COMMON HEAD HAVING AN OFFSET PARTITION FOR USE WITH MULTI-COMPONENT DISPENSING TOOLS AND A TUBULAR LINER ARRANGED FOR LOCATING WITHIN THE COMMON HEAD
A common head for use in combination with a cartridge assembly, the cartridge assembly being retained within the material containment unit of a dispensing device and arranged to discharge reactive components from larger and smaller cartridges in response to actuation of the dispensing device. The common head includes inlet openings and a rigid walled tube having a partition positioned therein to define larger and smaller pathways to enable passage of the reactive components from the cartridges into and though the common head in a predetermined volumetric ratio and prevent backflow of the components which can lead to unintended curing prior to dispensing. A flexible liner arranged for positioning within one or both pathways of the rigid walled tube is also provided to prevent such backflow and unintended curing prior to dispensing.
CAULKING GUN
A caulking gun for dispensing viscous material does not have any freeloop. A brake device is in the first and in the second position inclined relative to the axis of the push rod and a release device pushes the brake device in a third, essentially perpendicular position relative to the axis of the push rod in order to disengage the push rod from the brake device for pulling back the push rod and for acting simultaneously on the push device in order to disengage the push rod. Because the brake device is inclined in the first and in the second position due to the action of a spring acting on one end of the brake device and clamps the rod so that any freeloop (because the brake device does not clamp the rod in the upright position) is avoided.
Fluid cartridge system and method of using a fluid cartridge system
A fluid cartridge system and method of removing a closure assembly from a first cartridge and a second cartridge includes a first cartridge body and a second cartridge body. A neck projects from the first cartridge body with a first outlet of the first cartridge and a second outlet of the second cartridge. A first closure having a first plug is received within the first outlet and includes a first closure coupling element. In addition, a second closure having a second plug is received within the second outlet and includes a second closure coupling element. The first closure coupling element is configured to interlock with the second closure coupling element such that securing the first cartridge body against the second cartridge body also connects the first closure to the second closure. As such, the first and second closures form the closure assembly for being collectively removed by an operator.
CONDIMENT DISPENSING DEVICE
A condiment dispensing device is provided that, when activated by a user, may expel a condiment from a condiment cartridge secured within the condiment dispensing device. The condiment dispensing device includes a recess at its bottom portion in which a dampener member may be secured. When the dampener member is secured in the recess, the bottom portion of the dispensing device is flat, which results in the device being orientation within a holder in a consistent and predictable fashion. Because the dampener member may be made of a rubber or soft plastic, when the condiment dispensing device is placed in the holder, substantially less impact and noise are created than if the dispensing device were construed entirely made of metal.
Dispensing unit and methods for dispensing
Embodiments of the present invention includes methods for dispensing and an apparatus for dispensing. In particular embodiments, the barrel design of an apparatus for dispensing and provided in a method for dispensing is formed to encase and/or engage a material container. By encasing and/or engaging the material container within the barrel, expansion, such as tube expansion, is reduced and/or eliminated.
MULTI-COMPONENT FLEXIBLE PACK DISPENSING MANIFOLD AND SYSTEM
A dispensing system includes a support structure and a container. The support structure includes a base and an extension arm having a first end coupled to the base and a second end spaced from the first end, and a gate coupled to the second end of the extension arm. The extension arm defines a recess or pocket between the first end and the second end. The container is coupled to the support structure and has a pin extending from an outer surface. The recess or pocket receives the pin within.
Device and method for improved dispensing control during placement of viscous material
A resiliently deformable member for use in an apparatus for dispensing a viscous material from a container, such as an apparatus consisting of a container for holding the viscous material and a dispensing gun. The resiliently deformable member has a relaxed state and a compressed state. In use, the resiliently deformable member applies a force between the container and the dispensing gun to modulate the flow of the material from the container.
DISPENSER, AND DISPENSER AND CARTRIDGE
A dispenser includes a guide shaft, a housing, accommodating the guide shaft, and supporting the guide shaft movably frontward and rearward along an axial direction, a slide block slidably mounted on the guide shaft, a piston shaft having one end mounted on the slide block, and another end projecting from the housing as the slide block moves frontward, a handle projecting from the housing, a slide bar having one end rotatably supported on the housing, and another end approaching the handle when rotated, and an engaging piece provided on the one end of the slide bar and engaging a guide groove formed in the guide shaft, wherein the engaging piece moves the guide shaft frontward when the other end of the slide bar is rotated to approach the handle due to an operation of a user.
Dispensing tool
A dispensing tool for dispensing caulk includes a cartridge housing shaped to receive a cartridge of caulk. The cartridge includes a support bracket which extends to a pivot element, and an applicator head is mounted on the pivot element. A material hose connects the exit nozzle of the cartridge with the applicator head. A dispensing nozzle of the applicator head dispenses the caulk flowing from the cartridge. The cartridge includes a drive mechanism to push the follower of the cartridge to dispense the caulk, and a reciprocation system reciprocates the applicator head as the caulk is being dispensed through the dispensing nozzle.
Extensible adhesive dispensing gun system
An extensible adhesive dispensing gun system. A syringe has a piston for urging an adhesive out of a nozzle, and a first mount at a back end of the syringe. A gun body contains a mechanism for advancing a plunger from a front end of the body in response to a trigger, and a second mount is disposed on the front end. An extension tube assembly includes an outer tube having near and far end adapters. A third mount on the near end adapter engages the second mount on the gun body, and a fourth mount on the far end adapter engages the first mount on the syringe. An inner rod member is arranged inside the outer tube. When the gun plunger is urged against a back end of the rod member, a leading end of the member forces the syringe piston to urge the adhesive out of the nozzle.
