Systems, methods, and articles for a portable power case are disclosed. The portable power case is comprised of at least one battery and at least one PCB. The portable power case has at least one USB port and at least two access ports, at least two leads, or at least one access port and at least one lead. The portable power case is operable to supply power to an amplifier, a radio, a wearable battery, a mobile phone, and a tablet. The portable power case is operable to be charged using solar panels, vehicle batteries, AC adapters, non-rechargeable batteries, and generators. The portable power case provides for modularity that allows the user to disassemble and selectively remove the batteries installed within the portable power case housing.

The fulcrum arm may have a fulcrum pin opening and may be coupled to the lever by a fulcrum pin extending through the fulcrum pin opening and the pivot opening with the fulcrum pin being configured to translate motion of the user interface in a first direction into motion of the cable in a second direction. The housing may include an electronics compartment and enclosing at least a portion of the charging module and at least a portion of the lever.

A device for charging and discharging a battery cell includes first and second plates spaced from each other, the first and second plates being configured to press respective first and second surfaces of a battery cell locatable therebetween, and first and second pressing blocks located on the first and second plates, respectively, the first and second pressing blocks protruding from the first and second plates to face each other. The first and second pressing blocks are locatable in a space between a body and a gas pocket of the battery cell. A method using the device is also provided.
