DRILL BIT
An improved drill bit is a drill bit designed for use with a drain snake unclogging apparatus for sewer pipes having an arrowhead shaped point attached to a short drill bit sized for sewer pipes and having helical grooves along its length for material that has been cut or loosened by the pointed chisel bit to move rearward through the grooves away from the clogged material. The bit is more effective for solid plugs within a pipeline in that it cuts the clogging material into pieces instead of being design for gripping and pulling the clog.
CAGE CLEANING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a cleaning device comprising at least two corpus elements, the corpus element comprises two interconnected side surfaces, the two interconnected side surfaces comprise a cleaning part and a connecting part for connecting the at least two corpus elements, wherein the cleaning part comprises a curved structure extending from a first-side to a second-side of the cleaning part.
METHOD FOR REMOVAL OF FOULING FROM A PIPELINE
A method for removing fouling from a pipeline includes determining the location of fouling in the pipeline. Once determined, the method further includes installing a hot tap in the pipeline. A flex conduit is inserted into the pipeline through the hot tap and a treatment fluid is flowed into the pipeline through the conduit. The treatment fluid is used to remove the fouling from the pipeline. Once the fouling is sufficiently removed, the flexible conduit is removed from the pipeline.
Cable Feeding Device for Drain Cleaner
A cable feeding device for a drain cleaner includes an upper body mounted on a support tube of the drain cleaner, a control subassembly, and a lower body. The upper body in which an upper feeding roller is held and the lower body in which two lower feeding rollers are held join each other. A cable inside a cable drum of the drain cleaner can extend through a region encircled with the upper and lower feeding rollers and can be resisted by the upper and lower feeding rollers for controllable forward or backward movements of the cable into a drain to be cleaned. The lower body has at least one separate mold-stripping hole for easy manufacturing of the upper and lower bodies in a plastic injection molding process. The upper and lower feeding rollers are not exposed to the outside for longer service life to clip the cable.
TUBE CLEANING AND INSPECTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods may utilize a two-axis stand configured with a locator moveable along two orthogonally oriented axes. The locator may scan a tube opening. A controller may position the locator and the two-axis stand to a) scan across a plurality of tube openings, b) locate the plurality of tube openings based on the scan, and c) activate a cleaning tool to clean tube interiors associated with respective tube openings. Control may be automated and/or based on user interaction with a user interface.
POWERED DRAIN AUGER
A drain cleaning device includes a power unit and a drum assembly coupled to the power unit for rotation by the power unit. The drum assembly includes a base, a cable received in the base that is configured to be fed from the base and rotated to clean a drain, and a cover releasably coupleable to the base. The drum assembly includes a plurality of taper locks releasably coupling an outer peripheral portion of the cover and an outer peripheral portion of the base. Each of the taper locks is moveable between a locked position in which the cover is retained on the base and an unlocked position in which the cover is removable from the base. Each of the taper locks being biased toward the locked position.
Drive shaft coupling
A drive shaft coupling for connecting a rotating tube cleaning shaft to a tube cleaning machine wherein high pressure fluid is pumped through the coupling, wherein the coupling is sealed to contain the high pressure fluid, and wherein a machine driven rotary flexible shaft passes through the coupling.
LINEAR MEMBER TRANSFER APPARATUS
A linear member transfer apparatus includes: a linear member housing portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape and including: a bottom portion; an opening; a side wall; a restriction portion that is a diaphragm disposed on a position at a predetermined distance from the bottom portion and that has an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the bottom portion; a first chamber configured to house a linear member in a wound state; and a second chamber configured to house the linear member in an extended state; a transfer portion configured to transfer the linear member; and a guide.
SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF USE
Systems, methods, and tools for economically performing downhole well maintenance, utilizing a flexible reinforced hose and maintenance tools designed to work with the hose. Tools include well perforation cleaning tools using water jets and/or brushes, pad removal tools, sand bailing tools, and fluid level meters.
DRINKING STRAWS CLEANING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a drinking straws cleaning system. Embodiments of the present invention discloses a drinking straws cleaning system that includes a flexible tubular elongated shaft including a first end, a second end, a body portion disposed in between the first end and the second end, a holding member configured at the second end, and one or more flaps configured proximal to the holding member at the second end, wherein the flexible tubular elongated shaft is passed through a hollow cavity of a straw through a top opening until the first end of the flexible tubular elongated shaft emerges out of a bottom opening of the straw, and then pulled therethrough to fully emerge out of the hollow cavity of the straw to clean the straw.
