System for cleaning, protecting and lubricating hyperbolic rollers and bearings placed in a rotating rotor which is used for straightening wire, rod or reinforcing bar, using air and oil
A system and method for cleaning, protecting and lubricating hyperbolic rollers and bearings for bending, using air and oil, placed in a rotating rotor (1) that contains rollers (32) placed on bearings (34) and shafts (33) inside roller housings (30), where rollers (32) are positioned at an angle with respect to the bending axis and, as bending occurs they cause bending and also as rotor (1) rotates around the item being bent it straightens and feeds the item. Rollers (32) are placed on bearings (34) and are protected through rotational seals (35). The bearings' (34) area of rollers (32) inside the rotational seal (35) is supplied with air at pressure higher than the atmospheric, so that inflow of contaminants are inhibited, or is supplied with air enriched with oil so that bearings (34) are lubricated, and rotational seals (35) located next to bearings (34) of the rollers (32) allow the air flow from the area between the bearings towards the surrounding area.
Container filling arrangement for filling bottles and similar containers with a beverage and a method of operating the container filling arrangement
In order to perform a cleaning-in-place or CIP cleaning of a filling element of a filling machine for the filling of containers with a liquid filling content, at least one closure element can be used, together with the filling element, to form a flushing chamber, in which a filling valve and a filling-level probe are at least partially disposed for the cleaning-in-place cleaning of the filling element. A control unit controls the flow of cleaning medium into the flushing chamber and the performance of at least one electrical measurement with the filling-level probe during the cleaning-in-place cleaning of the filling element.
Endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus and endoscope cleaning method
An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus includes an endoscope connection section, a liquid supply conduit, a gas feeding conduit, a first gas feeding section, a first exhaust section, and a control section that performs a step of filling the gas feeding conduit with a cleaning liquid, a step of opening the first exhaust section, a step of allowing a gas to flow from the first gas feeding section to the endoscope connection section and feeding a two-phase gas-liquid fluid with which the gas feeding conduit is filled into the conduit of the endoscope and a step of closing the first exhaust section a predetermined time after allowing the gas to flow.
Industrial cleaning systems, including solutions for removing various types of deposits, and cognitive cleaning
A method is used for cleaning heat exchanger systems. The method is performed at a computer system having one or more processors and memory storing one or more programs configured for execution by the one or more processors. The method determines component percentages of a cleaning solution based, at least in part, on operational parameters of a heat exchanger system. The operational parameters include chemical composition of fluids passing through the heat exchanger system and operating temperatures of the fluids passing through the heat exchanger system. The component percentages of the cleaning solution include: (1) hydrogen peroxide, 2-90 wt. %; (2) a complexing agent, 3-30 wt. %; (3) water-soluble calixarene, 0.01-10 wt. %; and (4) water. The complexing agent includes a polybasic organic acid or a sodium salt thereof, or a derivative of phosphorous acid.
Injection device comprising a central rod movable in a cleaning position
An injection device having an inlet for receiving a fluid, an outlet for injecting the fluid and a chamber therebetween. A control rod is provided in the chamber and includes a duct extending through said control rod. A central rod extends in the duct and is movable between a retracted position and an active position. The central rod and the duct being arranged to prevent fluidic communication between the duct and the chamber when the central rod moves between its retracted and active positions. The central rod and the control rod are further movable relative to each other into a cleaning position, in which the duct is placed in fluidic communication with the chamber.
CLEANING APPARATUS USING LIQUID MIXED WITH GAS
A cleaning apparatus using a gas-mixed liquid includes a first inlet port into which a liquid supplied from the outside is introduced, a second inlet port into which a gas to be mixed with the liquid introduced from the first inlet port is introduced, a mixing chamber in which the liquid introduced from the first inlet port and the gas introduced from the second inlet port are mixed with each other, and an outlet port through which the liquid mixed with the gas in the mixing chamber is discharged. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently remove slime such as scale generated in a variety of industrial conduits in which liquids flow, and germs, etc. deposited in various conduits.

Provided are gas distribution apparatus with a delivery channel having an inlet end, an outlet end and a plurality of apertures spaced along the length. The inlet end is connectable to an inlet gas source and the outlet end is connectible with a vacuum source. Also provided are gas distribution apparatus with spiral delivery channels, intertwined spiral delivery channels, splitting delivery channels, merging delivery channels and shaped delivery channels in which an inlet end and outlet end are configured for rapid exchange of gas within the delivery channels.
CONTAINER FILLING ARRANGEMENT FOR FILLING BOTTLES AND SIMILAR CONTAINERS WITH A BEVERAGE AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THE CONTAINER FILLING ARRANGEMENT
A container filling arrangement for filling bottles and similar containers with a beverage and a method of operating the container filling arrangement.
METHOD OF STERILIZING DRINK FILLING APPARATUS AND DRINK FILLING APPARATUS
To reduce the time required to start a drink filling operation or the time interval between productions.
In a method of sterilizing a drink filling apparatus that includes drink supply piping that feeds a drink into a filling machine through a heating sterilization part, a heated liquid or heated steam is fed to the drink supply piping, temperatures of the drink supply piping at a plurality of positions are detected at predetermined time intervals, a lowest temperature is selected from the detected temperatures, an F value is calculated for the selected lowest temperature, the calculated F value is integrated, and a sterilization step is ended when the integrated F value reaches a target value.
