Method for manufacturing encapsulating material sheet for solar battery
A method for manufacturing an encapsulating material sheet for a solar battery of the invention includes a step of producing an additive-containing pellet by soaking an additive A into a pellet including a polyolefin-based resin as a main component, a step of injecting the additive-containing pellet into a cylinder from a supply opening in an extrusion molder, and melting and kneading a resin composition including the polyolefin-based resin and the additive A in the cylinder, and a step of molding by extrusion the resin composition from a die in the extrusion molder into a sheet shape.
OPTICAL SHEET MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A manufacturing device for an optical sheet according to the present invention includes a first belt 34 extending on a first heating roll 31 and a first chill roll 32 and a second belt 44 extending on a second heating roll 41 and a second chill roll 42. The first heating roll 31 presses, from the surface of the second belt 44, a second belt non-contact portion PT2 of the second belt 44 facing the first belt 34 where the second heating roll 41 is not in contact with the second chill roll 42. The second chill roll 42 presses, from the surface of the first belt, a first belt non-contact portion PT1 of the first belt 34 facing the second belt 44 where the first heating roll 31 is not in contact with the first chill roll 32.
OPTICAL FILM
An optical film including an olefin resin layer that contains a cyclic olefin polymer and an ester compound. The ratio of the ester compound in the olefin resin layer is 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight. An average light absorbance of the optical film in a wavelength range of 9 μm to 11 μm is 0.1% or more.
INSULATING COMPOSITE PLATE
The present application provides an insulating composite plate comprising: an upper plate layer, a lower plate layer, and a middle plate layer, wherein the upper plate layer and the lower plate layer are made of a thermoplastic material; the middle plate layer is located between the upper plate layer and the lower plate layer, the middle plate layer being a metal mesh; the upper surface of the middle plate layer and the lower surface of the upper plate layer are bonded together, and the lower surface of the middle plate layer and the upper surface of the lower plate layer are bonded together. An insulating composite plate provided by this application has good insulation properties and can shield electromagnetic interference.
BIAXIALLY AND MONOAXIALLY ORIENTED FILMS, LAMINATES AND OTHER STRUCTURES INCLUDING STARCH-BASED POLYMERIC MATERIALS
Described herein are starch-based materials, and formulations including such for use in directional alignment extrusion processes. The present compositions exhibit critical shear stress characteristics that allow extrusion at high shear rates and line speeds, without onset of melt flow instability. The present compositions provide sufficient melt strength to allow such compositions to be directionally oriented by stretching the heated polymer (e.g., the polymer melt) following initial extrusion, directionally aligning the molecular chains of the heated polymer blend in the machine-direction, the cross-direction, or both. In an embodiment, the starch-based material is blended with one or more thermoplastic materials having desired melt flow index value(s), which serves as a diluent, allowing the very viscous starch-based component to be processed under such conditions. The starch-based materials (and masterbatches thereof) may exhibit high molecular weight, high shear sensitivity, strain hardening behavior, and/or a very high critical shear stress (e.g., at least 125 kPa).
Biaxially oriented polyester film for metal lamination
The invention relates to a multilayer biaxially oriented polyester film comprising a base layer B, an amorphous outer layer A and a further outer layer C, where this polyester film is suitable for lamination with metal sheets. The invention in particular relates to a polyester film which comprises (based on the mass of polyester) from 2 to 15% by weight of isophthalate-derived units in the base layer and which comprises more than 19% by weight of isophthalate-derived units in the amorphous layer A, and which has a silane-based coating on the outer layer A. The invention further relates to a process for the production of these films.
High performance cooling element
The present invention relates to an external cooling system for a molten film tube produced by a blown film tubular extrusion process. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a unidirectional cooling element having a unidirectional cooling interface containing a cooling gas deflector spaced adjacent to the molten film tube. The unidirectional cooling element operably expels cooling gas in a path with the flow of the molten film tube toward an exit gap formed between the unidirectional cooling interface and the molten film tube. The minimum gap between the unidirectional cooling interface and the molten film tube occurs at the exit gap, and advantageously, the unidirectional cooling interface is provided with one or more compound angles to maximize stability and cooling efficiency.
Solar-reactive mulch film
A solar reactive mulch film comprising one or more layers of heat shrink material pre-strained at a predetermined temperature and tension. Immediately cooling the pre-strained layers retains molecular deformation stresses in the material which facilitate shrinkage but not expansion on exposure to solar radiation. The mulch film adapted to be laid over longitudinal growing beds and held tautly by burying its side edges in soil. Exposure of uncovered portions of film to solar radiation causes shrinkage in one or more directions whereby in combination with the weight of the soil holding it down, maintains tautness of the mulch over a growing period. Methods of manufacture and use of the same.
Oriented polypropylene film with improved blocking resistance
The present disclosure is directed to a film formulation that resulted in a substantially non-migratory cold seal release film with improved blocking resistance. Specifically, the multilayered biaxially oriented polypropylene film can include a core layer of polypropylene homopolymer; a first outer layer on one side of the core layer that can be suitable for sealing, printing, or coating; and a second outer layer on the opposite side of the core layer that is a blocking resistant layer comprising thermoplastic polymers which reduce blocking tendency.
POLYPROPYLENE FILM, METAL FILM LAMINATED FILM USING SAME, AND FILM CAPACITOR
A polypropylene film has an excellent long-term operating reliability in a high temperature environment when used in a high-voltage capacitor, which is suitable for use in such capacitor applications and the like, and which has an excellent structural stability to heat; and a metal film-laminated film and a film capacitor including the same. The polypropylene film, wherein the relationship between the sum (E′135 (MD+TD)) of the storage moduli in the machine direction and the transverse direction of the film, as determined by solid viscoelasticity measurement at 135° C., and the sum (E′125(MD+TD)) of the storage moduli, as determined by solid viscoelasticity measurement at 125° C., satisfies formula (1):
E′135(MD+TD)/E′125(MD+TD)>0.7 (1).
