Extruder for Feed- and Foodstuffs
An extruder for making meat analogue products, where the extruder comprises a product outlet (22), and a longitudinal barrel (8) comprising an inner surface (14) and an outer surface, and where the extruder further comprises heating means for heating at least a part of said inner surface, where said barrel (8) interconnects with said product inlet (5) and outlet (22), where the extruder further comprises a rotor (16) arranged coaxially inside said barrel (8), where said rotor (16) comprises drive means (19) for rotating said rotor (16) in relation to the barrel (8).
SCREW TO BE USED IN AN EXTRUDER AND EXTRUDER
A screw used in an extruder and an extruder having such a screw, in particular a screw used in a multiple-screw extruder and a multiple-screw extruder uses an additional connecting element directly leading from one segment to the next in order to relieve the mandrel. The screw includes a mandrel and a plurality of segments borne by the mandrel and arranged axially with respect to one another, a segment border between a first segment and an axially adjacent second segment has a separate cylindrical connecting element adapted to transmit a torque over the segment border. The ratio of a length of the connecting element to the diameter of the connecting element is higher than 11.
EXTRUDER SCREW, EXTRUDER, AND EXTRUSION METHOD
A conveyance portion, a barrier portion, and a path are provided at places of a screw main body in which a kneading portion is provided. In at least one of the places, the path is provided inside the screw main body, and includes an entrance and an exit. The entrance is opened to urge the raw materials having the conveyance limited by the barrier portion to increase pressure on the raw materials, to flow in the entrance. The raw materials flowing from the entrance flow through the path in the same direction as a conveyance direction of the conveyance portion.
EXTRUDER SCREW, EXTRUDER, AND EXTRUSION METHOD
At a part of the screw main body at which the kneading portion is provided, conveyance portions, a barrier portion and a path are provided at a plurality of places. At least one of the places, the path is provided inside the screw main body, and includes an entrance and an exit. The entrance is opened in such a manner that the raw material whose pressure is enhanced by being restricted in conveyance by the barrier portion flows into the entrance. The path is formed in such a manner that the raw material flowing into the path from the entrance flows toward the exit in a direction opposite to the direction of conveyance.
EXTRUDER AND KNEADING DEVICE
An extruder includes a screw for extruder provided with a screw element for kneading a raw material, and a barrel including a cylinder portion in which the screw is inserted so as to be rotatable. A plurality of screw elements identical with the screw element are provided in a longitudinal direction of the screw under a certain rule. The barrel is integrated by combining a plurality of barrel blocks blocked. Each of the plurality of barrel blocks is configured in accordance with a length of the screw element provided in the longitudinal direction of the screw.
INTEGRATED SINGLE AND TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
An extruder is disclosed, and more particularly, to an integrated single screw extruder and a twin screw extruder for mixing, compounding, kneading and/or extruding of materials. The integrated extruder includes a first barrel assembly and a second barrel assembly. The integrated extruder further includes a first screw having a first threaded portion and a second threaded portion. The first threaded portion is housed within the first barrel assembly and is configured to provide upstream material processing. The second threaded portion is housed within the second barrel assembly and is configured to provide downstream material processing. The integrated extruder further includes a second screw having a non-threaded shaft portion and a threaded portion. The threaded portion of the second screw is housed within the second barrel assembly and is configured to provide the downstream material processing with the second threaded portion of the first screw.
EXTRUDER SCREW, EXTRUDER, AND EXTRUSION METHOD
An extruder screw includes a screw main body, conveyance portions, barrier portions, and paths. The raw materials, the conveyance of which is limited by the barrier portions, flow in from the entrance. The raw materials flowing in from the entrance flow through the paths in an opposite direction to a conveyance direction of the conveyance portions. The exit is opened in the outer circumferential surface of the screw main body at a position on an upstream side in the conveyance direction in the conveyance portions in which the entrance is opened.
KNEADING APPARATUS AND KNEADING METHOD
A kneading apparatus includes a processor, and a extruder. The extruder includes a screw. The screw includes a screw main body. A conveyance portion, a barrier portion, and a path are provided at places of the screw main body. In at least one of the places, the path is provided inside the screw main body, and includes an entrance and an exit. The raw materials, pressure on which is increased by the barrier portion, flow in from the entrance. The raw materials flowing in from the entrance flow through the path toward the exit. The exit is positioned to be remote from the entrance in an axial direction.
EXTRUDER SCREW, EXTRUDER, AND EXTRUSION METHOD
A conveyance portion, a barrier portion, and a path are provided at places of a portion of a screw main body in which a kneading portion is provided. In at least one of the places, an entrance is opened to cause raw materials, conveyance of which is limited by a barrier portion to increase pressure on the raw materials, to flow in. The raw materials flowing in from the entrance flow through the path in the opposite direction to a conveyance direction of the conveyance portion. An exit is opened in an outer circumferential surface of the screw main body at a position outside the conveyance portion in which the entrance is opened.
