A method for forming plastic parisons to plastic bottles includes the following steps: introducing in a blow mold a plastic parison to be expanded, the blow mold having at least two lateral parts and a base part that is mobile in relation to said lateral parts in a longitudinal direction of the plastic parison; inserting a rod-shaped element in the interior of the plastic parison through a mouth of the plastic parison; applying a first pressure the plastic parison, applying a second pressure to the plastic parison, the second pressure deviating from the first pressure and being higher than the first pressure, applying a third pressure to the plastic parison, the third pressure deviating from the second pressure and being higher than the second pressure. The base part is advanced in the longitudinal direction of the plastic parison while at least temporarily applying the second pressure to the plastic parison.

A method for forming plastic preforms into plastic bottles includes introducing a plastic preform to be expanded into a blow mould, wherein this blow mould has at least two side parts and a bottom part which is movable in a longitudinal direction of the plastic preform in relation to these side parts; introducing a rod-shaped body through a mouth of the plastic preform into the interior of the plastic preform; applying a first pressure to the plastic preform; applying a second pressure to the plastic preform, wherein this second pressure differs from the first pressure and is higher than the first pressure; applying a third pressure to the plastic preform, wherein this third pressure differs from the second pressure and is higher than the second pressure. After applying the third pressure to the plastic preform, the bottom part is moved in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preform towards the latter.

Transforming plastic parisons into plastic bottles includes: a blow mould having at least two lateral parts and a base part which is movable relative to these lateral parts in a longitudinal direction of the plastic parison, inserting a rod-shaped body into the interior of the plastic parison through a mouth of the plastic parison, applying a first pressure to the plastic parison, applying a second pressure to the plastic parison, wherein this second pressure deviates from the first pressure and is higher than the first pressure, applying a third pressure to the plastic parison, wherein this third pressure deviates from the second pressure and is higher than the second pressure.
During the application of at least one of the pressures the base part is advanced towards the plastic parison in the longitudinal direction of the plastic parison in at least two time intervals spaced apart in time.
Method for transforming plastic preforms
A method for transforming plastic preforms into plastic bottles, in which preforms are introduced into blowing stations, each blowing station having at least one blow mold and a stretching rod for stretching the preform along a longitudinal axis of the preform within the blow mold, and the preforms are expanded to form the plastic bottles by being acted upon by a gaseous medium in the blow mold, wherein a wall thickness of the plastic container is measured by at least one measuring device which outputs the measured values to a closed-loop and/or open-loop control device, wherein at least a stretching speed of the stretching rod is varied by the closed-loop and/or open-loop control device at least at times and/or at least in some locations during the blowing operation, individually for each blowing station, in order to adjust a wall thickness of the plastic bottles.
APPARATUS FOR FORMING PLASTIC PREFORMS INTO PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH STERILIZABLE ASEPTIC VALVE
An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, has a plurality of forming stations each having application devices that apply the plastic preforms with a flowable and gaseous medium for their expansion. The apparatus has at least one first compressed air reservoir configured to store compressed air at a first predefined pressure. Each forming station has a valve arrangement with a plurality of valve devices configured to apply the plastic preforms with at least two pressures, wherein at least one of the valve devices is a pneumatically-controlled valve device. This valve device has a working chamber for receiving gaseous medium, used to act upon the plastic preforms, and a valve piston that can be moved between at least two positions. The valve device further has a control chamber that can be applied with a gaseous control medium for moving the valve piston.

There is provided a resin container manufacturing apparatus configured to stretch a preform disposed in a stretch blow molding mold by a stretching rod and stretch the preform by introducing blow air into the preform so as to form a resin container. An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a transport device which transports the plastic preforms to be formed along a predetermined transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier wherein a plurality of forming stations are arranged. The forming stations each have blow-molding devices within which the plastic preforms can be formed into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium. The forming stations each have application devices for applying the flowable medium to the plastic preforms, and the apparatus has a feed device for feeding plastic preforms to be formed to the transport apparatus, and a discharge device for discharging formed containers from the transport device. The apparatus has a clean room within which the plastic preforms or the plastic containers are transported at least sectionally. The apparatus has an ejection device to eject plastic preforms or plastic containers from the transport path.

The method wherein plastic preforms are formed into plastic containers by application of a flowable medium wherein the plastic preforms are biased with different pressure levels and the flowable medium is stored in at least two reservoirs and is supplied from these reservoirs to the plastic preforms, wherein at least one of these reservoirs is supplied with the flowable medium by a pressure supply device and wherein the flowable medium is returned at least temporarily from the plastic container to at least one of these reservoirs, wherein a pressure in at least one reservoir is controlled, and wherein a target pressure is compared with an actual pressure in this reservoir, and a value characteristic of this comparison is determined.

A method and device for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers has a plurality of forming stations each having application devices which apply a flowable medium at least a first pressure level, a second pressure level, a third pressure level and a fourth pressure level respectively, wherein the second pressure level is higher than the first pressure level, the third pressure level is higher than and the second pressure level and the fourth pressure level is higher than the third pressure level and wherein at least at times a bottom area of the plastic preform and/or plastic container is applied with the flowable medium.

Apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a forming device which has a plurality of forming stations each having a stretching bar for stretching the plastic preform and an application device act upon the plastic container with a flowable medium. The forming device has at least four pressure reservoirs for the flowable medium, which each have predetermined pressures, and a valve block with at least five process valves. The application device is configured for producing a fluid connection between the valve block and a mouth region of the plastic preform in order to act upon the plastic preforms with the pressurised flowable medium, and the process valves are configured to act upon the plastic preforms with different pressures, wherein at least one process valve is configured for producing a connection between the plastic preform and an environment.
