At the same time, an angular position (WP1, WP2) of the receptacle (21) in relation to the work table can be adjusted using the angular adjustment (22). Furthermore, a work table, a milling unit and their use for adjusting a milling machine are described.
Machining system
A machining system including a base; multiple work modules arranged in an arrangement direction on the base, at least one of the multiple work modules being a processing module, which processes a work with a tool, provided with a main shaft head including a main shaft on which a tool is attached and a main shaft rotating device that rotates the main shaft; a head raising and lowering device that moves the main shaft head in a vertical direction; a head moving device that moves the main shaft head in a horizontal plane by moving it in two perpendicular directions; and a work table that holds a work; the processing module being configured so as to be pulled from the base along a path extending in an intersecting direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction.
Machine tool having a number of multispindle spindle assemblies
A machine tool for machining workpieces, wherein the machine tool has a first spindle assembly and at least one second spindle assembly each having at least two working spindles which are arranged in a common spindle housing and on which in each case a machining tool for workpiece machining is arrangeable, wherein the machine tool has a workpiece holding device for holding workpieces for the purpose of workpiece machining by way of the machining tools, wherein the machine tool has a guide arrangement for the relative positioning of the workpiece holding device holding the workpieces and the first and the at least one second spindle assembly for workpiece machining.
CARTESIAN MACHINE TOOL WITH HORIZONTAL SLIDE AND CANTILEVERED MACHINING HEAD, AND SLIDE CARRIAGE FOR SUCH MACHINE TOOL
A Cartesian machine tool, of the type with a horizontal slide and a machining head supported in a cantilever manner by the slide, includes
a slide carriage, with respect to which the slide can move horizontally with corresponding elements of horizontal translation, and
a post, which includes two opposite guiding columns for the vertical movement of the slide carriage with elements of vertical translation.
The slide carriage
includes a first front part coupled to the post with the elements of vertical translation, and
a second rear part coupled to the first part with elements of translation in a transverse direction with respect to a direction of motion of the slide with respect to the carriage.
Parting Machine, Workpiece Positioning Device
The present disclosure relates to a cutting machine comprising a rotating cutting wheel for performing separating cuts in a workpiece, and also relates to a workpiece positioning device for such a cutting machine. The cutting machine comprises a cutting wheel and a drive motor for driving the cutting wheel, a clamping means for clamping the workpiece, means for mechanically positioning the workpiece along one or two translational directions and additionally about one or two rotation axes, and a lifting mechanism for setting the cutting wheel on the workpiece to perform separating cuts in the positioned workpiece using the cutting wheel.
Manufacturing work machine
A manufacturing work machine including a beam member arranged in an X-axis direction of an XY horizontal plane, both ends of the beam member being supported to be movable in the Y-axis direction; a Y-axis drive device provided on one drive side end section of the beam member, the Y-axis drive device being configured to move the beam member in the Y-axis direction; and an X-axis drive member configured to move a work head provided on the beam member in the X-axis direction, wherein the beam member is a tube with an internal hollow running through in the X-axis direction, and is formed such that a beam width in the Y-axis direction is uniform, and a height direction dimension becomes smaller from the drive side end section to an end section on another side.
