ASSEMBLY FOR A CARRIER FOR CARRYING A CAULK CARTRIDGE AND CAULKING GUN
A caulking gun includes a carrier for carrying a caulk cartridge, an assembly for the carrier, a gun body and a push rod. The assembly is for disposing between the gun body and the carrier and includes a seat portion and a spacing portion. The seat portion includes a seat wall for being connected between the gun body and the carrier. The spacing portion includes an annular projection portion configured to be abutted between the gun body and the carrier in a manner that the gun body and the carrier are rotatable relative to each other. The carrier is rotatably connected with the gun body through the assembly, and the carrier is rotatable relative to the annular projection portion. The push rod is movably connected to the gun body and disposed through the assembly, and extends into the carrier.
Caulking gun
A caulking gun is provided, including: a gun body, including a main body, a push mechanism, a driving member movably disposed within the main body and a lever rotatably mounted to the main body to drive the driving member, the push mechanism including a restriction member swingably disposed on the main body and a push rod movably disposed on the main body and disposed through the restriction member; and an adjustment mechanism, mounted to the gun body, being movable to be located in a first position or at least two different other positions; wherein when the adjustment mechanism is located in the first position, the adjustment mechanism contacts the restriction member or the driving member; the adjustment mechanism is distanced by different distances from the restriction member or from the driving member when the adjustment mechanism is located in the at least two different other positions.
Push member and caulking gun having the same
A push member and a caulking gun having the same. The caulking gun includes the push member, a gun body and a push rod. The push member includes a blockable receiving portion which includes a receiving space and a lip protruding from a periphery of the receiving space, and a push portion arranged opposite to the blockable receiving portion in a first direction, for pushing a caulk cartridge. The lip defines a blocking mouth, and the blocking mouth and the receiving space are open toward a same lateral side of the push member to form an open end. When a push plate of the push rod is disposed within the receiving space, the lip and the push plate are blockable with each other in the first direction.
Sauce gun with replaceable pushing mechanism
The invention discloses a sauce gun with replaceable pushing mechanism, including a gun body, a push rod with row teeth, a fixed handle with a cavity, a trigger handle and a pushing mechanism, wherein the pushing mechanism includes a function case detachably installed in the cavity, the external wall of the function case is provided with a first sliding groove, the first sliding groove is internally provided with a first connecting piece driven by the trigger handle, and the function case is internally provided with a front push rod lock rotatably connected to the first connecting piece, a rear push rod lock hinged with the function case through a second connecting piece, and a flexible device driving the front push rod lock and the rear push rod lock to match with the row teeth respectively.
Device for holding and dispensing viscous material
A dispensing device is provided for storing and dispensing a flowable, viscous material. A cartridge is provided for storing the material and includes a tube, a movable cup member located within the tube, an end wall having a nozzle opening covered with a removable seal and a nozzle. The nozzle is removably held within the cup member during storage. The dispensing device is formed by inserting the cartridge within the actuator. The actuator comprises a barrel, a trigger, a handle, a plunger and a resilient detent. The movement of the trigger causes the plunger to push the moveable member forward. The detent holds the plunger in place maintaining the flow of material.
CARTRIDGE-BASED EXTRUSION DISPENSER
A cartridge-based extrusion dispenser assembly includes a carriage configured to hold a fluid cartridge, and a flexible strip system coupled to a plunger and including a first flexible tape operably associated with a second flexible tape. Within the carriage, the first and second flexible tapes opposingly reinforce each other to establish a substantially rigid shaft member. An actuator assembly is configured to feed the first and second flexible tapes into the carriage to advance the plunger to engage the fluid cartridge and dispense fluid therefrom.
DISPENSING UNIT AND METHODS FOR DISPENSING
Embodiments of the present invention includes methods for dispensing and an apparatus for dispensing. In particular embodiments, the barrel design of an apparatus for dispensing and provided in a method for dispensing is formed to encase and/or engage a material container. By encasing and/or engaging the material container within the barrel, expansion, such as tube expansion, is reduced and/or eliminated.
A Self-Resealing Magnet Closure
A syringe for dispensing a flowable material. The syringe has a cartridge with a cartridge front end and at least a first dispensing nozzle arranged at the cartridge front end. The syringe further has closure for openably closing the first dispensing nozzle. The closure includes a cap and at least a first seal. The cap is telescopically placeable on the cartridge front end. The closure or the cartridge has a first magnet for establishing a magnetic attraction between the closure and the cartridge. In a situation in which the closure is placed on the cartridge front end, the closure and the cartridge can be positioned in a sealing position in which the first seal spaces the cap and the cartridge front end away from each other against a magnetic attraction that urges the cap and the cartridge toward each other.
PREPARATION STATION FOR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT
A station for covering a bread roll half of a bread roll with a sauce in a preparation line of a fast food restaurant, comprising: a table by which a user standing at a front side can cover a bread roll half with sauce, a container comprising the sauce and arranged over the table at a working distance from the front side and from which an outlet nozzle oriented towards the table protrudes at a vertical distance from the table, so that the bread roll half which is to be covered with sauce can be placed on the table below the outlet nozzle, and a pressure actuator that can be actuated by the user and which is designed to dispense the sauce from the container onto the bread roll half when actuated by the user.
LOWERING MECHANISM FOR HAND HELD JACKING TOOL
A lowering mechanism for a hand held jacking tool comprises a caulking gun jacking mechanism. The lowering mechanism comprises a lowering plate on top of the holding plate, a pushing lever connected with a hinge attachment to the lowering plate at a rear end, wherein the pushing lever is pivoting around a pivot structure connected to the lever or holding plate a distance backward from the hinge attachment, causing the lowering plate to grip the jacking shaft when the lever is pushed downwards and then, in turn, pushing the holding plate downwards and loosening it from the jacking shaft and moving it down along the jacking shaft a distance determined by the pivoting action of the lever. The lowering plate is held in place by a spring biasing the lowering plate towards the holding plate.
