BLADDER-TYPE DISPENSING PUMP
A bladder-type dispensing pump (100) comprises a push nozzle (110) and a container cap (120), said nozzle (110) and cap (120) being interconnected. The push nozzle (110) is provided with a bladder portion (111). The bladder portion (111) is able to deform such that the volume of the internal cavity thereof may change. The bladder-type dispensing pump (100) is further provided with an elastic return mechanism. A portion of the elastic return mechanism is connected to or in contact with the bladder portion (111). When the bladder portion (111) is depressed so as to deform, the elastic return mechanism deforms with it, and when pressure acting on the bladder portion (111) is removed, the elastic return mechanism returns to its non-deformed state, causing the bladder portion (111) to reset.
NEW ALL-PLASTIC MINIATURIZED SPRAY GUN
A new all-plastic micro miniaturized spray gun. Inner hole of miniaturized spray gun piston bush includes lower elastic sleeve; upper and lower ends of piston cavity in inlet hole of body include upper and lower thru-hole; upper elastic sleeve disposed above inner hole of piston bush in inlet hole on body between upper and lower thru-hole; upper elastic sleeve abutted against piston bush and fixed in inlet hole of body; diversion groove is disposed on inner walls of inlet hole on body; which is tapered and corresponds to upper elastic sleeve; which includes piston and cover; lower thru-hole of body is normally open; when upper thru-hole of body drives piston to move inwardly through wrench, lower elastic sleeve is stressed subject to pressure change, controlling opening or closure of inlet hole on body, and upper elastic sleeve is deformed subject to pressure change, opening or closing upper thru-hole of body.
DOWN-LOCK BELLOWS PUMP
An all-polymer reciprocating pump (100) is contemplated. The pump body (160) receives a sliding insert (170) that may be locked in a down position to minimize the extension and profile of the actuator (120) while the pump (100) is not in use (e.g., for purposes of shipping in e-commerce). Projections (171) slide within guides (181) formed on an insert housing (180). Even in this down locked position, minimal compression is applied to the biasing members (130) so as to avoid fatigue, wear, and/or failure of the plastic components.
ALL-PLASTIC SPRAY DEVICE
The invention discloses an all-plastic spray device, comprising a handle, an environmentally friendly cross-arm plastic spring, a positioning seat, a nozzle mechanism, a hexagonal plug, a piston mechanism, an environmentally friendly plastic upper spring, an environmentally friendly plastic lower spring, a plastic ball, and a pump body. The invention adopts the design of two-stage elastic element. Both the environmentally friendly plastic upper spring and the environmentally friendly plastic lower spring are made of plastic materials, which can well replace the metal spring. The two-stage elastic element also has a significant improvement in the pressing feel. In addition to being suitable for conventional liquid use, it is also very suitable for the use of solutions that are prone to corrosion with metal parts. The invention greatly facilitates people's daily use and maintains life, health and safety in people's daily use.
Dispenser for dispensing flowable, for example liquid or paste-like, compounds
A dispenser for dispensing flowable, for example liquid or paste-like, compounds, includes a storage reservoir for receiving the compound, and a preferably modular dispenser pump having an inlet channel and an outlet channel and a pump chamber delimited on the inlet and the outlet side by valves, and also having a head piece, the head piece having a dispensing opening, and a restoring device formed by a spring is further provided between the head piece and the storage reservoir. The restoring device is formed by a plastic spring having a lower spring washer and an upper spring washer, which are arranged substantially coaxially with one another, a respective plane spanned by each spring washer extending substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the plastic spring, and furthermore the spring washers being compressibly connected to one another by sprung struts extending over more than 90 degrees in the circumferential direction.
All Plastic High Pressure Pump
A manually operated, high pressure pump featuring all plastic construction, is presented. The high pressure is suitable for dispensing liquids in the form of mists. Used pumps do not require disassembly to be recycled.
ALL-PLASTIC EMULSION PUMP
An all-plastic emulsion pump, includes a body, threads, pressing head, main column, suction tube, plastic spring, pull rod, stopper, lock cover, first and second one-way valve devices made of plastic material. A communication port is between the plastic spring and the main column. The pull rod is in the plastic spring. The stopper is connected to the pull rod upper end. When the plastic spring is pressed, there is a gap between the pull rod and the side wall of the communication port. When the plastic spring pops up, the stopper blocks the communication port. The first one-way valve device is between the pressing head and the main column to supply the emulsion to the pressing head. The second one-way valve device is between the plastic spring and the inlet of the body to supply the emulsion from the inlet of the body into the plastic spring.
Fluid Dispenser
A fluid dispenser having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; and a pump for drawing fluid from a fluid source via the fluid inlet towards the fluid outlet; wherein the pump has a housing and a spring adapted to bias the pump away from a compressed position and towards a rest position; the spring being situated at least partially within the housing; and wherein the spring comprises one or more resiliently deformable polymer units.
Sustained duration trigger sprayers and methods for making the same
A sustained duration trigger sprayer capable of dispensing at least 3 mL of product over a time period of about 3 seconds utilizing a force-to-actuate of between about 10 pounds and about 15 pounds. The trigger sprayer includes an enlarged piston bore and piston and an elongated trigger lever creating a high output fluid displacement with a 0.5 inch displacement distance. The container bottle and/or the sprayer shroud are contoured to provide a gripping area opposing the terminal end of the trigger lever wherein the gripping distance in from the gripping area to the terminal end of the trigger lever is no greater than 3.3 inches.
All plastic airless pump dispenser
A manually operated, airless pump dispenser featuring all plastic construction, including a dome-shaped elastic polymer spring, is presented. The airless pump dispenser is suitable for dispensing liquids, crémes, foams and gels. Used pumps do not require disassembly to be recycled.
