Shaving razor cartridge
A shaving razor cartridge includes a housing and at least one razor blade. The housing extends between a front end and a rear end. The housing includes a blade support portion and a handle interface portion. The blade support portion is positioned between the front end and the rear end and includes a cap and a guard. The guard is spaced from the cap and cooperates with the cap to define a shaving plane. The handle interface portion is positioned between the front end and the rear end and includes a rear wall, a front wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The rear wall includes a lower surface and an interior surface. The front wall includes a lower surface and an interior surface and is spaced from the rear wall. The at least one razor blade is disposed in the blade support portion.
Razor blade, razor head, and method of manufacture
An integrally formed rigid razor blade is provided. The razor blade includes a cutting edge portion extending along a cutting edge portion axis and having a cutting edge at one end, a base portion extending along a base portion axis, and a bent portion intermediate the cutting edge portion and the base portion. The bent portion has an average radius of curvature of between 0.4 millimeters and 1.00 millimeters. The cutting edge portion has a cantilever dimension which is a constant distance of between 1.1 millimeters and 1.8 millimeters when measured from the cutting edge portion to the base portion axis.
Shaving component, shaving cartridge, and method of manufacture
A shaving component for a shaving cartridge including at least one cutting member and at least one flexible strip onto which the cutting member is assembled. The flexible strip is able to assume different configurations such as a planar, convex and/or convex configuration while retaining the cutting member in a desired position. The shaving component is configured to be fastened to the shaving cartridge such as a hinged shaving cartridge.
Spacer for razor
A razor blade assembly has a handle, a head having a cutting blade assembly of one or more cutting blades connected to the handle; and a spacer which is mounted to or is formed as part of the head to space the cutting edges of the blades from the skin of a user to create and maintain a 5 o'clock shadow appearance beard in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm in thickness.
SHAVING BLADE ASSEMBLY
A shaving blade assembly and a method of using a shaving blade assembly comprising a blade, a first resilient element supporting the blade and arranged to urge the blade in a first direction substantially orthogonal to a cutting edge of the blade; and a first movable member configured to selectively engage the first resilient element, in the first direction in at least one position, to impede deformation of the first resilient element.
Razor assembly
One or more implementation disclosed herein provides razor assemblies that allow a user to have a less than smooth shave by changing the distance between razor blades and a razor blade guard. The distance between the razor blade(s) and the guard may be increased or decreased using a movable knob mechanism, a rotatable dial mechanism, a movable razor assembly and housing mechanism, a rotatable threaded handle, one or more slider mechanisms, a rotating blade mechanism, etc.
SHAVING BLADE ASSEMBLY
A shaving blade assembly and a method of using a shaving blade assembly comprising a blade, a resilient element supporting the blade and arranged to urge the blade in a first direction orthogonal to a cutting edge of the blade; and a first movable member configured to abut the blade in a second direction opposite to the first direction and to be held in at least one position.
Shaving head
A shaving head includes a housing having a plurality of openings, at least one component coupled with the housing, and at least one retainer coupled with the housing. The retainer secures the at least one component in the housing and is a bar. The retainer is received in the corresponding openings in the housing.
Razor cartridge
A razor cartridge according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a plurality of shaving blades, a blade housing including a blade seating space configured to receive the plurality of shaving blades in a second direction perpendicular to a first direction, and a pair of retainer clips configured to secure the plurality of shaving blades in the blade seating space, each retainer clip mounted at a corresponding side of the blade housing, wherein the pair of retainer clips are symmetrically shaped to each other, and wherein each of the pair of retainer clips includes a base portion positioned at a corresponding blade seating space, a first holding leg extending from the base portion in the first direction and wrapped around the blade housing, and a second holding leg extending from the base portion in the second direction and wrapped around the blade housing.
Shaving blade cartridge and a shaver comprising such shaving blade cartridge
A shaving blade cartridge including a housing having a top side, a bottom side and two longitudinal sides. A cutting element is mounted in the housing between the longitudinal sides, and is retained in the housing by a retainer. The retainer includes an internal surface which extends in a direction toward the cutting element. The internal surface is provided with a non-smooth pattern that cooperates with the cutting element. The shaving blade cartridge including the retainer having an internal surface provided with a non-smooth pattern is configured to be connected to a handle of a shaver.
