DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID FROM A CONTAINER, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID
A device for dispensing a liquid from a container is disclosed, comprising: an engine, comprising a nozzle and a pump for transferring liquid from the container to the nozzle; a trigger, moveable between a first position and a second position, connected to the pump for actuating the pump when brought from the first to the second position, and connecting means, for connecting the engine to the container characterized by
a slider with at least one restricting element, slideable between a non-restricting position, in which the trigger is moveable between the first and second position, and a restricting position, in which the at least one restricting element restricts the movement of the trigger between the first and the second position.
FOOD PUMP WITH SAFE OUTLET VALVE AND OUTER MOUNTED SPRING
A food pump with a safe outlet valve and an outer mounted spring comprises a pressing head (1), a primary column (2), a secondary column (3), a piston (4), a pump chamber (5), a spring (6) and a bottle locking cover (8). The pressing head (1) is installed on the primary column (2) which is arranged within the pump chamber (5). The secondary column (3) is connected to a lower end of the primary column (2). The piston (4) is sleeved on outer sides of the primary column (2) and the secondary column (3). A lock cover (9) capable of fixing the primary column (2) to the pump chamber (5) is fixed on the pump chamber (5). An outer side of an upper end of the lock cover (9) is provided with a cover flanging (91) which is turned outwards and then turned downwards to stretch. An upper end of the pump chamber (5) is inserted and fixed onto an inner side of the cover flanging (91). The lock cover (9) is provided with a locking opening (92) protruding upwards above the cover flanging (91). An outer side of the locking opening (92) is provided with an outer thread (93). An upper end of the primary column (2) is provided with a locking flanging (21) which is turned outwards and then turned downwards to stretch in order to be sleeved on the outer side of the locking opening (92). An inner side of the locking flanging (21) is provided with an inner thread (22) in threaded fit with the outer thread (93), such that a pump core composed of the primary column (2), the secondary column (3), the piston (4), the pump chamber (5), the spring (6), a glass bead (7) and the lock cover (9) can be stored and transported independently, thereby matching different pressing heads (1) and bottle locking covers (8) according to requirements, such that the use thereof is flexible.
Cosmetic container
The invention relates to a cosmetic container. According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a cosmetic container, including: a storing unit providing a first storing space which can store fluid; a discharging unit which discharges the fluid stored in the storing unit to the outside; and a fluid supporting unit which can support from a lower direction fluid which has been discharged to the outside.
Pump dispensers
A dispenser pump has a plunger operable in a body including an outer cylinder body having a vent opening in its sidewall and a body insert fitting into the top of the body cylinder and providing an external collar through which the plunger stem operates. The body insert has a lock-down thread to lock down the plunger for shipping. The insert also has an undulating annular vent-control bead extending right round its cylindrical outer surface, engaging the cylinder wall with interference for either blocking or unblocking the vent opening, according to whether the vent-control bead lies above or below the interior vent opening, by rotation between the body cylinder and body insert. The rotation can be driven by rotation of the plunger head, which makes a catch engagement with the top of the body insert. Blocking the vent during shipping reduces leakage.
CONTINUOUS SPRAY TRIGGER DISPENSER
An all-plastic, continuous trigger sprayer is contemplated that avoids the use of metal parts, elastomers, or other disparate and non-recyclable materials. A reservoir diaphragm is provided within the sprayer head, interposed between the actuation mechanism and the outlet, so as to ensure a steady flow of dispensed fluid is delivered even after actuation has ceased.
TRIGGER SPRAYER ASSEMBLY WITH DUAL ACTION PISTON
A trigger sprayer includes an engine with a piston chamber and an outlet fluid passage, and a piston that slides within the piston chamber and defines an interior bellows chamber. The bellows component is movable in the interior bellows chamber between an uncompressed position in which a fluid volume in the interior bellows chamber is minimized and a compressed position in which the fluid volume is maximized. The trigger sprayer further includes a trigger lever that pivots between a neutral position and an actuated position using a pair of S-shaped trigger springs. Pivotal movement of the trigger lever pushes the piston vertically in the piston chamber to drive fluid from the piston chamber into the interior bellows chamber and move the bellows component from the uncompressed position to the compressed position. Relaxation of the bellows component drives fluid from the interior bellows chamber to the outlet fluid passage.
BLADDER-TYPE DISPENSING PUMP
A bladder-type dispensing pump (100) comprises a push nozzle (110) and a container cap (120), said nozzle (110) and cap (120) being interconnected. The push nozzle (110) is provided with a bladder portion (111). The bladder portion (111) is able to deform such that the volume of the internal cavity thereof may change. The bladder-type dispensing pump (100) is further provided with an elastic return mechanism. A portion of the elastic return mechanism is connected to or in contact with the bladder portion (111). When the bladder portion (111) is depressed so as to deform, the elastic return mechanism deforms with it, and when pressure acting on the bladder portion (111) is removed, the elastic return mechanism returns to its non-deformed state, causing the bladder portion (111) to reset.
PUMP HEAD AND CONTAINER WITH PUMP HEAD
The present disclosure relates to a technical filed of daily chemical products, and discloses a pump head and a container with the pump head. The pump head includes a shell body, and an suction chamber is provided in the shell body; a piston body is slidably provided in the suction chamber; a pump nozzle connected with the piston body is slidably provided at the shell body; an one-way valve is provided at the piston body; a squeezing opening communicated with the pump nozzle is provided on the piston body; the one-way valve is configured to close the squeezing opening; and the squeezing surface is inclined from a position away from the squeezing opening towards the position close to the squeezing opening.
