Dispenser for liquid to pasty substances
A dispenser for liquid to pasty substances has a dispenser head and a dispenser body. The dispenser head is movable relative to the dispenser body in a displacement direction for carrying out a pumping movement and is also rotatable relative to the dispenser body. The dispenser has a pump chamber having an inlet valve and an outlet valve. A dispensing tube is provided and is divided into two portions which can move relative to each other and which, as a result, can be moved into a closed position in which the substance cannot be dispensed and into an open position in which the substance can be dispensed. The portions, in order to change between the closed position and the open position, can be moved relative to each other without a relative movement in the displacement direction.
DISPENSING DEVICE FOR FLUID PRODUCTS
A dispensing device for fluid products includes a draw-up pipe, a main body and a dispensing head. The main body includes a pumping system, connected to the draw-up pipe and a fastening ring nut, for fixing the dispensing device to a container for fluid products. The fastening ring nut and the pumping system are mutually coupled for forming between them an air compensation duct which allows the selective passage of air from the outside towards the inside of the container during the operation of the dispensing device. The dispensing head in turn includes a cup, which has in a relative lower portion a passage, and a valve, housed in the lower portion of the cup, configured to adopt a first configuration, or open configuration, wherein the passage is put in fluid communication with the pumping system and a second configuration, or closed configuration, wherein the passage is occluded.
Foam dispenser
The present invention provides a foam dispensing unit (10) that dispenses a content liquid in a foamed state by causing the content liquid pumped out via a liquid flow channel (23) to pass through a porous member (29) provided in a foaming flow channel (24) together with air, the foam dispensing unit including a mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface (40), the mechanism rotatably holding the porous member (29) in the foaming flow channel (24) to variably position a content liquid passage surface of the porous member (29). The mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface (40) includes a loosely holding region (41) formed in the foaming flow channel (24) and the porous member (29) loosely mounted in the loosely holding region (41). The porous member (29) has a spherical shape, and freely rotates inside the loosely holding region (41) due to an action of a stream of the content liquid passing through the loosely holding region (41), so as to replace a surface thereof in a pass-through direction.
Fluid Dispensing Device
The invention pertains generally to an improved fluid dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device which employs at least one hemispherical domed cannister source of reactants and which uses a color-changing dispensing plastic tip to inform the end-user if the reactants are at a proper use temperature.
Pump dispenser with locking feature
A pump dispenser includes a dispenser head rotatable relative to a locking ring for a lock-down feature during shipment. The lock-down feature requires a greater torque to initially rotate the dispenser head from the lock-down position, and a lesser torque to further rotate the dispenser head to a use position. The lock-down feature incorporates an interference between the dispenser head and locking ring, either inside the dispenser head, on an outer periphery of the dispenser head, or between threads connecting the dispenser head and locking ring.
Trigger-type liquid ejector
A trigger-type liquid ejector includes: an ejector main body; and nozzle member provided with an ejection hole. The ejector main body includes: a vertical supply pipe for sucking-up liquid; an ejection barrel communicating with the inside of the vertical supply pipe; and a trigger mechanism including a trigger, the trigger being arranged to be movable rearward in state of receiving forward force, and the trigger mechanism being lead liquid from the vertical supply pipe into the ejection barrel in accordance with rearward movement of the trigger and to eject the liquid from the ejection barrel. The nozzle member is provided with: a cylinder communicating with the inside of the ejection barrel through a supply hole; a plunger accommodated in the cylinder to be movable rearward in a state of receiving forward force; and a communication hole allowing the inside of the cylinder and ejection hole to communicate with each other.
Fluid dispensing device
The invention pertains generally to an improved fluid dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device which employs at least one hemispherical domed canister source of reactants and which uses a color-changing dispensing plastic tip to inform the end-user if the reactants are at a proper use temperature.
PUMP DISPENSER HEAD WITH INCREASED UNLOCKING TORQUE
A pump dispenser head has a lockdown feature to prevent unintended dispensing during shipment. Releasing the lock-down feature requires increased torque compared with typical dispensers, allowing the dispenser to be shipped with less packaging while still preventing leakage of the contents.
Push-type nozzle assembly
A push-type nozzle assembly includes a cylinder, a check valve, a plunger, a piston, a spring, a rotating member, a locking member, an upper push rod, a suction valve and a push head. When pushing the push head downward, and the outer chamber contact the locking member, the liquid in the cylinder is pushed out. When releasing the push head, the piston moves back by the spring to create a vacuum suction force to suck the liquid left in the nozzle back. When the outer chamber locks with the locking member, the bottom end of the piston rod seals the plunger to seal the cylinder so as to prevent leakage. When the outer chamber is separated from the locking member, the upper push rod seals the suction valve to avoid liquid from leakage. The inlet valve avoids the liquid from being accumulated in the cylinder and the top of the piston.
ANTI-LOOSENING EMULSION PUMP
An anti-loosening emulsion pump comprises a press head, a toothed sleeve, a cylinder and a piston rod, wherein the press head and the toothed sleeve are respectively provided with standing tooth pieces and standing tooth blocks interacting with each other. When the press head is rotated in a locking direction, the standing tooth pieces can move beyond the standing tooth blocks, and when the press head is rotated in an opening direction, the standing tooth pieces and the standing tooth blocks interact with each other, the rotation of the press head can be prevented. The press head of the anti-loosening emulsion pump further includes a press mouth which is movable relatively. The anti-loosening emulsion pump of the present invention can prevent the press head from being open due to such reasons as impact and the like, and can prevent the toothed sleeve from loosening from the opening of the container.
