Self-contained face mask system with automatic droplet dispenser for humidification

Introduced here is a face mask system having a mask enclosure that contains, or otherwise directly supports, an automated liquid-droplet dispensing mechanism (ADM) for humidification. In operation, the enclosure and ADM are compact and lightweight so that when worn by a user can be supported entirely by the user's head and neck. The enclosure can be comprised of one or more layers of breathable fabric adapted to flexibly conform to the face of a user when worn and form a cavity that is adjacent to the user's nostrils and mouth. The ADM can be comprised of a reservoir in which liquid is stored, a respiratory cycle detector, a timer and controller, and a droplet dispenser that controllably dispenses droplets of the liquid from the reservoir into the cavity for inhalation by the user.

A fluid diffuser for atomization of essential oils can have a flexible seal used to reduce internal pressure of an air chamber adjacent to the atomizer. It can also use a cover and a sensor to control the operation of the atomizer based on the position of the cover. An atomizer housing portion of the diffuser can be removable and replaceable relative to a lower portion of the housing.

CARTRIDGE AND AEROSOL GENERATING DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME

Provided is a cartridge for an aerosol generating device, comprising: a mouthpiece having a discharge hole; a liquid storage configured to accommodate an aerosol generating material; a vibrator accommodation space configured to accommodate a vibrator of a main body of the aerosol generating device when the cartridge is coupled to the main body; and a liquid delivery member configured to deliver the aerosol generating material accommodated in the liquid storage to the vibrator accommodation space such that aerosols are generated from the aerosol generating material by vibration of the vibrator accommodated in the vibrator accommodation space.

ATOMIZATION DEVICE, ATOMIZATION DEVICE ASSEMBLY, AND CONTROL SYSTEM OF ATOMIZATION DEVICE

An atomization device, an atomization device assembly, and a control system therefor capable of stably spraying are provided.

An atomization device of the disclosure includes: a main body that has a vibrating device and a cavity part and in which the vibrating device is disposed above the cavity part and includes a vibrating element; and a tank assembly that is detachably provided with respect to the main body and is accommodated in the cavity part in a coupled state attached to the main body, wherein the tank assembly includes a liquid supply tank that has a space to hold a liquid, and a liquid supply core that supplies the liquid in the liquid supply tank to one side of the vibrating device, and wherein the atomization device further includes a relay absorber that is installed between the vibrating element and the liquid supply core.

An atomization device of the disclosure includes a main body and a tank assembly. The tank assembly includes a liquid supply tank, a support rod, a liquid supply core, and an elastic member. The liquid supply core penetrates an inward side of the support rod. The elastic member is positioned on a bottom surface of the liquid supply tank and has the liquid supply core disposed on the inward side of the support rod while being adjacent to the liquid suction end with a predetermined gap therebetween. The elastic member is constituted of a fixing part and a movable part which come into close contact with each other. The movable part is provided so as to be able to move forward and rearward with respect to the support rod via the elastic member.

AEROSOL GENERATOR

An aerosol generator for generating an aerosol from a fluid, comprising: a vibratable membrane having a first side for being in contact with the fluid and an opposite second side, the membrane having a plurality of through holes penetrating the membrane in an extension direction from the first side to the second side, whereby the fluid passes the through holes from the first side to the second side when the membrane is vibrated for generating the aerosol at the second side, each through hole having along its extension direction a smallest diameter, a larger diameter that is larger than the smallest diameter and defined by that diameter that is closest to triple, preferably twice said smallest diameter, each through hole having a nozzle portion defined by that continuous portion of the through hole in the extension direction comprising the smallest diameter of the through hole and bordered by the larger diameter of the through hole, wherein the ratio of the total length of each through hole in the extension direction to the length of a respective one of said nozzle portions in the extension direction is at least 4, preferably at least 4.5 and most preferred equal to or larger than 5.

Spray ejector device and methods of use

An ejector device for ejecting droplets of fluid onto a surface includes an ejector mechanism attached to a fluid reservoir through a fluid loading plate that is configured to pierce the reservoir and channel the fluid to a rear surface of the ejector mechanism by capillary action. The ejector mechanism may have a centro-symmetric configuration with a lead free piezo actuator and may be covered by an auto-closing cover.
