MILLING ADAPTER FOR A WORK TABLE
The invention relates to an interchangeable milling adapter (20) for a work table (60), which comprises a receptacle (21) for a milling machine (70) and an angular adjustment (22). At the same time, an angular position (WP1, WP2) of the receptacle (21) in relation to the work table can be adjusted using the angular adjustment (22). Furthermore, a work table, a milling unit and their use for adjusting a milling machine are described.
LATHE PROVIDED WITH ECCENTRICITY ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
The present invention provides a lathe that is provided with an eccentricity adjustment mechanism that makes it possible for electrical components that are readily affected by the environment to be eliminated from the turntable; for slip rings in particular, which exhibit problems in terms of the durability of signal transmission during high-speed rotation, to be eliminated as well, and for safe and stable adjustment of workpiece eccentricity to be easily achieved. A lathe provided with an eccentricity adjustment mechanism, in which a linear motion guide unit (6) is provided in an inclined state in an engaging part of the center part of a turntable (1) and an axial-direction-movement part (5A) of a center shaft (5); and, due to the center shaft (5) being moved, the turntable (1) moves in the radial direction by the radial pressing force generated by the linear motion guide unit (6) being inclined, and the eccentricity of the workpiece (3) is adjusted.
Workpiece changer
A workpiece change for use in a machine tool that comprises a tool spindle for clamping tools for machining workpieces, comprises two wheels arranged parallel to one another and rotatable about an axis of rotation into at least two prominent angular positions. Two swivel tables for clamping workpieces are arranged between the wheels and are each mounted on the wheels to swivel about a swivel axis which runs parallel to the axis of rotation. In each prominent angular position, one of the swivel tables is located in its working position in which clamped workpieces can be machined with the tools. Both wheels are supported at their rim.
TURNTABLE
A turntable includes a rotatably supported table, an electric cylinder, and a cam mechanism configured to convert the linear motion of the electric cylinder into the rotary motion of the table. The cam mechanism includes at least one cam groove provided on the table side, and at least one cam follower moved in parallel to the linear motion direction of the electric cylinder and configured to engage with the at least one cam groove.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool for the computer-controlled machining of workpieces includes a machine stand and at least two clamping devices which are maintained next to each other in an adjusting and mobile manner, at least one tool receiving element being formed with one of the clamping devices and at least one tool receiving element being formed with the other clamping device. The clamping devices are maintained in an adjusting and mobile manner in the machine stand by a rotating mechanism including at least two rotational axes which are connected in series and which intersect each other. At least one linear guide is embodied between at least one of the clamping devices and the machine stand.
Rotary indexing table having a direct drive of the transport cam
A rotary index table comprising a plate, which has drivers that engage with a drive groove of a cam barrel, wherein the plate can be driven by the cam barrel to carry out a rotational movement about a rotational axis which in turn can be driven by a motor to carry out a rotational movement about the longitudinal axis thereof, and wherein the motor directly drives the cam barrel.

Machine tools and methods of operation thereof
A machine tool is provided which comprises a machine base (10), a first support (20,100) mounted on a first rotational machine axis on the base, and a second support (22,102) mounted on a second rotational machine axis on the base. The second rotational axis is parallel to and spaced laterally from the first rotational axis and carries a mount (38,112) moveable relative to the second support along a first linear machine axis orthogonal to the second rotational axis. A control arrangement is operable to control the orientation of the first support on the first rotational axis, and the orientation of the mount relative to the second rotational axis and its location along the linear axis, so as to govern the position and orientation of the first support and the mount relative to each other. Existing machine tools often use long linear guide rails and stacked orthogonal axes which introduce alignment and offset errors. The present invention avoids the need for and/or reduces the number of these structures in machine tools.
System of variable hydrostatic guideway for vertical lathes and a vertical lathe that includes said guideway
A variable hydrostatic track system for vertical lathes includes a plurality of sectors arranged between the periphery and the central opening of an annular base. Each sector includes an upper housing with a hydraulic fluid outlet such that when the injected hydraulic fluid overflows from the housings, it forms a film between the rotating chuck and the sectors. The track system further includes a positioning mechanism having a plurality of hydraulic cylinders fixed on the annular base in a radial direction between the central opening and the sectors. The rod of each hydraulic cylinder is coupled to a piston and to one of the sectors. Each sector is guided in a radial guidance element such that, due to the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the sector is movable between an inner radial position and an outer radial position.
