A cutter device includes a fixed blade extending in a first direction, a fixed shaft extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a round blade that is rotatably supported by the fixed shaft, comes into contact with the fixed blade and moves in the first direction while rotating, and an urging portion that presses the round blade in the second direction along the fixed shaft. A load of the round blade pressing the fixed blade is at least 300 gf, a diameter of the round blade is at least 20 mm, and D/L is not greater than 2.0, where the diameter of the round blade is D and a length over which the fixed shaft supports the round blade is L.
CUTDOWN MACHINE FOR ROLLER BLINDS
A cutdown machine for a roller blind comprising: a cutting station between a feed station and an output station, wherein the cutting station comprises stationary clamps adjacently upstream and downstream of a cutter to hold and support the roller blind during and after cutting; a feed vacuum chuck and an output vacuum chuck to vacuum swarf during cutting of the roller blind, wherein the feed vacuum chuck is arranged upstream of the cutting station at the feed station, and the output vacuum chuck is arranged downstream of the cutting station at the output station; a heat blade adjacently downstream of the cutter to heat seal cut kerf edges of the roller blind after cutting; and wherein at least the cutter, stationary clamps, and feed vacuum chuck are servo actuated and controlled to automatically sequentially cut the roller blind into a plurality of roller blinds having custom widths.

A printer includes a first blade configured to be movable between a standby position and a cutting position, a second blade configured to contact the first blade located in the cutting position, a drive mechanism configured to drive the first blade, and a first elastic member configured to pull the first blade located in the cutting position. When the first blade is located in the cutting position, the first elastic member pulls the first blade in a direction in which the first blade moves to the standby position, and pulls the first blade in a direction in which the first blade approaches the second blade.
Connecting cut assembly
The invention relates to a connecting cut assembly for producing connecting cuts in a material web being conveyed. The connecting cut assembly comprises at least one knife device with a cutting knife for cutting engagement with the material web to produce a connecting cut in the material web. Moreover, the at least one knife device has an actuatable cutting knife angle adjusting device for setting a respective cutting knife angle of the cutting knife to the material web. The connecting cut assembly comprises at least one presetting unit for actuating the respective cutting knife angle adjusting device.

Cutting modules
In An example cutting module comprises a housing to engage the cutting module with a drive shaft, a cutter engaged with the housing, and a drive system engaged with the housing. The cutting module movable along the drive shaft laterally to a media path, the cutter cuts media along the media path, and the drive system may lock when the drive shaft rotates in a second drive direction such that the cutting module moves with the drive shaft.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING ADHESIVE TAPE
The subject matter of the present invention is a method and a device for producing an adhesive tape (1). First a material web (2) comprising a carrier tape material is supplied from an unwinding unit (3). The supplied material web (2) is subsequently provided on at least one surface with at least one adhesive strip (4) in a coating unit (6). The material web (2) provided with the adhesive strip (4) is then cut into at least two longitudinal strips with the aid of a cutting device (10) and made up into individual adhesive tapes (1). According to the invention, a sensor (8, 9) scanning the material web is used to align the material web (2) and/or the cutting device (10) in the transverse direction (Q) in such a way that a longitudinal cut (S) respectively produced with the aid of the cutting device (10) is introduced in an exact position into the material web (2).
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING FLAT OBJECTS
The apparatus for processing flat objects includes a transport system with several rotatably mounted conveyor rollers, the flat objects transportable in the direction of transport, and at least one releasably mounted tool module releasably coupled to only one drive shaft or to a lower and an upper rotatably mounted drive shaft; is supported displaceable along the only one drive shaft or the lower and the upper drive shaft; and is equipped with tool parts for processing the flat objects, of which at least one is drivable by the lower or the upper drive shaft. The tool module is supported by a tool carrier which is displaceable by means of a rotatably mounted setting shaft in parallel to the only one drive shaft and to the lower and the upper drive shafts, and which tool carrier has at least one holding element which serves for releasably holding the tool module.
CUTTING MODULES
In an example, a cutting module may include a housing to engage the cutting module with a drive shaft, a cutter disposed in the housing, and a drive system to drive the cutter such that the cutter cuts media along a media path of an imaging device. The cutting module may move along the drive shaft laterally to the media path.
