Wood drying device
A wood drying device that includes a pressure chamber having an interior sized to support a batch of wood therein, a closed-end, an open end, and a chamber door forming an airtight seal, an air compressor providing pressure to the pressure chamber, a vacuum pump evacuating air, recirculation fans located within the pressure chamber, a hot water radiator located within the pressure chamber, a hot water loop partially located within the pressure chamber and supplying heat to the radiator, a water heater located outside of the pressure chamber and connected to the hot water loop, a condenser located within the pressure chamber proximal a floor surface, a cold-water loop supplying chilled water to the condenser, a cold-water radiator located outside the pressure chamber and connected to the cold-water loop, a condensate basin located within the pressure chamber underneath the cold-water loop, and a condensate collection tank located outside the pressure chamber receiving water drips from the condensate basin.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE PLATE OF SECONDARY BATTERY INCLUDING DRYING UNIT
An apparatus for manufacturing an electrode plate of a secondary battery includes: a coating unit configured to coat an electrode material onto a substrate to form an electrode plate; a roll pressing unit configured to compress the electrode plate; and a drying unit configured to dry the electrode plate. The drying unit includes a dryer configured to selectively apply heat from a heat source and/or heat of hot wind to dry the electrode plate.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DRYING WET FEET AND BODY PARTS FROM BELOW
The body drying apparatus can include a stand with an inner compartment and supports, a platform with slots for air flow, and an air blower with an air-outlet coupled to the stand. The platform, which can be made from moisture-absorbent diatomaceous earth, is supported by the stand and is in fluid communication with the air blower via a duct. The apparatus also includes a controller for the air blower, which may have variable speed and temperature control. The platform may include a binder such as cement, resin, or clay, and the stand may include structural reinforcement. The method for drying body parts involves standing on the platform and engaging the air blower, with the option to control the temperature and speed of the blower via a digital interface. The temperature of the heated air can be monitored and adjusted based on feedback from temperature sensors.
WEAVE, WIG, AND HAIR EXTENSION DRYER
A drying cabinet has a housing; a door; a carousel drying rack rotatably mounted within the housing; a heat protecting cap; a heating element; a blower mounted in a diagonal configuration; and a controller. The housing includes a top surface with a hole, a base, a front wall with a loading opening, a rear wall, and two sidewalls, forming an inner chamber. The door is hingedly mounted to the front wall, to close the loading opening. The drying rack is a ring having an upper surface, a lower surface, a perimeter, and suspension appendages extending from the lower surface. The cap has a handle and is removably mounted within the top hole. The controller is mounted within one of the sidewalls and has a user interface to selectively operate the heating element and/or the blower. The blower outputs air at a predetermined angle to spin the hair while drying it.
