from the dispenser member (1), such that the fluid reservoir (2) is connected in leaktight manner to the dispenser member (1) over a determined axial height range.
Foam dispensing container
A foam dispensing container (100) has a container body (40) that reserves a liquid agent (L); a head part (30) that has an outlet (20), and dispenses the liquid agent (L) delivered from the container body (40) through the outlet (20) into foam; and a pump head part (32) that allows dispensing of a predetermined amount of the foamy liquid agent (foam) through the outlet (20) each time it accepts a user's operation. The outlet (20) is formed with a contiguous geometry narrowed from an intended shape. A foam, dispensed through the outlet (20) as a result of a single or multiple operations of the pump head part (32), is built up into the intended shape in a plan view seen in the dispensing direction.
