Foam molded product and method of producing same
Provided are a foam molded product and a method of producing the same. The foam molded product is a molded product containing a resin and including a surface layer, a compressive deformation layer, and a foam layer. The thickness of the surface layer is 0.1 mm to 5.0 mm. The compressive deformation layer is located between the surface layer and the foam layer. Foam particles forming the compressive deformation layer have an average H/L of 0.5 or less (H: length in compression direction; L: length in perpendicular direction relative to compression direction). Foam particles forming the foam layer have an expansion ratio of not less than 3.0 times and less than 30 times.
LAMINATED ARTICLE
A laminated article includes a thermoplastic resin expanded beads molded layer A having a volume Va and a tensile modulus TMa which is 2 to 100 MPa, and a thermoplastic elastomer expanded beads molded layer B having a volume Vb and a tensile modulus TMb which is 0.05 MPa or more and less than 2 MPa, the layers A and B being laminated and bonded to each other. Va:Vb is 90:10 to 50:50 and TMb/TMa is 0.025 or less.
Foaming particle molded body
The present invention relates to an expanded beads molded article, which is obtained through in-mold molding of expanded thermoplastic elastomer beads, has voids, and has a density of 150 to 300 kg/m.sup.3 and a voidage of 10 to 70% by volume.
Method and Device for Producing a Particle Foam Part
This invention concerns a process for producing particle foam part in which foam particles are heated in a molding tool so that they weld to the particle foam part. Heat is supplied to the foam particles by means of electromagnetic RF radiation. The foam particles are made of polyurethane (PU), polylactate (PLA), polyethylene block amide (PEBA) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
