SPUN-BONDED COMPOSITE WIPING NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A spunbound composite wiping non-woven fabric with a layered structure of an upper surface layer, a middle fiber layer, and a lower surface layer arranged in sequence; at least one of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer is formed by a spunbound filaments, and the middle fiber layer is formed at least by viscose fibers; a weight of the middle fiber layer is greater than or equal to 65% of a total weight of the spunbound composite wiping non-woven fabric; fiber interfacing and intertwining areas exist between the upper surface layer and the middle fiber layer, as well as between the lower surface layer and the middle fiber layer.
AIR-CLEANING FILTER HAVING DUST COLLECTING AND DEODORIZING FUNCTIONS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
An air-cleaning filter includes a non-woven fabric for dust collection and a non-woven fabric for deodorization having activated carbon particles combined therewith. By adjusting the particle diameter and content of the activated carbon particles and laminating with a non-woven fabric coated with an absorber for other gases, a dust collecting function and a deodorizing function can be imparted at the same time while also creating a structure with a low differential pressure.
DEBOSSED AND PLEATED FINISHES FOR COMPOSITE NONWOVEN TEXTILES SUITABLE FOR APPAREL AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Aspects herein are directed to a composite nonwoven textile having at least a first entangled web of fibers, a second entangled web of fibers, and an elastomeric layer positioned between the first and second entangled webs of fibers. The composite nonwoven textile includes different features including one or more debossed portions and one or more pleated constructions.
NONWOVEN SURFACE COVERING ELEMENTS HAVING TONGUE AND GROOVE
A surface covering element can have a rigid core. The rigid core can include at least one densified fiber batt. The rigid core can have a first surface and an opposed second surface that are spaced apart along a first axis. The rigid core can have a plurality of edges that define a periphery of the rigid core. The plurality of edges can include at least a first edge and an opposed second edge that are spaced along a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The first edge can include a tongue, and the second edge can define a groove.
CARPET WITH LAYERED NONWOVEN PRIMARY BACKING
Provided is a carpet comprising a textile top member, which includes carpet yarns and a nonwoven primary backing that is coupled with the carpet yarns so that the primary backing structurally supports the carpet yarns. The nonwoven primary backing has a layered configuration of fibers where the average fiber diameters of the fibers in one layer differs from the average fiber diameter in the layer or layers adjacent thereto. The layers are configured to mechanically reinforce and stabilize the carpet yarns. A secondary backing is coupled with the textile top member via a thermoplastic material. The carpet can be a carpet tile or a carpet rug.
Antibacterial and antiviral degradable mask and manufacturing method thereof
An antibacterial and antiviral degradable mask and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. From outside to inside, the mask sequentially comprises a surface layer (1), a core layer (2), and an inner layer (3) that contacts the face; the surface layer (1) is made of an antibacterial and antiviral cellulose spunlace non-woven fabric; the core layer (2) is made of a polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric; the inner layer (3) is made of a polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric or a degradable natural cotton fabric. The mask can have both antibacterial and antiviral functions; moreover, the material is degradable, and thus, environmental pollution pressure caused by non-degradable petroleum-based fiber materials such as polypropylene can be effectively relieved.
NONWOVEN SUBSTRATES HAVING NATURAL FIBERS AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Nonwoven substrates having natural fibers and methods of making the same are provided. The nonwoven substrates have a first outer surface formed from a first material layer having a plurality of elevated regions and a non-elevated interconnecting region disposed between the plurality of elevated regions. The nonwoven substrates also have a second outer surface opposite the first outer surface and formed from a second material layer and a third material layer including natural fibers. The third material layer is disposed between the first outer surface and the second outer surface in regions longitudinally adjacent the non-elevated interconnecting region. A portion of the third material layer penetrates a portion of the plurality of elevated regions where a portion of the natural fibers of the third material layer are singularized and intertwined with the cellulosic fibers of the first material layer.
Porous body and material for medical use
There is provided a porous body which has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and which comprises a first polymer material and a second polymer material, in which a Young's modulus of the first polymer material is lower than a Young's modulus of the second polymer material, an in vivo disappearance rate of the first polymer material is higher than an in vivo disappearance rate of the second polymer material, and a composition in a first region of the porous body and a composition in a second region of the porous body are different from each other.
THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITES WITH IMPROVED INDUCTION HEATING PROPERTIES
Described herein are thermoplastic composites and methods of making thereof. The thermoplastic composites disclosed herein can include at least one randomly-oriented carbon fiber layer in the laminate to improve induction heating efficiency of the thermoplastic composite.
STERILIZATION WRAP AND METHODS OF FABRICATION AND USE
A sterilization wrap, methods of fabrication and use thereof are disclosed. More particularly, a sterilization wrap including an outer layer including a thermoplastic material and an inner layer including a wet-laid non-woven material and a binder. The binder comprises at least one of anionic acrylate-styrene and/or anionic acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile. The inner layer is absorbent and moisture wicking and the outer layer is secured and bonded to the inner layer by at least a first weld area.
