WAFER BOATS AND METHODS FOR HEATING A SET OF SEMICONDUCTOR STRUCTURES
Systems for transporting a plurality of semiconductor structures, wafer boats for holding the plurality of semiconductor structures and methods for heating a set of semiconductor wafers. In some embodiments, the wafer boat frame is made of a metal and the combs are made of quartz. The wafer boats may include one or more combs that are able to float within a comb holder during heating of the wafer boat.

A pre-jig wafer carrier disc installation/uninstallation device and a method thereof, including a first displacement mechanism, a wafer frame installation/uninstallation mechanism, a wafer installation/uninstallation mechanism, a mask installation/uninstallation mechanism and a robotic arm arranged around the first displacement mechanism. The said mechanisms sequentially stack the wafer frame, the wafer and the mask on the first displacement mechanism to form an assembly. An installation/uninstallation mechanism is disposed at a movable end of the robotic arm. The robotic arm drives the installation/uninstallation mechanism to remove and lock the assembly on an assembly carrier section of a carrier disc for successive processing. After the wafers are processed, the robotic arm drives the installation/uninstallation mechanism to move the assembly back onto the first displacement mechanism. The said mechanisms sequentially disassemble the assembly and recover the mask, the wafer and the wafer frame.
Processing apparatus and substrate transfer method with first and second suction paths
A processing apparatus includes a pick configured to hold and transfer a substrate, a first suction pad disposed at a position in the pick where the first suction pad comes into contact with a concavely curved substrate, a second suction pad disposed at a position in the pick where the second suction pad comes into contact with a convexly curved substrate, a pressure sensor configured to detect a pressure in a first suction path connected to the first suction pad and a pressure in a second suction path connected to the second suction pad, and a controller configured to control suction operations by the first suction pad and the second suction pad based on a detection value of the pressure sensor.
Substrate processing apparatus
Provided is a substrate processing apparatus, including: transportation chamber maintained in an atmospheric environment where a substrate is transported; a vacuum processing chamber connected with the transportation chamber through a load lock chamber; a substrate placing table installed in the vacuum processing chamber and having a body part and a surface part that is attachable to/detachable from the body part; a storage unit installed in the load lock chamber or the transportation chamber and configured to receive the surface part; and a transportation mechanism configured to transport the substrate from the transportation chamber to the vacuum processing chamber through the load lock chamber and transport the surface part between the storage unit and the body part of the vacuum processing chamber.
