A slicing machine may include a carriage that can be swiveled out with a supporting plate for supporting product to be sliced, wherein a locking device locks the supporting plate releasably in the slicing position. In order to make simple operation of the slicing machine possible accompanied by a high level of operating safety, the locking device has an electrically or electromagnetically operable actuator for releasing the carriage pivot bearing.

An electrically operated slice cutting machine separates slices from strand-shaped products, such as food products. The machine includes a machine housing, which holds a drive motor and a rotating cutting blade driven by the drive motor. The machine housing has a storage region near the cutting blade. A tray for receiving slices is removably coupled to the machine housing or to an attachment part of the machine housing. The tray is coupled in a horizontal operating position during a cutting operation, and is movable in at least one removal position, in which the tray is configured to be released and removed from the coupling device, when outside of the cutting operation. The coupling device has an upper and a lower coupling arm. Both coupling arms form a coupling recess, which is open on one side.

A method produces a frame for a transport device for receiving slices of material separated by a cutting blade of a cutting machine. The method includes: providing a single integral workpiece, the single integral workpiece having a base plate region, a first longitudinal side region on a first side of the base plate region, and a second longitudinal side region on a second side of the base plate region, bending the first longitudinal side region along a first longitudinal side bending edge until the first longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region, and bending the second longitudinal side region along a second longitudinal side bending edge until the second longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region. The first longitudinal side region and second longitudinal side region each extend away from the base plate region in a first direction, and are parallel to each other.
FRAME FOR A CUTTING MACHINE
A method produces a frame for a transport device for receiving slices of material separated by a cutting blade of a cutting machine. The method includes: providing a single integral workpiece, the single integral workpiece having a base plate region, a first longitudinal side region on a first side of the base plate region, and a second longitudinal side region on a second side of the base plate region, bending the first longitudinal side region along a first longitudinal side bending edge until the first longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region, and bending the second longitudinal side region along a second longitudinal side bending edge until the second longitudinal side region is perpendicular to the base plate region. The first longitudinal side region and second longitudinal side region each extend away from the base plate region in a first direction, and are parallel to each other.
Transport device for a cutting machine
A transport device, in particular a chain track frame, for a cutting machine, for receiving slices separated from the material to be cut by a cutting blade and for transporting the slices from the cutting blade to a deposit region, includes: a frame on which the following components are mounted: a receiving apparatus for receiving separated slices; a plurality of guide rollers arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other; a drive device for driving a plurality of transport chains or transport belts extending in parallel with each other, the transport chains or transport belts being guided in a closed circulating manner by the drive device via the guide rollers; and a coupling for connecting the drive device to a drive. The frame comprises a single part.
Transport device for a cutting machine
A transport device, in particular a chain track frame, for a cutting machine, for receiving slices separated from the material to be cut by a cutting blade and for transporting the slices from the cutting blade to a deposit region, includes: a frame on which the following components are mounted: a receiving apparatus for receiving separated slices; a plurality of guide rollers arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other; a drive device for driving a plurality of transport chains or transport belts extending in parallel with each other, the transport chains or transport belts being guided in a closed circulating manner by the drive device via the guide rollers; and a coupling for connecting the drive device to a drive. The frame comprises a single part.
Disc cutting machine having a holder for material to be cut
An electrically powered disc cutting machine for cutting off discs from in particular elongate material to be cut, preferably food, includes: a cutting device having a circular blade that rotates in a cutting plane about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the cutting plane and is driven by a blade motor. The cutting device includes: a carriage for carrying a carriage plate in a carriage plane perpendicular to the cutting plane and to carry at least one carriage wall that protrudes from the carriage plane; and a holder for material to be cut, the holder having a bearing surface for receiving the material to be cut and for bringing the material to be cut closer to the circular blade at an angle <90 relative to the cutting plane. The holder for material to be cut includes a fastening apparatus for fastening the holder for material to be cut.
SLICE-CUTTING MACHINE WITH TOOL-FREE, EXCHANGEABLE CUTTING FRAME
An electrically-operated slice-cutting machine for cutting slices offin particular, strand-shapedmaterial to be cutpreferably, foodincludes: a machine housing which holds a drive motor and a rotating and/or circumferentially-movable cutting blade driven by the drive motor; a product feed for feeding the material to be cut to the cutting blade; a carrier plate; and a cutting frame arranged on the carrier plate and via which the material to be cut is fed to the cutting blade. The cutting frame is geometrically arranged such that the material to be cut is feedable by the product feed through the cutting frame to the cutting blade in an operating state of the slice-cutting machine. The slice-cutting machine has at least a first and a second lever element for releasably fixing the cutting frame, each of the two lever elements being transferrable from a holding position into a release position.
