A chassis having spaced apart parallel box rail members is movably mounted on the chassis support member for movement of the chassis in a Y direction. A rotary arm extends from the chassis, and a flexible lance guide hand fastened to a distal end of the rotary arm is configured to maintain a plurality of flexible lance guide tubes in parallel alignment with the row of tubes irrespective of an angle between the rotary arm and the frame. The system may include a lance drive and a snout connected between the lance drive and the positioning apparatus.
CLEANING PROCESS FOR A POWDER TRANSFER SYSTEM
A method of cleaning a complex powder transfer system including providing a powder transfer system having a washing fluid source, a spray device valve in fluid communication with the washing fluid source, a backflush valve in fluid communication with the washing fluid source, a receiving device having an upper chamber, a lower chamber, and a membrane filter disposed between the upper and lower chambers. The method includes opening the backflush valve to initiate a backflush cycle, running the backflush cycle to wash the upper chamber with a fluid, and closing the backflush valve after the backflush cycle completes. The method includes opening the spray device valve to initiate a spray device cycle, running the spray device cycle to wash the lower chamber with fluid, and closing the spray device valve after the spray device cycle completes. The method includes opening a pressure valve to provide PCA to the receiving container.
Apparatus for decontaminating equipment having internal channels (lumens)
A method of cleaning an endoscope in a computer-controlled washer/disinfector comprising the steps of connecting each lumen of an endoscope to a fluid distribution system for selectively conveying pressurized air or pressurized fluids through lumens in an endoscope; identifying the type of endoscope to be cleaned in said washer/disinfector; determining a blockage threshold flow coefficient for each lumen for said endoscope to be cleaned; pressurizing each lumen in said endoscope individually and determining an actual flow coefficient through said lumen; determining whether said endoscope is suitable for cleaning by comparing said actual flow coefficients for a lumen in said endoscope to said blockage threshold flow coefficient for said lumen; and determining whether a connection to a lumen in said endoscope is properly connected based upon said flow coefficient through said lumen.
METHOD OF CLEANING AND STERILIZING DRINK FILLING APPARATUS
A method of cleaning and sterilizing a drink filling apparatus including a CIP process of circulating a cleaner in a drink supply piping to remove foreign matter on an interior of the drink supply piping, and an SIP process of sterilizing the interior of the drink supply piping. The processes are performed at the same time or in sequence without an interruption between the two. The SIP process uses the cleaner to sterilize the interior of the drink supply piping. After the SIP process, while the cleaner is kept circulating, a temperature condition at a predetermined position in the drink supply piping is adjusted to a temperature setting for manufacture, after which the cleaner in the drink supply piping is removed.
Washing device for medical instruments
A washer machine for medical instruments comprises a washing chamber, at least a sliding loader trolley at least to load the medical instruments into the washing chamber and a washing device to wash the medical instruments, comprising a multiple connection unit and a plurality of flexible washing pipes connectable to the aperture of the medical instrument to be washed. The multiple connection unit comprises a free multiple connector, autonomous and unconstrained from the sliding loader trolley and connectable to said flexible washing pipes, and a static and fixed multiple counter-connector disposed in the washing chamber. A releasable manual mechanical clamping device is provided for the selective connection of the free multiple connector to the static and fixed multiple counter-connector.
Heat Recovery Steam Generator Cleaning System And Method
A cleaning system and method includes suspending and exploding, adjacent a bank of HRSG finned-tubing, a plurality of generally uniformly spaced detonation cords. Each detonation cord has an explosive grain loading of 18-50 grains per foot. A detonation delay assembly attached to each of the plurality of detonation cords creates a predetermined delay between each detonation cord explosion. After the detonation cords are exploded, a suspended elongated beam, having a transport assembly and a pressurized air blower assembly directs pressurized air towards an adjacent the bank of HRSG finned-tubing as the pressurized air blower assembly is moved along a portion of the beam. A suspension assembly moves the beam, the transport assembly, and the pressurized air blower assembly up or down so that a next portion of the bank of HRSG finned-tubing may be cleaned by the pressurized air.
INJECTOR NEEDLE CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present disclosure is a food injection needle cleaning system and method. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. The present disclosure comprises a high-pressure chamber configured to secure the food injection needle and seal around the needle such that fluid enters the needle through an inlet of the high-pressure chamber and exits the needle through a waste line.
A System for Cleaning, Protecting and Lubricating Hyperbolic Rollers and Bearings Placed in a Rotating Rotor Which is Used for Straightening Wire, Rod or Reinforcing Bar, Using Air and Oil
A system and method for cleaning, protecting and lubricating hyperbolic rollers and bearings for bending, using air and oil, placed in a rotating rotor (1) that contains rollers (32) placed on bearings (34) and shafts (33) inside roller housings (30), where rollers (32) are positioned at an angle with respect to the bending axis and, as bending occurs they cause bending and also as rotor (1) rotates around the item being bent it straightens and feeds the item. Rollers (32) are placed on bearings (34) and are protected through rotational seals (35). The bearings' (34) area of rollers (32) inside the rotational seal (35) is supplied with air at pressure higher than the atmospheric, so that inflow of contaminants are inhibited, or is supplied with air enriched with oil so that bearings (34) are lubricated, and rotational seals (35) located next to bearings (34) of the rollers (32) allow the air flow from the area between the bearings towards the surrounding area.
