A pumping unit for an inhalation device for medically active liquids for generation of an aerosol comprises a tubular member (1), a check valve (2), and a counter piece, said counter piece being configured to receive at least a downstream segment of said tubular member (1) and having an interior volume, wherein upstream of said tubular member (1), a reservoir (4) can be fluidically connected with said tubular member (1), and downstream of said counter piece, a nozzle unit (6) can be fluidically connected with said counter piece, and wherein the tubular member (1) comprises an upstream section, a downstream section, and the check valve (2) which is positioned between the upstream section and the downstream section, such that a pumping chamber with a pumping chamber volume is defined which comprises the volume of the downstream section of the tubular member (1) and said interior volume of the counter piece, and wherein tubular member (1) and the counter piece can move relatively to one another, such that the pumping chamber volume is variable. The tubular member (1) comprises at least two mechanically distinct parts (1A, 1B), wherein a first part (1A) provides said upstream section, and a second part (1B) provides said downstream section, and the first part (1A) and the second part (1B) are connected to each other such as to form an interface section (1C) serving as a valve chamber (2B) for the valve (2).
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING FLUIDS OR MIXTURES
The present invention concerns a device (1) for dispensing a fluid (L), suited to be coupled with a container (C) holding said fluid (L). The device (1) comprises a collapsible chamber (6) suited to draw, contain and dispense an amount of said fluid (L) and at least partially delimited by a deformable membrane (10) suited to be squeezed to dispense at least one portion of said amount from the collapsible chamber (6). The device (1) comprises locking means (50, 52, 56) suited to maintain the deformable membrane (10) in a fixed squeezed position and release means (80, 84a, 84b, 86a, 86b) suited to release the deformable membrane (10) from the fixed squeezed position.
DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING FLOWABLE, FOR EXAMPLE LIQUID TO PASTY, COMPOUNDS
A dispenser for dispensing flowable, for example liquid or pasty, compounds, includes a storage tank for the compound and a pump chamber, and also includes a dispenser head, wherein the dispenser head has a dispensing mouth and the dispenser head can be pressed down against a stop in the direction of a vertical axis of the dispenser to perform a pumping operation, wherein the stop is adjustable in terms of its height. In order to give a dispenser of the kind in question an advantageous design, in particular with regard to handling, the stop is formed by an outwardly exposed sliding track that can be rotated around the vertical axis, against which a projection that protrudes radially outward on the dispenser head comes to a stop when pressing down.
HANDHELD SHOWER
A handheld shower includes a shower body and a liquid storage tank. The shower body has an inlet channel and an outlet portion, and the inlet channel communicates with the outlet portion. The liquid storage tank has a receiving space and a liquid outlet, and the receiving space is adapted to receive a cleaning solution. The liquid outlet communicates with the receiving space and is adapted to output the liquid solution inside the receiving space. The liquid storage tank is detachably engaged with the shower body, and the handheld shower is light and easy to carry. Thereby, users no need to carry many bottles of cleaning solution when traveling or on business trips, and have their own handheld shower when they are going out, enhancing the convenience of the journey and the comfort of bathing outside.
Pump dispensers, especially foam dispensers
Pump dispenser comprising a pump and a container for liquid to be dispensed, the pump comprising a pump body mounted in the neck of the container and a plunger reciprocable relative to the pump body to alter the volume of a pump chamber defined in the pump body and having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet leading through an outlet passage to a discharge opening. The pump cylinder body is retained at the container neck. A vent is provided in the cylinder body wall adjacent the neck edge. A vent block ring is disposed in the cylinder body adjacent the vent, and is moveable between blocked and unblocked positions relative to the vent. The vent block ring has an integral upward projecting formation which is engaged by part of the plunger in a locked-down position of the plunger, so that when the plunger is locked down the vent block element blocks the vent, while in a relatively extended position of the plunger the vent block element is in the unblocked position.
Trigger sprayer with improved venting system and methods of using the same
A sprayer device with a trigger operated pump is operative for pumping and spraying liquid from an attached liquid container. The trigger sprayer includes valve body provided with a base portion that is configured to be mounted to the neck of the liquid container and a delivery nozzle from which the liquid is sprayed.
