The system includes a liquid dispensing device releasably connectable to the at least one container, an exchangeable cartridge for an additive to be mixed with the stored liquid, where the cartridge is accommodated in the neck, and a piercing member for opening the cartridge. The cartridge includes a one-piece hollow body filled with the additive and with a pressurized gas, and the piercing member is arranged to pierce a wall of the hollow body. A method of dispensing a liquid by using the liquid dispensing system, and a cartridge for use in the liquid dispensing system and/or method.
ALL-PLASTIC SELF-LOCKING PUMP
An all-plastic self-locking pump includes a pump body extending into a bottle, provided with a pump chamber and connected with a bottle locking cover, a suction assembly is arranged in the pump chamber, a check valve is arranged at a lower end of the pump chamber. A button is connected to an upper end of the suction assembly, a self-locking cover is arranged on the pump chamber, a plastic annular part is arranged in the pump chamber above the check valve, and an opening is formed in a side face of the plastic annular part. Positions where the button stays include a locking position and an unlocking position, a locking mechanism is arranged between the button and the self-locking cover, and after the button is rotated to the unlocking position from the locking position, the button can be pressed to enable liquid in the bottle to be sprayed out of an outlet of the button. According to invention, the plastic annular part is arranged in the pump chamber and located above the check valve, the plastic elastic part replaces a metal spring to achieve elastic expansion and contraction, all parts are made of all-plastic materials, and energy conservation and environment friendliness are achieved; and when the button is not used, the button can be locked by rotating the button, so that liquid leakage caused by mistakenly pressing the button is prevented.
Trigger type liquid ejector
A trigger type liquid ejector includes an ejector main body having a vertical supply pipe, an ejection barrel, a trigger mechanism having a main piston and a main cylinder, a reservoir cylinder, a reservoir plunger, a first check valve configured to block communication between a container body and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and allow communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a second check valve configured to allow communication between an ejection hole and the vertical supply pipe when the main cylinder is pressurized and block communication when the main cylinder is decompressed, and a communication path is provided between the main piston and the main cylinder and is configured to bring the main cylinder in communication with the container body when the main piston is moved to a position deviated rearward from a frontmost position.
PUMP ASSEMBLY OF NON-METAL PUMP TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER
A non-metal pump type cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention may efficiently process recycling after use. Also, Due to an operation of the elastic pump that is more flexible than a rigid metal spring, pumping may be achieved and thus a cosmetic material may be sensitively discharged even by a small force, leading to increases in tactile sensitivity and operational sensitivity. In addition, the structure of the elastic pump formed of resin having a relatively good deformation property is improved such that the elastic pump delicately may descend without being distorted during deformation, contributing to an improvement in product reliability according to a precise operation of each component.
Compression spring assembly and methods of using the same
An all plastic compression spring assembly includes a slotted tubular spring element formed from a tensile polymer material and first and second loading cones received at opposing first and second ends of the slotted tubular spring element. The loading cones are axially compressible toward each other within the slotted tubular spring element whereby the slotted tubular spring element radially expands in tension to create an opposing radial contraction force, and in turn, an axial extension spring force. When released, the spring element elastically returns to its normal at rest shape, returning the cones to their normal at rest positions.
Child-proof discharger
A child-proof discharger for media includes a reservoir, a pump part mounted on the reservoir and an actuable discharge portion mounted on the pump part. The discharge portion guided in an axially displaceable manner on a carrier part disposed on the closure element and can be locked with the aid of manually actuable spring bars. The spring bars are configured on an actuating plate configured on the discharge portion, and respectively have an inner tongue, which can be bent radially inwards relative to an inner wall of the carrier part. Each spring bar is respectively assigned a guide ramp as an entry curve to a contact area that is bounded by radial latches of the blocking setting upon a rotary motion of the discharge portion.
Systems and methods to precisely control output pressure in buffered sprayers (DuO1)
Dispensing devices can include buffers. This obviates the need for continually pumping the device to dispense spray or foam. A buffer can be spring loaded, spring loaded combination, elastomeric or gas, and can be in line or adjacent to a piston chamber. Such sprayers and foamers can be mounted upside down. With a buffer, a piston chamber can deliver a greater amount of liquid per unit time than can be dispensed through the nozzle(s). The fraction of liquid that cannot be dispensed can be sent to the buffer for dispensing after the piston downstroke has completed. Volume of the piston chamber and buffer, pressure response of the buffer, throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve can be arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range.
