Fixed Quantity Discharge Device for Liquid Container
A a fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container is provided. The device includes a container main body in which contents are accommodated, a pipette part including a pipette tube to suction and discharge the contents accommodated in the container main body, and a support disposed in an upper portion of the container main body and including a coupling part formed in an upper end portion thereof to be coupled to the pipette part, a tube accommodation part extending from the coupling part to an interior of the container main body such that the pipette tube is inserted into or withdrawn from the tube accommodation part, and a contents inflow hole formed in a lower end portion thereof to communicate with the interior of the container main body, wherein, when the pipette part is separated from the support, the contents accommodated in the container main body may be suctioned into the pipette tube.
TRIGGER DISPENSING HEAD WITH LOCKING DEVICE
A trigger dispensing head for a liquid dispensing device includes a chassis, a trigger, elastic return means having a return element supported by the chassis, and a reversible locking device. The locking device is supported by the return element of a non-return element.
DISPENSING PUMP WITH LOCKING STRUCTURES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A dispensing pump includes a spring assembly and a locking arrangement to prevent the dispensing head from being deployed and/or actuated during shipment, stocking and pre-purchase handling. The dispensing pump includes a pump base, and a dispensing head having a piston stem. The spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element and first and second loading cones received at opposing ends of the slotted tubular spring element. Various locking arrangements may include interacting rotatable lugs provided between the dispensing head and the pump base, snap beads to retain the piston and dispensing head in a secured shipping position, and recyclable locking rings disposed between the dispensing head and pump base which prevent an active dispensing head from being actuated.
Dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquids
A dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquids in the form of individual drops, having a liquid store, a pump device with a pump chamber with a variable volume, and a dispensing opening. The dispenser additionally has a membrane part which delimits the pump chamber on one side and which changes the volume of the pump chamber by moving and/or deforming. The dispenser has a housing, within which the pump device is provided, and an actuation button movable relative to the housing between a non-actuated starting position and an actuated end position to move or deform the membrane part and to decrease the size of the pump chamber to discharge the liquid. The membrane part is secured to the housing and to the actuation button. The pump chamber achieves a high degree of compression and a toggle switch is used as the actuation button.
Medicant dispenser for the prevention infiltration from bacteria
Provided is a medication dispenser configured to discharge a liquid state medication stored therein by a pumping operation in a predetermined amount in a drop state and prevent a noise occurrence during medication discharge, and having a bacteria infiltration prevention function, wherein a flow path member and a second check valve are mounted in a liner, the second check valve is composed of a hemispherical cylinder mounted in an elevation space of the liner, having an open upper part, and of which a diameter decreases toward a lower end and includes a variable part in which the hemispherical cylinder is vertically variable and an opening and closing protrusion configured to perform supply and blocking of a flow path.
Sample pump device for insertion into printed circulars
A sample pump device comprising a flexible pouch, a rigid frame, a mechanical pump, an actuator and a rigid, non-flexible stem attachment. A flexible dip tube is specifically not included. The rigid frame houses the mechanical pump and supports the flexible pouch which contains a flowable product, such as perfume. The stem attachment provides a firm surface against which a user can provide counter pressure, as the mechanical pump is being operated. The sample pump device is adapted to withstand the extreme pressures of binding, bundling and distribution operations associated with printed circulars.
Liquid pump capable of achieving pressure equilibrium
A liquid pump capable of achieving pressure equilibrium includes a body, piston member, unidirectional input valve, unidirectional output valve, input inner-pipe, unidirectional gas-feeding hermetic-seal valve and input outer-pipe. The body has an input opening, output opening and piston opening. The piston member has a piston space communicating with the piston opening. The unidirectional input valve includes an input plug and input resilient element. The input plug abuts against the input opening. The unidirectional output valve includes an output plug and output resilient element. The output plug abuts against the output opening from outside. An input channel of the input inner-pipe communicates with the input opening. Direction of gas-flow between the unidirectional gas-feeding hermetic-seal valve and the input inner-pipe is opposite input direction of the input channel. The input outer-pipe has an input portion communicating with the input channel. A gas-feeding-channel is defined between a gas-feeding-portion and the input inner-pipe.
WATERPROOF-TYPE PUMP DISPENSER
Provided is a waterproof-type pump dispenser which is configured to more securely maintain a locked state of a push head and a piston shaft and to prevent foreign substances such as water from being introduced into a cylinder from the outside by improving a locking structure.
Fluid product dispensing device
A fluid dispenser device having a body (1) with a dispenser orifice (2) and a perforator element (4), the body containing a reservoir (10) with at least two doses of fluid and having a proximal axial opening closed by a membrane (30) and a distal axial opening closed by a piston (20) to dispense one dose of fluid on each actuation. The reservoir is axially movable relative to the body between a rest position in which said perforator element does not pass through the membrane and a dispensing position in which the perforator element passes through the membrane. A perforator spring (6) is provided to urge the reservoir towards the rest position, and the membrane is adapted to close after each actuation, when said perforator element withdraws from the reservoir.
OPENING/CLOSING NOZZLE OF DISCHARGE PUMP FOR COSMETIC CONTAINER
An opening/closing nozzle of a discharge pump for a cosmetic container is configured such that it is advantageous in that inflow of air into a nozzle of the cosmetic container can be prevented such that not only degeneration of the content and hardening of the content inside the nozzle, which would otherwise occur if air flows into the nozzle, can be prevented, but the reliability of the product can also be improved.
