An assembly system for components of a pressurized fluid supply system for an agricultural vehicle includes a body having at least one fluid duct connectable at one end to a pressurized fluid supply and having a socket at the other end. A detachable component such as an accumulator or oil filter is connectable in releasable mechanical engagement with the body to receive pressurized fluid from the at least one fluid duct. The engagement results from insertion of at least a portion of the component into the socket and rotation of the component to a locked position. The body has at least one discharge duct extending therethrough. In a partially rotated position of the component portion within the socket, the component remains mechanically attached to the body and the fluid duct and discharge duct are in fluidic connection, discharging accumulated pressure in the fluid duct.

Walking track system of an agricultural implement

A control system for controlling an implement that is movable between a work mode and a transport mode. The control system includes a source of hydraulic fluid, a first actuator and a second actuator. The first and second actuators are fluidly coupled to the source and disposed parallel to one another. A sensor detects movement of the first and second actuators between their retracted and fully extended positions, and a control valve is disposed in communication with the sensor and in fluid communication with the first and second actuators. As the implement moves to its transport mode, the sensor detects movement of the first and second actuators towards their fully extended positions. The control valve inhibits movement of the first and second actuators before either actuator reaches its fully extended position.

An implement operating apparatus has a U-shaped drive frame supported on drive wheels, each pivotally mounted about a vertical wheel pivot axis. A steering control selectively pivots each drive wheel. A power source is connected through a drive control to rotate the drive wheels in either direction. First and second implements are configured to perform implement operations and to rest on the ground and when the drive frame is maneuvered to an implement loading position with respect to each implement, the implement is connectable to the drive frame and movable to an operating position supported by the drive frame. When the implement is in the operating position, the steering and drive controls are operative to move and steer the drive frame and implement along a first travel path or a second travel path oriented generally perpendicular to the first travel path.

The region of the field is comprised of one or more adjacently positioned segments. The method can also include generating, with the computing system, a mean reference line. The method can further include calculating, with the computing system, a segment height for each of the one or more adjacently positioned segments. The method can also include determining, with the computing system, a presence of an object based on a deviation of one of the one or more segment heights being greater than a threshold height from the reference line.

An implement frame having a carriage frame for coupling to a towing vehicle and wheels to support the frame for movement over a ground surface. A pivot frame is rotationally mounted to the carriage frame and a lift assembly is coupled to the pivot frame via a shift assembly. A tool bar is mounted to the lift assembly. The shift assembly moves the tool bar forward as it is moved from the field use position to the transport position. The wheels are mounted to swing arms to move the wheels inward for a narrow transport position. All motion is accomplished through actuators, such as hydraulic cylinders, to automate the process making it quick and easy.

A slope mower includes a mower body, drive wheels, left and right mower decks and left and right support wheels mounted on support arms pivotally mounted to the mower body with hydraulic actuators acting on the left and right support arms to maintain the mower body vertical. An inclinometer measures the tilt angle of the mower body and a controller reads the angle and controls a leveling valve to supply hydraulic fluid from a supply line to the leveling actuator toward which the inclinometer indicates the mower body is leaning to move the mower body back to vertical. The system can be programmed to actuate a leveling actuator only when the detected tilt angle exceeds a minimum angle. Lockout valves can be actuated by the controller to block the flow of hydraulic fluid to or from both actuators if a maximum allowed tilt angle is exceeded.

A farming machine identifies and treats a plant as the farming machine travels through a field. The farming machine includes an array of tiled image sensors for capturing images of the field. A control system identifies an active region in the captured images and generates a tiled image that includes the active region. The control system applies image processing functions to identify the plant in the tiled image and actuates a treatment mechanism to treat the identified plant. The control system causes the array of image sensors to capture the image, identifies the plant, and actuates the treatment mechanism in real time as the farming machine travels through the field.

The valve being activated by the wing sensor enabling a hydraulic fluid flow to the actuators associated with the wheel assemblies of the wing sections causing the wheel assemblies associated with the wing sections to thereby retract.
