The shaft end piece is used for axially stopping the shaft body, and the shaft end piece is further used for assembling the sleeve and the core shaft by contracting and springing back.
Tire vulcanizing mold
A tire vulcanizing mold comprises a sidewall ring for molding a sidewall portion of a tire. The sidewall ring is composed of a main body provided with a circumferentially extending groove, and mold pieces mounted in the groove so as to be adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Between the mold pieces and/or between the main body and the mold pieces, there are formed micro-gaps for discharging gas existing in the tire vulcanizing mold so as to communicate with exhaust flow paths extending from the groove toward the outside of the mold.
Tire curing mold and method of manufacturing tire
A tire curing mold comprises a plurality of vent holes provided on a side forming surface coming into contact with a side wall portion of a tire. The side forming portion is provided with a recess portion which is recessed toward an outer side in a tire width direction from a profile of the side forming surface. A diameter of a vent hole which is open within the recess portion is set to be larger than a diameter of a vent hole which is open on the profile of the side forming surface.
MATRIX FOR A TIRE MOLD, TIRE MOLD AND PRODUCTION METHOD
The invention relates to a matrix (10) for a tire mold, to a tire mold and to a method for producing a tire mold for vulcanizing tire blanks, the matrix forming a negative mold of a profiled tread of a tire, the matrix having a mold shell comprising sipe blades (11) arranged thereon, the mold shell forming an inner mold side (15) and the sipe blade forming a web (19) of the negative mold, a plurality of slots (13) being formed in the mold shell, a sipe blade being inserted in a slot and attached to the mold shell, wherein the sipe blade is attached to the mold shell in a form-fitting manner, the slot penetrating a mold wall (21) of the mold shell and extending from the inner mold side to a rear mold side (16) of the mold shell.
VENTING DEVICE AND TIRE MOLD
The present invention provides a venting device and a tire mold, which relates to a technical field of tire vulcanization process. A venting device provided by the present invention includes a core shaft and a sleeve sleeved over the core shaft, a venting passage is formed between the sleeve and the core shaft, the core shaft includes a shaft body, one end of the shaft body is connected to a shaft head, the other end of the shaft body is connected to a shaft end piece provided with a groove extending through the shaft end piece, and an end of the groove facing away from the shaft head is closed; the shaft end piece is used for axially stopping the shaft body, and the shaft end piece is further used for assembling the sleeve and the core shaft by contracting and springing back. The venting device provided in the present invention relieves the technical problems existed in the prior art that the closing stroke of the core shaft has low accuracy, the core shaft is less robust and susceptible to be broken, and venting passage blockage and rubber burr occurrence can be avoided.
TIRE MOLD
This invention discloses a tire mold comprising a tread mold portion divided into mold segments having transverse edges which are movable between (i) an opened position, wherein the mold segments are spaced apart, and (ii) a closed position, wherein neighboring mold segments are in contact with each other, each of the mold segments comprising blades; wherein at least a first one of said mold segments has laterally extending blades located at a first transverse edge, wherein at least a second neighboring one of said mold segments has laterally extending blades located at a second transverse edge adjacent to the first transverse edge of the first one of said mold segments, and when in the closed position said laterally extending blades of the first one of said mold segments interlock between the laterally extending blades of the second one of said mold segments.
TIRE MOLD AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR TIRE
A mold 4 has a cavity surface 32 and includes a plurality of pieces 50. At least one piece 50 among the plurality of pieces 50 is a ventilation piece 50v including a non-ventilation portion 56 that is a metal cast and a ventilation portion 58 that is a porous metal. The cavity surface 32 includes a molding surface 52v formed by the ventilation piece 50v. The molding surface 52v includes a non-ventilation surface 60 formed by the non-ventilation portion 56, and a ventilation surface 62 formed by the ventilation portion 58.
