Nailer device for collated nails
A nailer device for collated nails (S) can be loaded with an elongated strip (E) almost flat shaped and provided with at least a plurality of first connections (P) projecting therefrom and each provided with a fixing end (F) opposite to the elongated strip (E) and assigned to the removable fixing of a respective nail (N) of collated nails. The device (1) includes a sliding seat (9) aligned with a magazine (3) and in communication with a shot chamber (5) that receives the elongated strip (E). Thrusting means (13) is provided with a matching means (15) assigned to match with the fixing end (F) of the first connection (P) previously bearing a fired nail in a stroke of the thrusting means from an external extreme condition to an extreme internal condition to align the first connection (P) of such fixing end (F) to a portion of the sliding seat.
CLIP DISPENSING MEANS AND CLIPS AND STORAGE MEANS THEREFORE
The invention relates to a clip dispenser for the controlled dispensing and fixing of clips for use to position an elongate member such as a cable or pipe with respect to a surface. The dispensing means has a housing having a surface with a dispensing aperture through which a clip including a securing means in the form of, for example, a nail can be dispensed and a driver assembly is provided adjacent the aperture and which can be operated to drive the nail into the surface to which the clip and elongate member are to be fixed. The clips can be provided initially joined together to form a magazine cassette or cartridge from which the leading clip can be separated by the use of the apparatus.
FASTENER DRIVING TOOL WITH AN AUTOMATIC NOSE CHAMBER GUIDE MEMBER
A fastener driving tool with an improved nose chamber guide member is provided for driving fasteners of at least two different lengths. Multiple fasteners in a magazine are guided toward a driving bore to be driven by a driver blade. A nosepiece defines a passageway of the fasteners. The guide member is operatively connected to the nosepiece and is configured for transitioning between a first position and a second position relative to the nosepiece in a direction transverse to an operational flow direction of the fasteners. In the first position, the guide member is disposed to align with the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a first length. In the second position, the guide member is disposed out of alignment with respect to the driving bore for allowing driving of the fasteners having a second length, which is longer than the first length.
MUZZLE SUITABLE FOR HOLDING NAIL CLAMPS
A muzzle suitable for holding different sized nail clamps includes a restricting plate and a movable member. The movable member is coupled to the cover and movable in the restricting direction. The restricting plate is inserted in the nail-hitting track and movable in the restricting direction. Therefore, the restricting plate can be moved to press against the second lateral side of different sized nail clamps to clamp the nail clamp between the lateral surface of the nail-hitting track and the restricting plate, and the nail clamp can be firmly positioned in the nail-hitting track without slipping.
Magazine Assembly for Accommodating of Nail Clips
A magazine assembly for accommodating of nail clips is used in combination with a nail gun, and includes: a magazine, a nail pushing assembly, and a muzzle. With the inserting portions of the nail clips and the nails received in the nail holding groove, the clipping portions of the nail clips received in the sliding groove, and the restricting protrusion received in the retaining space of the nail clips, the nail clips can be held firmly in the magazine. Besides, the punching groove and the nail feeding hole of the muzzle are in communication with the magazine to allow the nail clips to be pushed into the punching groove where the nail clips can be fired. Hence, the magazine assembly is not only capable of accommodating but also firing the nail clips.
