RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A razor cartridge comprising three or more substantially parallel cutting members disposed between a leading longitudinal side and a trailing longitudinal side of the razor cartridge in a shaving direction of the razor cartridge. Each of the cutting members comprises a blade support comprising a blade mounting portion disposed on an inner surface of the respective blade support that, in use, faces away from a shaving plane, and a blade attached to the blade mounting portion. The cutting members are disposed to define a plurality of inter-blade spans between cutting edges of the blades. A leading inter-blade span that is closer to the leading longitudinal side of the razor cartridge than a trailing inter-blade span is different to the trailing inter-blade span that is closer to the trailing longitudinal side of the razor cartridge than the leading inter-blade span.
SHAVING HEAD
The present disclosure pertains to a shaving head comprising a frame and one or more cutting members arranged between a leading longitudinal side and a trailing longitudinal side of the frame. One or more of the cutting members are movable in a direction orthogonal to a shaving plane. The shaving head comprises an actuator member, which is configured to retract one or more cutting members relative to the shaving plane in response to a pressure exerted on the actuator member.
Shaver
Provided is a shaver including a cartridge and a handle body. The cartridge includes a cartridge body formed in a rectangular frame shape; a plurality of blades installed in the cartridge body in the side-to-side direction of the cartridge body, each of the blades having a front portion bent downward; pair of side fixation slots formed on left and right frames of the cartridge body, respectively, so as to fix the left and right ends of each blade; a supporter connecting upper and lower frames of the cartridge body; and an inside fixation slot formed on the supporter so as to fix a portion of each blade. The handle body is coupled to the cartridge body.
Razor handle with movable members
A handle for a shaving razor in which the handle comprises a frame and a movable member assembly operably coupled to the frame such that the frame is disposed between the movable member assembly and where the movable member assembly upper and lower portions are configured to move both above and below the frame. The movement can be linear or rotational. The movable member assembly comprises one or more springs.
Shaving Device
A shaving device comprising a head assembly having a support member and a blade cartridge. The support member is configured to be detachably coupled to a handle. The blade cartridge has a first and a second face wherein at least one of the first or second faces comprises at least one razor blade. The blade cartridge is configured to be rotatably coupled to the support member about a pivot axis such that the blade cartridge is pivotable by a user to select one of the first or second faces.
Shaving razor
A shaving razor, includes a handle assembly, a blade holder assembly and at least one blade set, where the handle assembly is connected with the blade holder assembly, the blade holder assembly includes a blade holder body, an accommodation groove is formed in the blade holder body, the at least one blade set is embedded into the accommodation groove, and a discharge port is formed at the bottom of the accommodation groove. With the discharge port in the blade holder body of the shaving razor, the shaved hair can fall out of the discharge port and is discharged timely, thereby preventing accumulated hair from affecting the use.
Razor mechanisms
The present invention describes a novel spring mechanism for a razor. In the razor, the spring member may be disposed in a movable member assembly, portions of which may be used for ejection or pivoting. The spring may be fully encompassed within the assembly and be placed within supporting structures therein. The spring is a loop-shaped element having overlapping end portions with free distal ends. Alternately, the spring member is tear drop shaped loop shape with distal ends that are spaced apart. The spring may be disposed within a first and/or second movable member such as an eject button or a pivot member. A retarding structure on the spring provides a retarding force which is based on the interaction of the retarding structure with a protrusion on an assembly portion to keep the spring orientation intact. The spring is desirably comprised of stainless steel and is a flat wire.
SHAVING HEAD
A razor cartridge comprises a housing, at least one first cutting member and at least one second cutting member. The at least one first cutting member and the at least one second cutting member are arranged in the housing. The at least one first cutting member is configured to shave in a first direction, and the at least one second cutting member is configured to shave in a second direction opposite to the first direction. A longitudinal support bar is arranged between the at least one first cutting member and the at least one second cutting member. The at least one first cutting member comprises a blade support including a top portion having an inner surface that, in use, faces away from a shaving plane and a blade attached to the inner surface of the top portion, wherein the blade includes a cutting edge.
Metal spring return and method
A replaceable shaving assembly including a blade unit and an interface element configured to removeably connect the blade unit to a handle, on which the blade unit is pivotably mounted, the interface element including a return element configured to provide a return force between the blade unit and handle, the return element including a metal leaf spring.
Shaving systems
Shaving razors and shaving assemblies for wet shaving are disclosed, which include a blade unit pivotably mounted on arms extending from an interface element. The arms have features that allow them to flex, in some cases in a differential manner depending on the direction of applied forces.
