The tankless air compressor is configured in the housing for providing air pressure to blow out water through the first outlet in the hose. The tankless air compressor receives air from the second outlet. The temperature controller is configured within the housing to maintain an optimal temperature. The heating unit is configured within the housing attached to the temperature controller for maintaining an above freezing environment. The power supply cable supplies power. The electrical junction box is configured within the housing for distributing the power.

Hydrate Mitigation in a Pipeline with Vortex Tubes

A system to prevent the formation of hydrates in a pipeline includes a heater assembly. The heater assembly has a vortex tube mounted on an outer surface of a first section of the pipeline and a compressed gas source. The vortex tube is configured to separate gas from an inlet into a hot gas pathway and a cold gas pathway. The vortex tube includes an inlet, a cold gas outlet, and a hot gas outlet. The hot gas outlet of the vortex tube is fluidly connected to an opening defined in the first section of the pipeline. The hot gas outlet is configured to flow hot gas from the vortex tube into an interior volume of the pipeline. The compressed gas source is fluidly connected to the inlet of the vortex tube.

Automated cleaning system for internal cavities of pressure instruments

Various automated cleaning systems for internal cavities of pressure instruments are disclosed. The systems comprise a computer controlled fluid flow system that enables the use of various cleaning fluids for cleaning internal cavities of pressure instruments to high cleanliness levels. Various pressure instruments, including complex shapes such as Bourdon tube gauges, are accommodated. The system can include a computerized cleaning cycle selection and a multi-fluid combination of cleaners for efficient and low cost cleaning solution. A servo controlled agitation system can allow for filling, evacuation, and drying of aqueous solutions as well as high performance solvents for Oxygen Clean service.

SLUG FLOW ELIMINATION IN MULTIPHASE FLOW PIPELINES USING MULTIPLE STATIC MIXERS

A system includes a plurality of static mixers. Each static mixer has an internal cylinder defining a central orifice for passage of the multi-phase fluid. The internal cylinder has an inlet side and an outlet side. The inlet side of the internal cylinder has a plurality of inlet channels, and the outlet side of the internal cylinder has a plurality of outlet channels. The multi-phase fluid enters the inlet side to be mixed in the central orifice and is expelled through the outlet side. The plurality of static mixers are fixedly disposed along the pipeline at a predetermined number of locations, spaced a predetermined distance apart, to mix the multi-phase fluid and prevent formation of the adverse flow regimes.

Systems and methods for on-line pigging and spalling of coker furnace outlets

Systems and methods for safe on-line pigging decoking of a coker furnace tubes and which also permits on-line spalling operations.

A method includes the following steps. A wafer is disposed on a wafer-mounting surface of a wafer holder that is disposed in a chamber. The wafer-mounting surface is in parallel with a gravity direction. A gas is flown from a gas source to vacuum sealing device. An inductive coil wrapping around a vacuum sealing device excites the gas into plasma. The plasma is injected to the wafer.

An attachment for an air blow gun includes a nozzle and a nozzle insert. The nozzle is a hollow cylinder and includes radial pinholes at one end. The nozzle insert includes a longitudinal pinhole. The nozzle insert is inserted into the end of the nozzle with the radial pinholes. When high-pressure air is delivered to the attachment, plumes of high-velocity air exit from the radial pinholes and the longitudinal pinhole. The attachment is particularly well suited to cleaning confined spaces in workpieces with high-velocity air.

Lance unblocking method and apparatus

An apparatus for removing a blockage in a solids injection lance extending into a direct smelting vessel The solids injection lance has a single inlet coupled to a section of supply line that conveys gas and solids to the solids injection lance and that is upstream and co-axial with the solids injection lance. The apparatus has a tool that extends through the supply line section and the solids injection lance to remove a blockage of solid material and an assembly for advancing the tool through the solids injection lance and the supply line section to the blockage from an upstream side of the blockage.

CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION METHOD

A continuous production system continuously produces a product from a raw material powder. The system includes a first processor that performs a first process on the raw material powder, a second processor that performs a second process on the powder on which the first process has been performed by the first processor, and a test chamber through which the powder being sent from the first processor to the second processor passes. A cleaner blows gas from an inlet side opening formed in the inner face of a channel connected to the test chamber from the first processor on the downstream side of an inlet side gate valve for opening and closing the channel toward a direction to form a swirling flow along the inner face of the channel.
