SELF-CLEANING DELIVERY HEAD FOR A DISPENSING MACHINE FOR DELIVERING FLUID PRODUCTS SUCH AS DYES FOR PAINTS OR THE LIKE
A delivery head for a dispensing machine for delivering fluid products, including: a tubular casing having a vertical longitudinal axis, a plurality of nozzles carried by the tubular casing and having respective outlet openings with axes parallel to the vertical longitudinal axis, and a cleaning device for automatically cleaning the nozzles, having a plurality of scraper tubes associated with respective nozzles, movable in the a direction of the vertical longitudinal axis between a raised position and a lowered position, and vice versa, and having respective lower ends that clean the nozzles during a stroke from the raised position to the lowered position.
DISPOSABLE SEALANT FLUID PATH ASSEMBLY
One general aspect includes a liquid dispenser with a mount having a mount aperture. A liquid flow path assembly is removably secured to the mount and has an inlet configured to receive liquid, an outlet configured to dispense liquid and a passageway fluidly coupling the inlet to the outlet. A third aperture apart from the inlet and the outlet is fluidly coupled to the passageway and forming a valve guide. The liquid flow path assembly is disposed on the mount to align the third aperture with the mount aperture. An elongated valve has a valve stem guided by the valve guide and extends through the third aperture and the mount aperture. A latch assembly secures the liquid flow path assembly to the mount.
SELF-CLEANING MISTING NOZZLE
A spray nozzle for a steam generator of a shower steam system includes a housing defining a longitudinal bore extending to an outlet, and an atomizing member positioned adjacent the outlet. An elongated member is coupled to the housing in the longitudinal bore, and defines a pin at an end thereof. A body is slidably coupled to the housing in the longitudinal bore, and includes an opening extending therethrough. A biasing member is configured to bias the body against the elongated member by a biasing force such that the elongated member extends through the opening. The body is configured to move axially away from the elongated member toward the atomizing member in response to a pressure of a flow of water being above a threshold value so as to overcome the biasing force and allow the flow of water to pass through the opening to the atomizing member.
OUTPOURING ASSEMBLY
An outpouring assembly, comprising an outpouring plate, wherein the outpouring plate is provided with a liquid outlet through hole, a paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, the paste discharge pipe moves up and down in the liquid outlet through hole, and when a lower end of the paste discharge pipe extends out of the liquid outlet through hole, the paste discharge pipe is in a liquid outpouring state. A beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows: Because a liquid such as the color paste or water has surface tension, the color paste adheres to a surface of an outlet, outpouring precision of the outpouring assembly is affected. A paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, so that a quantity of color pastes adhered to a paste discharge outlet of the paste discharge pipe can be effectively reduced.
RETRACTABLE WATER CANNON APPARATUS
A system for cleaning an interior of a boiler may include a lance tube operatively coupled to one or more positioning devices, and a cleaning tip coupled to one or more insertion devices. The lance tube may include a distal end from which pressurized water flows out of the lance tube into the interior of the boiler. The one or more positioning devices may be configured for moving the distal end of the lance tube in an X direction and/or a Y direction relative to a wall of the boiler to direct the flow of water from the distal end of the lance tube. The one or more insertion devices may be configured for moving the cleaning tip between a retracted position and an extended position.
Electrostatic spray device and electrostatic spray method
An electrostatic spray device includes a liquid sprayer including a nozzle that spouts a liquid; a voltage applicator that applies a voltage between the liquid sprayer and a heteropolar portion functioning as a pole opposite a pole of the liquid sprayer to generate an electrostatic force for causing the liquid to separate from a distal end of the nozzle in a charging state; and a stabilization electrode that maintains a stable spraying state of the liquid even when a pressure is applied to the liquid to supply the nozzle with the liquid. The stabilization electrode has an electric potential identical to an electric potential of the liquid sprayer, and is disposed near the nozzle such that a jet portion formed at a front of the nozzle by a linear extension of the liquid has a length longer than a length of the jet portion before the stabilization electrode is provided.
EXPANDING NOZZLE FOR COMPONENT ADDITIONS IN A CONCRETE TRUCK, AND METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR USE OF SAME
A nozzle, including a support member and a nozzle boot surrounding at least a portion of the support member, the nozzle boot having a nozzle boot inlet and a nozzle boot outlet spaced from the nozzle boot inlet and a volume between the nozzle boot inlet and the nozzle boot outlet, the nozzle boot being expandable upon the introduction of fluid into the volume, and collapsible upon withdrawal of fluid from the volume. Also disclosed is a method of removing unwanted concrete from a surface by creating tensile stress to concrete adhered to that surface by causing the surface to expand, and a system for injecting fluid (s) into a rotating drum.
SELF-CLEANING WATER OUTLET DEVICE AND A SWINGING WATER OUTLET DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses a self-cleaning water outlet device, which comprises: a body, a deposit removal needle plate disposed in the body, a water outlet cover comprising a plurality of water outlet holes, and a rotatable member driven about an axial direction of the rotatable member by flowing water. An axial direction of the deposit removal needle plate and an axial direction of the water outlet cover are coaxial, and the deposit removal needle plate has a plurality of needles. The deposit removal needle plate is swingably connected with the rotatable member. When water flows into the water outlet device, the water flow drives the rotatable member to rotate, and the rotatable member drives each of the plurality of needles to swing about the axial direction of the deposit removal needle plate in a corresponding one of the plurality of water outlet holes.
