According to the invention, the bent nozzle can be prevented from being mistakenly pressed in a transportation process by arranging the limiting member, leakage is avoided, meanwhile, the air inlet hole is sealed through cooperation of the piston and the locking cover, and a sealing effect is enhanced.
Fluid dispensing apparatus and method
A fluid dispenser including a body, a chamber coupled to or formed as part of the body and configured to contain a quantity of fluid, and a piston coupled to the body and rotatable within the chamber to different position. The piston is movable relative to the chamber in a first direction along an axis to draw fluid into the chamber, and the piston is movable relative to the chamber in a second direction opposite the first direction to discharge fluid from the chamber. The piston has stroke lengths that are selectable via the different rotational positions of the piston and that are associated with metered quantities of fluid to be drawn into the chamber. An anti-reversal feature is disposed between the piston and the body. The anti-reversal feature inhibits reversal of the piston during movement of the piston in the first direction or the second direction.
DISPENSING PUMP WITH LOCKING STRUCTURES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A dispensing pump includes a spring assembly and a locking arrangement to prevent the dispensing head from being deployed and/or actuated during shipment, stocking and pre-purchase handling. The dispensing pump includes a pump base, and a dispensing head having a piston stem. The spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element and first and second loading cones received at opposing ends of the slotted tubular spring element. Various locking arrangements may include interacting rotatable lugs provided between the dispensing head and the pump base, snap beads to retain the piston and dispensing head in a secured shipping position, and recyclable locking rings disposed between the dispensing head and pump base which prevent an active dispensing head from being actuated.
Dispensing device for fluid products
A dispensing device for fluid products includes a draw-up pipe, a main body and a dispensing head. The main body includes a pumping system, connected to the draw-up pipe and a fastening ring nut, for fixing the dispensing device to a container for fluid products. The fastening ring nut and the pumping system are mutually coupled for forming between them an air compensation duct which allows the selective passage of air from the outside towards the inside of the container during the operation of the dispensing device. The dispensing head in turn includes a cup, which has in a relative lower portion a passage, and a valve, housed in the lower portion of the cup, configured to adopt a first configuration, or open configuration, wherein the passage is put in fluid communication with the pumping system and a second configuration, or closed configuration, wherein the passage is occluded.
WATERPROOF-TYPE PUMP DISPENSER
Provided is a waterproof-type pump dispenser which is configured to more securely maintain a locked state of a push head and a piston shaft and to prevent foreign substances such as water from being introduced into a cylinder from the outside by improving a locking structure.
Dispenser pumps and dispensers
A dispenser pump has a plunger (3) operable in a body including an outer cylinder body (6) having a vent opening (66) in its sidewall and a body insert (7) fitting into the top of the outer body and providing an external collar through which the plunger stem operates. The body insert (7) has lock-down threads (722) to lock down the plunger for shipping. The insert (7) also has formations for blocking or unblocking the vent opening (66) by rotation between the outer body (6) and body insert (7), driven by rotation of the plunger head (31) which makes a catch engagement with the top of the body insert (7). This plunger head rotation is the locking or unlocking action for the plunger lock-down. Blocking the vent during shipping reduces leakage.
Fluid dispensing device
The invention pertains generally to an improved fluid dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device which employs at least one hemispherical domed cannister source of reactants and which uses a color-changing dispensing plastic tip to inform the end-user if the reactants are at a proper use temperature.
Dispensing pump system with removable chaplet
A dispensing pump (10) includes a removable chaplet (28) to facilitate removal of the internal metal spring components (44) for recycling. The dispensing pump (10) includes an accumulator (12) having an upper rim wall (24). The chaplet (28) is coaxially snap received about the rim wall (24) of the accumulator (12). The chaplet (28) has a body portion (30) received within the rim wall (24), and an outer wall (32) received outside of the rim wall (24). The outer wall (32) has a frangible wall portion (48) and a pull tab (50) at a terminal edge thereof. A dispensing head (36) with a piston stem (38) and spring (44) are coaxially guided within the chaplet (28) and accumulator (12). When the container is empty, the user pulls on the pull tab (50) to sever the frangible elements, releasing the chaplet (28) and allowing easy removal of the dispensing head (36) and the metallic spring component (44).
Pump dispenser head with increased unlocking torque
A pump dispenser head has a lockdown feature to prevent unintended dispensing during shipment. Releasing the lock-down feature requires increased torque compared with typical dispensers, allowing the dispenser to be shipped with less packaging while still preventing leakage of the contents.
DISPENSING PUMP SYSTEM WITH REMOVABLE CHAPLET
