Apparatus and method for cutting electrode sheet
Discussed is an including a transfer unit transferring an electrode sheet having a plurality of notching grooves formed in a side surface thereof to a cutting point via a measuring point, wherein, when a front notching groove which is disposed at a front end in the electrode sheet is passing through the cutting point, a notching groove disposed in a rear end of the front notching groove is configured to pass through the measuring point; a detection unit at the measuring point to detect the notching groove passing through the measuring point and generating a notching groove detection signal; and a cutting unit at the cutting point to cut the electrode sheet according to the notching groove detection signal generated by the detection unit.
Cable tie tool
A cable tie tool has a first operating unit, a second operating unit, a pivoting shaft, a torsion spring, a cutting assembly, and an extension spring. The second operating unit has two guiding holes aligned to each other. The pivoting shaft is mounted in the guiding holes, is pivotally connected the first and the second operating units, and is movable along the guiding holes. The torsion spring abuts against and pushes the first and the second operating units. The cutting assembly has an activating element pivotally connected to the second operating unit and a cutting element movably mounted in the second operating unit and driven by the activating element. The extension spring is connected between the activating element and the second operating unit. When the extension spring is stretched, the activating element blocks the pivoting shaft from moving along the guiding holes.
CUTTING DEVICE FOR CUTTING NARROW STRIPS FROM A STRIP OF MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR A RUBBERIZED STRIP OF MATERIAL
A cutting device for cutting narrow strips from a material web in or on which magnetically couplable elements are embedded or arranged at defined spacings behind one another in the web longitudinal direction, including a blade table arranged on a device frame, and on which the material web to be cut can be positioned, a cutting apparatus including a cutting blade which can be moved out of a starting position into a cutting position relative to the blade table, and a gripping device which receives and transports a cut strip and can be moved relative to the blade table. Either the gripping device including a hold-down section placeable for cutting purposes onto the material web positioned on the blade table and fixes the material web during the cutting on the blade table, and a magnetic element which interacts magnetically with the magnetically couplable element of the cut strip for fixing the strip on the gripping device for transport into a dispensing position, and the hold-down section including a recess, through which the cutting blade can be moved to the blade table into the cutting position, or the gripping device including a hold-down section placeable for cutting purposes onto the material web which is positioned on the blade table and fixes the material web during the cutting on the blade table, and a magnetic element which interacts magnetically with the magnetically couplable element of the cut strip for fixing the strip on the gripping device for transport into a dispensing position, and at least one further hold-down element being provided which can be placed onto the material web for cutting purposes spaced apart from the hold-down section with the configuration of a clearance, it being possible for the cutting blade to be moved through the clearance to the blade table into the cutting position.
Cutting device and method for cutting paper
A cutting device and a method for cutting paper are provided. The cutting device includes a cutting blade and a counter-member. The cutting device is further provided with a first guide and a second guide extending in or parallel to the driving direction for linearly guiding a holder that holds the cutting blade. Each of the guides includes a guide body. The guide bodies of the first guide and the second guide, when released, are arranged to be rotatable relative to the frame about a first adjustment axis and a second adjustment axis, respectively. Each guide body includes an eccentric section that moves eccentrically about the respective adjustment axis and that is arranged to convert the rotational movement of the guides about the respective adjustment axes into a linear movement of the holder in the adjustment direction.
INSPECTION EQUIPMENT FOR INSPECTING SECONDARY BATTERY CELL
An inspection system for inspecting a secondary battery cell is generally described. An example inspection system includes a thickness measurement unit, an electrical characteristics measurement unit, a print processing unit, a tab cutting unit, a mass measurement unit, a tab inspection unit and a defect selection unit. The thickness measurement unit, the electrical characteristics measurement unit, the print processing unit, the tab cutting unit, the mass measurement unit, the tab inspection unit and the defect selection unit are arranged in series, and a plurality of secondary battery cells are transferred in line throughout the inspection system.
Electrode Cutting Device
The present technology relates to an apparatus for cutting an electrode of a battery, and the apparatus includes: an all-in-one cutting cartridge module including an upper knife and a lower knife; and a cradle where the all-in-one cutting cartridge module is mounted.
Herein, the all-in-one cutting cartridge module includes a module frame and an upper knife holding unit which fixes and supports the upper knife and is supported in a manner that is vertically slidable on the module frame, and the lower knife is coupled to a lower portion of the module frame to face the upper knife.
The assembly work is very simple in the electrode cutting apparatus of the present invention. Further, since the upper knife and the lower knife are installed at the module cartridge, it is possible to quantitatively adjust the clearance and straightness of the upper knife and the lower knife in advance.
PRINTER AND BLADE UNIT
A printer configured to cut recording paper with a fixed blade and a movable blade has a blade unit including the movable blade and a slider to which the movable blade is attachable, and the slider includes: a contact part configured to contact the movable blade; a flexible part formed thinner than the contact part; and a first protrusion provided on the flexible part and configured to engage with a first opening provided in the movable blade.
CUTTER UNIT AND PRINTER
A cutter unit configured to cut a recording sheet to be advanced toward a forward side in an advancing direction, includes: a fixed blade, which includes a fixed blade edge, and is provided on a first surface side of the recording sheet; a movable blade including: a movable blade edge opposed to the fixed blade edge in a cutting direction crossing the advancing direction; and a sliding surface, which is provided on a backward side in the advancing direction, and is configured to be slid on the fixed blade; and a rack holder capable of reciprocating along the cutting direction, the rack holder including: a movable blade holder configured to support the movable blade; and an urging member configured to urge the movable blade to the backward side in the advancing direction.
