An apparatus for severing a workpiece having a cutting mechanism operable to cut the workpiece substantially along a selected course; drive mechanism operable to drive the cutting mechanism to cut the workpiece; a transport assembly operable to guide the workpiece in movement relative to a predetermined severing position and with respect to the cutting mechanism; and a frame mounting the cutting mechanism and transport assembly in predetermined relation to each other and relative to the severing position so that the drive mechanism is operable to drive the cutting mechanism to cut the workpiece in the severing position.

The saw assembly includes a saw blade extending through the table assembly. The base assembly has at least one tube connected to the table assembly.
Three part slide and locking mechanism for use with a table saw
A table saw is provided with a table assembly including an upper cutting surface having a front edge and a rear edge; a slide assembly including, at each of the front edge and the rear edge, an inner slide member, an intermediate slide member slidably journalled in the inner slide member, and an outer slide member slidably journalled in the intermediate slide member wherein the intermediate slide member includes a pin moveably disposed in an elongated slot of the outer slide member; and a lock assembly under the upper cutting surface and including a lever, a cam at a distal end of the lever, and a spring biased two part rod wherein the cam is pivotably disposed between two parts of the rod. In response to a clockwise turning of the lever and the cam the biasing member expands to unlock the slide assembly.

A recording apparatus including: an apparatus main body; a conveyance mechanism; a recorder; two first contact portions disposed in different positions in a conveyance direction of the recording medium and contactable with one surface of the recording medium; a cut mechanism configured to cut the recording medium, the cut mechanism being disposed between the two first contact portions and including a first blade, a second blade, and a second contact portion contactable with the other surface of the recording medium; and a cover configured to take an open position and a closed position in which a conveyance path of the recording medium is formed between the cover and the apparatus main body, the cover being formed with a groove, and the first blade being located in the groove when the cover is located in the closed position.
Device for separating medication packages and a medication dispenser
The present invention relates to a device for separating medication packages from a strip of medication packages. The device comprises a cutting base along which the strip of medication packages is to be moved, a circular cutting blade arranged perpendicularly against the cutting base, and an actuator connected to the circular cutting blade and configured to move the circular cutting blade in opposite first and second directions for cutting the strip between two successive medication packages. In the device the actuator is connected to the circular cutting blade with a spring suspension allowing the circular cutting blade to move in opposite third and fourth directions perpendicular to the cutting base.
Apparatus for processing flat objects
The apparatus for processing flat objects includes a transport system with several rotatably mounted conveyor rollers, the flat objects transportable in the direction of transport, and at least one releasably mounted tool module releasably coupled to only one drive shaft or to a lower and an upper rotatably mounted drive shaft; is supported displaceable along the only one drive shaft or the lower and the upper drive shaft; and is equipped with tool parts for processing the flat objects, of which at least one is drivable by the lower or the upper drive shaft. The tool module is supported by a tool carrier which is displaceable by means of a rotatably mounted setting shaft in parallel to the only one drive shaft and to the lower and the upper drive shafts, and which tool carrier has at least one holding element which serves for releasably holding the tool module.
DEVICE FOR MACHINE-MAKING A DUNNAGE PRODUCT
A device for machine-making a dunnage product from a single- or multi-ply continuous paper web may include a delivery conveyor configured to draw the paper web into the device in a conveying direction; a cutter configured to separate the dunnage product from a three-dimensional strand of dunnage material formed from the paper web within the device; and a removal conveyor positioned after the cutter in the conveying direction and configured to remove the separated dunnage product from the cutter.

Machine with interchangeable tools for the working of sheet materials
An apparatus for working a sheet material has a supporting frame, a supporting head connected to the supporting frame, a plurality of tools supported on a working device, a waterjet cutter, first and second male fast-couplers, and first and second female fast-couplers disposed on the supporting head. The first male fast-coupler is disposed on the working device. The second male fast-coupler is disposed on the waterjet cutter. The first and second female couplers are configured to alternately couple the first and second male fast-couplers.
